• Josana (10/5): Boa localização, bom local, porém sujo. - Boa localização, bom apartamento. Local sujo, roupa de cama não é trocada e sim reutilizada de um hóspede pra outro. Embaixo da cama estava cheiro de poeira, mofo no banheiro e, claramente, a roupa de cama não era trocada.

O Nicolás foi um anfitrião super atencioso, entrou em contato antes e na véspera da viagem, e nos recebeu prontamente. O apartamento é lindo, muito bem localizado em Palermo, ideal para quem busca um equilíbrio entre tranquilidade e lazer. O bairro é arborizado, bonito e cheio de opções: barzinhos, restaurantes, quioscos, lanchonetes, mercados e pontos turísticos. Apesar de ficar um pouco distante de áreas como Puerto Madero e Caminito, esse detalhe é pequeno diante da experiência completa que tivemos. Recomendo fortemente!

Additionally, the restroom was very small, with no shelves or surfaces to place personal items. Basic amenities were lacking—there was no toilet paper, trash bags, or soap provided. Unlike other accommodations in the area, there were no thoughtful touches, such as complimentary water for guests. Overall, while the location is convenient, the value for the price is disappointing, as better options are available for a similar cost.
