Salvatore (5/5): Mediocre - Nel complesso la struttura è carina, un po’ datata. Ho trovato un asciugamano sporca, da far venire il vomito, quasi che sembrava non lavata. Nessun adattatore nell’appartamento per gli stranieri. Orari di check in cambiati al momento diversi da quelli scritti su booking. Poca serietà !Struttura che potrebbe valere 8 ma siamo sul 5 per piccole accortezze. Asciugamano sporca da far venire il vomito sembrava non lavata neanche. Mai mi era capitato.

Paulina (5/5): - The view from the pool was amazing, very modern and clean. A lot of chilling zones. I had a problem at the security gate because I didn’t receive info about checking in. We had to wait in 35 degree weather for the staff to give us the key. The building is difficult to navigate in. The kitchen was very poorely equipped. There was no hot water to shower in and almost no toilet paper. Swimming pool and jacuzzi also very cold.

Zhen Leong (10/5): Value for money due to location and property facilities. - The location is excellent which close to Berjaya time square and Lalaport shopping mall. The property is clean. The mattress was not comfy. The bedsheet was not clean. The staff slow in response despite we initiated to contact the staff to get the check in instructions and QR CODE for entering the property. However, the staff eventually will reply but not immediate reply but at the end the check in process was smooth and we got to check in earlier at 1pm. Thank you.

Is well located for easy access to shops and had a stunning view from our apartment. Would definitely recommend this place. We basically liked every thing, except had Difficulty in the first occasion to locate the place.
Estevez (6/5): Wenn der Check In nicht problematisch gewesen wäre, dann eine 10/10. - Die Lage war besonders gut und das Apartment ausreichend groß. Es verfügt auch über Pools und ein Gym und liegt direkt bei einer Mall. Check in war grauenhaft. Wir wussten nicht, dass wir ein QR Code benötigen und Security war mehr als unfreundlich. Wir hatten unser 7-monate altes Baby dabei und mussten in der Hitze ca. 2 Stunden warten. Keiner war in der Lage uns ein Wifi zu empfehlen oder Internet kurz zu sharen, damit wir den Gastgeber kontaktieren können. Wir mussen eigenständig jemandeen auf der Strasse ansprechen, der uns geholfen hat.

Heng (7/5): Will come back for the facility but not the management - The design of the lobby is nice as well as the view at the swimming pool. Walking distance to the Mitsui shopping mall. It is actually located at the old prison area. The check in is s bit complicated. I need to pre inform the person in charged to get a QR code to be scanned at the security guard area, it take me awhile to wait for the arrival of the person in charge at the lobby. I was told I need to pay for my stay which I thought it is paid already via booking.com platform and they said they will come and collect it. Still they let me access the apartment until I check out no one approach me and the attitude of the supervisor of the management is very bad via what apps, seem like I am escaping without paying for my stay. I do not want to owe anyone money, i checked everything and clarify with booking platform and pay for my stay even after I left. But they should have manage better at first and the attitude can be improved. The card also not functioning for all lift, i literally have to wait for a specific lift that my card can be read, but the rest cannot. I am not sure if they change the bedsheet as I can feel it is very damp and not fresh.
Christine (5/5): Not good - . We had paid for the night before as we arrived early in the morning and the number I was given to text did not respond even thought I messaged about 6 times. We waited for 90 minutes until a man came down in the lift and the security guard called him by name. It was the name of my contact. I had to chase him down the driveway to get him to come back and give us the keys and show us our apartment Having to wait fo so long to get into the apartment. The lounge was too uncomfortable to sit on. The entire place was a lot shabbier than in the photos
Ming (7/5): Overall good. - Its good location. Walking distance to lalaport bukit bintang, and ecoworld building. Air cond were not working well, not chilled although we have set the tenperature at 16, highest fan. And there was no bathroom mat given, which is quite hazardous walling around with wet feet.
Marine (9/5): Perfect! - The studio was great, big, comfy with everything you need. The facilities are great and the building is very safe with access card and security 24/7. Unlike other people in the comments, I didn’t hear anything from my room and the wait for lift was usually quick. Location is great, close to few metro stations, right behind a mall and 15min walk from Bukit Bintang. I’d definitely recommend and come back! The check in process was a bit confusing, I just wanted to drop my bag but ended up waiting 1h in the lobby for someone to come and meet me. I think it was more of a miscommunication issue as I got my room earlier so can’t really complain. Make sure you ask for the QR code and your room number in advance otherwise security won’t let you go through to the lobby. About the room, a microwave would be good as well as more towels. One floor towel for shower and maybe a small one for the hands. But it’s just small details.

Dominic (3/5): I would never go back - I had to chase down the greeter at 11:00 pm I messaged them twice on the way from airport - who showed me to a property I did not book - then offered a MR700 if I accepted - he asked for payment and added the "may be additional charges" which were not optional - came to approx 25% uplift in price which blew my budget. Pricing transparency should be mandatory. The lack of pricing transparency, place was very very dirty on arrival, lack of cleaning service linen/towel changes (tropics for 16 days and only one clean - disgraceful), lack of access to facilities (residents only) one pool not four, lack of microwave although listed. Threatened with legal action for complaining. They wanted to charge us MR 350 to use the snooker/pool room - then told us it was for residents only.

