• Nicoletta (9/5): Ideale per weekend - Tutto: comoda, silenziosa e accogliente. Host disponibile nel farci lasciare gli zaini (nel sottoscala) all’arrivo e alla partenza. L’appartamento è provvisto di stoviglie: sarebbe stato gradito trovare dei tovaglioli di carta. In bagno c’erano solo due rotoli di carta igienica (eravamo in 5). La casa viene resa disponibile con la chiave dentro quindi aperta, e quando siamo arrivati l’abbiamo trovata occupata da altra gente; problema poi risolto tra di noi ma sicuramente non è stato simpatico entrare in un posto dove già sono passati “altri”.

• Auxanne (9/5): - L’appartement était très propre, il y avait tout ce dont j’avais besoin ! C’était vraiment pratique. L’hôte était bienveillant, à l’écoute et attentif à nos besoins. J'avais besoin d'un lit parapluie pour mon bébé ; il n'en avait pas, mais il a fait le nécessaire pour s'en procurer un alors que c’était une réservation de dernière minute. J’ai vraiment apprécié, mon bébé a pu bien dormir. Merci beaucoup ! Je recommande cet appartement.

• Luisa (8/5): Buena estancia en Bruselas - El apartamento nos ha gustado ,estaba muy limpio y la calefacción funcionaba todo el día ,que con el frío que hacía en Bruselas era de agradecer al llegar por la noche .Las camas cómodas y al no tener que abrir el sofá cama era amplio .Está algo alejado del centro ,unos 25 minutos andando y aunque hay tranvía al lado nosotros íbamos andando y viendo la ciudad ,pues la zona es muy agradable .La estación central para las excursiones a 20 minutos también a pie. El dueño nos dio el código al llegar y pudimos dejar las maletas antes del chek in ,muy buena comunicación con el. Lo único las almohadas ,demasiado planas para mi .

• Davide (6/5): - L' appartamento non era male, adeguate le dotazioni della cucina (anche se non abbiamo cucinato), una camera con tre posti letti (matrimoniale + singolo) una cucina con un divano trasformabile in letto ed un bagno. Climatizzazione primaverile adeguata tramite termosifoni. TV nella camera con un decoder piuttosto datato, comunque non lo abbiamo usato, wi fi non lo abbiamo provato avevamo i nostri GB del cellulare Il bagno scarica male, appena presa la camera abbiamo segnalato la cosa, chiedendo di provvedere. Invece di avere una risposta siamo stati rimproverati come se avessimo avuto una qualche responsabilità in questo, in effetti uno di noi ha fatto pipì ed usato due pezzetti di carta igienica e tirando abbiamo visto che l, acqua non defluiva ed il water rischiava di tracimare. Segnalarlo ed essere rimproverati mostra una grave impreparazione dell' host. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo appurato che anche la doccia (ricavata in vasca) non riesce a scaricare e ci trovavamo con le caviglie in acqua per poi dover lavare i piedi in equilibrio precario a bordo vasca. Gorgogliava pure il lavandino...segno di un problema evidente....fortuna che si è trattato di una sola notte

• Caroline (3/5): Uncomfortable!!! - The location is best. The tram bus top is just few minutes away. The apartment wasn’t clean upon arrival; however, the toilet had fecal matter in it. The bathtub drain was blocked, causing water to pool during showers. Additionally, the bathroom ceiling was leaking, and there were not enough blankets provided.

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de todo y con fácil acceso al centro. La cama es cómoda, el espacio es tranquilo y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y clara. Sin duda, una muy buena experiencia. No tengo nada negativo que comentar, todo estuvo perfecto.

• LiYa (10/5): Féerique - Rien à dire, c’était super ! L’appartement est très bien situé, proche du centre-ville, idéal pour le shopping comme pour le tourisme. L’endroit est féerique, très propre, spacieux, et se trouve dans un immeuble rénové qui reflète parfaitement la culture belge. Nous étions une famille de 6 personnes et nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour. On y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. Honnêtement, je n’avais même pas envie de partir tellement j’ai aimé cet endroit. Si nous revenons à Bruxelles, nous choisirons sans hésiter de séjourner à nouveau dans cet appartement !

Bathhub is high so it’s a bit risky for elders to jump in and out Stairs to second floor and 3 rd floor are tight for travelers with luggage Location is bit far from downtown around 30 mins walk

• Jurga (9/5): great - The apartment is located in a great area, close to several shops and excellent local restaurants and cafes (the cat cafe is next door). The city centre can be reached by public transport in 25 minutes. The apartment is spacious and cosy, with a coffee machine and all other cooking utensils in the kitchen. The bed and sofa bed are very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and bright. The only drawback is the sound insulation: you can hear the neighbours and noise from the street, but it doesn't bother us much.

Daarna boos aan telefoon dat we wel mail hebben gehad. WiFi werkt niet. Netwerk niet te vinden. Qr code modem werkt ook niet Zeer veel herrie snachts op straat van schreeuwende mensen. Hoorde zelf raam ingegooid worden. Geen veilig gevoel. Geen thee of iets wel wat koffie cups maar suiker gewoon in kilozak in de kast niet even netjes in een potje of bakje

• Andreea (10/5): Lovely and cozy apartment in Brussels, in the heart of Art Nouveau architecture - The apartment is bright and spacious, great for couples or small families. We traveled with our one year old and we liked it a lot. Nice area, well connected, with lots of cafes, supermarkets, bakeries and beautiful architecture. Bonus for the cat cafe just next door! Very well equipped, maybe even suitable for a longer stay.

Curato e completo di tutto I due letti nella camera sono KING SIZE e la cucina è completamente attrezzata Babbo grande con lavatrice e doccia grande. Molto comodo avere un codice alla porta per entrare a qualsiasi ora si arrivi e un seninterrato dove abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli perché il volo era la sera Il quartiere è bello, molte caffetterie e ristoranti,un carrefour attaccato e stupenda panetteria A piedi dal Grand place sono circa 20 25 minuti Anche se solo per due giorni siamo stati bene Il proprietario risponde immediatamente ai messaggi su booking e siamo stati ben seguiti Eravamo in 6 ,due famiglie La casa dispone di due letti matrimoniali ed un divano letto che non abbiamo trovato allestito al nostro arrivo. Per fortuna lenzuoli coperte e cuscini erano nell'armadio Il check out è alle 11..e esattamente a quell'ora si è presentata la donna delle pulizie ..praticamente sbattendoci fuori. Avendo tre bambini e valigie aperte su tutto il pavimento ci ha concesso altri 15 minuti con grandi lamentele ..siamo dovuti scappare e non mi aspettavo una rigidità di questo tipo..visto che il check in è alle 15 .
• Manon (7/5): - Sehr sauberes und geräumiges Appartement mit einem Schlafzimmer. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, der Zugang zur Wohnung mittels Türcode sehr einfach. Die Wohnung ist hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Gute Anbindung per Bus und Straßenbahn und viele nette Cafés und Restaurants in direkter Umgebung. Ausstattung der Küche ist mäßig, es ist nur wenig Geschirr vorhanden, keine Spültabs. Vom großen Fenster vom Wohnzimmer geht der Blick nur direkt auf eine weiße Hauswand/Lichtschacht, die Wohnung heizt sich bei Sonne schnell stark auf.

El apartamento está situado en un buen barrio y a unos 30 minutos caminando del centro. Un pelín lejos del.centro