Aysha (10/5): An exceptional stay in a stunning location - The location and views of the city were incredible! We were really impressed with the apartment, which was modern and elegant with luxurious facilities. It was unbelievable value for money, especially considering the amenities on offer: there is an infinity pool which overlooks the city, a steam room, sauna and jacuzzi with views of the city from the other side, an observation deck and gym (again with breath-taking views!), ANOTHER beautiful pool downstairs and a private garden area to sunbathe in. The host is super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay special, even upgrading us to a larger room which was a real touch. On top of this, the location is absolutely ideal for sightseeing and visiting all of the best places in the city. We were genuinely blown away by our experience and would love to return for another stay here on our next trip to Kuala Lumpur! The infinity pool was unfortunately closed for essential maintenance during our stay- but don't worry, it's reopening in a few days (end of March)! The other pool was still open and we enjoyed having a relaxing swim there after long days of sightseeing.

Unfortunately, the infinity pool was closed, but there is a great 50m pool with different zones on the 3rd floor, we enjoyed swimming there in the morning. The residence has a direct connection to a shopping mall with a food court and supermarkets. The location is a bit aside from the center, but grab solves the problem.

Despite organising a time to meet and get our deposit back as part of check out, the staff were a no show, which made the process stressful as we had a flight to catch. Sorted in the end after calling the company but the staffing has a lot of room for improvement.

The property collected cash payment on the spot then claimed that I didn’t stay there for a cancellation fee after I left. I panicked a little because they didn’t offer any receipts or invoices. So make sure you get proof of payment if you are going to stay here in case something happens. This place is ok clean. not too bad not super clean either, some of the kitchen stuff was dirty when we checked in and there were other people’s worn shoes in the drawer.

The apartment had a washing machine which was useful. There was not a smooth handover of keys at the start of the visit although the handover at the end of our stay was fine. The flat was functional rather than welcoming.

Sylvia (8/5): Great stay - The room was basic but as others have said the pool made up for it. Great location and felt safe as a solo traveller with the security guards checking entry. Gym was good to use too with the views. Confusing check in process.

Sara (4/5): Nice view but not clean and maintained - The view is amazing. The loction is also nice if you don’t want to stay in the middle of the Tourist Center It was very dirty. The bed sheets where probably not changed from the other guests, as there was stain and hair everywhere. We requested them to change this again. Not even a full roll of toilet paper. Windows dirty. The facility it self is not well taken off.
Yulia (10/5): Everything you need! - Very cozy, clean apartment in a multey-storey building buisiness class. There are the cool swimming pool on the roof with splendid view on Petronas towers and big nice swimming pool downstairs. Moreover just in front of aparments there id a street with greate variety of bars, restaurants, near in the moll you can also change money. The complex is located next to the metro station Hang Tuah, that is very convienent. Want to say thank to Mr.Bon, who met me and helped me with any require, he is very good man!
Chin (8/5): Very good - Location perfect, near shopping mall. Host is very helpful. Room size is a bit smaller than expected but acceptable.

Chao (8/5): Sure worth the money for those amazing pools and views. Room is basic but spacey. - Pools are really amazing. View from windows is excellent too. Safety guards of building are friendly. Host is welcome. Room is spacey. Cleanliness is not best. Although pools are really nice the facilities in the room are very basic. Aircon in the living room didn’t work properly.
Daphne (8/5): Good stay because of location - Unit was clean, 4 bottles of water were provided which was good. Location wise was great, easy access to Lalaport Mall. Bed was comfortable. Checking in was a bit slow, we waited for some time at the lobby. There was a musty, damp smell upon reaching our unit door, luckily it wasn't so bad within the unit itself. Toilet paper roll was less than half, but we were staying only 1 night so it wasn't so bad.

Vladimir (7/5): Good - The host is a good guy. It was easy to check in and check out earlier. The location was nice. The room had everything needed for comfortable living. There was a lovely swimming pool and an excellent view of the city. I guess the room needs a minor renovation, especially the dirty white walls.

Stephen (9/5): Flash accommodation in an impressive high-rise - Studio apartment on the 25th floor is comfortable, and of course has great views. The infinity and lap pools are fabulous. The manager is responsive to queries and requests, and was punctual for meetings. The proximity to Jalan Sarawak and the Hang Tuah metro/monorail means everything in this interesting city is in reach; the metro is fabulously cheap. The apartment lacked a proper bathmat, hand towels, and dish washing utensils such as sponges, brushes, cloths etc; as others have complained previously about these kinds of absences, this was disappointing.
Alazr (8/5): Roomy place - -This is a specious combination of two 1-bed room apartments with two doors in between, it was so convenient when some wanted to stay up and others went to bed! -The balcony and city view are a major plus to me -The walkway to Lalaport mall made it convenient for dining and shopping -There is a washing machine and dryer, a big place especially when travelling with children. - A very strong sewer smell comes from the kitchen side, the smell becomes stronger early in the morning, this was the major source of discomfort, luckily there was a balcony to open. - Limited sunlounges by the swimming pool,
Al (9/5): It was AMAZING! I will for sure come again - I like the hospitality of Mr.Kawsar. He responds very fast to any inquiry even at night. Thank you Kawsar for everything I like many things about the apartment, luxurious, clean, amazing decoration It has a direct connection to LaLaport mall which has grocery shop and many restaurants. It has also a bridge that connects it to Berjaya Times Square mall. The elevator is fast and also there is security so it is safe for families and ladies walking around there. It is a typical residence for families who wish to stay in KL but away from the noise. The water in the kids pool gets cold at night. It will be good to maintain the heat in the water to make it comfortable for kids to swim
Abdullah (8/5): New property in great location. Service needs to be improved - Location was wonderful! New property.The swimming pool on the 35th floor was amazing. The "sofa bed" was not really a sofa bed. No room service throughout our 8 days long stay. We had to ask for towels replacement and took 2 days to get them.

Liew (9/5): Wonderful stay at Lucentia KL - The house have 1 queen size bed and 1 single bed, it was perfect for 3 of us. We slept comfortably for all the 6 nights there. The location is very close proximity to Lot 10, Sungai Wang, Pavillion etc, we love the rooftop pool, especially my son. We hope we could spend more time at the rooftop pool. The scenery at night was wonderful from our living room and balcony! Also need to mentioned to the host Kawsar who was very responsive and provided additional service to our request. We will come back whenever we visit to KL again!

Karlijn90 (8/5): Recommended, would stay here again! - - Amazing facilities: beautiful pools, a small playground, direct access to LalaPort shopping center - Comfy beds - Great views - Clean and spacious - Responsive host - Quiet at night - Washer and dryer - Kitchen utensils were very minimal: only 1 drinking glass, 1 bowl, no knives, no small spoons. After messaging the host about it he quickly delivered some supplies but still no knives, cutting board, etc. - Upon check-out we left the apartment at the exact time we had communicated. The host was supposed to meet us to get the keys back and give us our deposit back but he took about 15 minutes. We had to get to the airport in order to catch our flight so we were stressed. - We asked for a cot for our 2-year-old son but it turned out they only had a bassinet. Luckily our son likes sleeping curled up but good to know if you plan on visiting with a toddler.
Davíð (3/5): Poor - Fantastic pool and gym! The location was great, next to Lalaport so lot of restaurants nearby. The communication with the host was bad. We had to wait a while for both check-in and check-out even though we had messaged him the exact time of arrival and departure. He is bad-tempered as he shouted on us when I told him it is important to be punctual, especially for check-out as most guests are catching a flight. He told us that he is a busy man. Some basic amenities missing to make the stay more pleasant. Bath mat, hand towels, pool towels and maybe more then 2 rolls of toilet paper. AC in the living room worked well, but not in the main bedroom.

Vladislav (10/5): KL work and travel - The location is perfect for our needs. Taxis are cheap and almost all tourists point in 15 minutes. Grocery in nearby CC Lalaport. Many restaurants and fast food. Good view from the infinity pool and gym. The unit got almost everything that we needed. No microwave, hard to warm up some food, but the kitchen is really well equipped. The wooden dryer is not a good idea, it painted some of our clothes. However there was a good washing machine and dryer machine.

This property have 3 Bed (in a room with 2 door access without wall, share bathroom). TV with backlight, owner have a good taste. Great KLCC & KL TOWER View. I definitely will come back again. Tips: 1.Easy access to lalaport at Level G , get out lift area then you will saw good direction sign.📎 2.There is tower 1 & 2, dont go wrong to T1 lift access. 3.Lobby at level LG not G.📎 4.Return the visitor pass during check out. Use access card in/out during your stay.📎 5.ZEPP KL & GSC can reach within 10minute from level G access.👍 6. Walking to MRT and TIME SQUARE are near thru LALAPORT access.👍 7. Deposit RM200 to be prepare and it is refundable.📎 8.Amenities are ready (for 2 person use)⭕ 9.Iron & hair dryer ⭕ POOL sight: Another tallest tower sight block by new building at left hand side😭 ROOM: some trash was found below the bed (it get blow out when we using hair dryer), wall have some brown color stain..that make us feel uncomfortable.lucky is the infected wall have some distance with bed.(˃ ⌑ ˂ഃ ) SLEEP: sunday morning have people renovate house..and we all get knock up.(ᇂ_ᇂ|||) Kitchen: missing 1 fork on the utensil rack and have only 3 chair in dining area.ʕ ᵔᴥᵔ ʔ During c/out was a lottle bit longer, but still fine. all this bad are not big deal, but if solve then will be perfect 10 score.
