• Julie (1/5): - Worst experience ever. No WiFi in the room, no possibility to change room or get a refund, air conditioned too loud and even if you turn it off it’s still very cold in the room. Sound/noise comming from the streets through bad isolation of the windows makes you impossible to sleep properly at night! Even worse, the mechanism of all the doors is so bad that everytime a door closes it wakes you up!

Majör sorun olarak klima oldukça yetersizdi. Odalar oldukça küçük olmasına rağmen klima hem çok ses çıkarıyor hemde hiç bir işe yaramıyordu. Minor olarak odalarda tek kullanımlık terlik olabilirdi.

Персонал дуже привітний, уважний і завжди готовий допомогти. Розташування просто чудове — все дуже близько, багато визначних місць, ресторанів і магазинів у пішій доступності. Кондиціонер працював не дуже добре. Також у представницькому номері вид з вікна був на глуху стіну — було б добре, якби про це попереджали заздалегідь. Але загалом це не зіпсувало враження від проживання.

• B.Mothé (10/5): Muito bom - O quarto era pequeno, mas confortável. Banheiro bom, água quente. Silencioso, muito perto da Times Square (metade de 1 quadra). Tinha água potável disponível na academia, o que facilitou bastante. Wifi não era bom.
• Noah (8/5): Aura hotel was comfortabel, en als soloreiziger zeker aan te raden. - De ligging van de accommodatie was voortreffelijk, heel centraal gelegen en lag dichtbij benoemenswaardigheden als Time Square, Bryant Park. Met de metro was het erg makkelijk navigeren, en op elke hoek was er een station te vinden. Ik vond het fijn dat er een Whole Foods was op loopafstand voor de dagen waarop je net even zin hebt in een gezondere (warme) maaltijd. Ik voelde me als solo reizer heel veilig. Bij aankomst krijg je een welkomst drankje ook was het ontbijt uitgebreid en smaakte ook goed. De kamers en de lobby hadden een fijne geur die je de hele reis bij blijft. De kamer was voor 1 persoon zeker goed genoeg, voor 2 personen zou ik een grotere ruimte aanraden. In de kamer had je qua entertainment een mooie grote TV met zeker genoeg zenders, maar wie heeft nou echt tijd om tv te kijken als je in NYC bent? Qua waterdruk betreft de douches heb ik helemaal geen problemen gehad, de straal was sterk. Laat dit je niet ontmoedigen. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en groette je ook bij vertrek en aankomst. Ook was housekeeping top, dankjewel lieve Monica voor je gastvrijheid en alle tips die je me hebt gegeven! Het hotel heb ik ruim een jaar van te voren geboekt, ik heb toen ook aangegeven dat ik een kamer wilde die niet lag aan de kant van de straat. Toen ik aankwam kreeg ik helaas wel zo een kamer. Ik ben meteen naar de receptie gelopen, twee medewerkers spraken met elkaar hierover waarop een vrouwelijke collega tegen de persoon die me aan het helpen was zei ''ja we kunnen niet iedereen gewoon gaan verplaatsen'' waar ik bij stond. Ik vond dat erg onprofessioneel en ongepast, zeker omdat ik de ruimte ver van te voren had geboekt en dit ook had aangegeven tijdens mijn boeking. De collega die mij hielp zei tegen haar dat hij mij net had ingecheckt. Helaas kon hij die dag niks voor mij doen en zei dat ik de volgende dag terug moest komen. Ik vond dat erg vervelend omdat ik al mijn spullen niet kon uitpakken de eerste dag, wetende dat ik de kamer toch weer moest leeghalen. Door dit alles was ik mijn reisstekker vergeten in de oude kamer en moest ik weer een dag wachten om bij de gevonden voorwerpen te komen. Hierdoor kon ik de eerste dagen minder goed van mijn vakantie genieten. De volgende dag heb ik wel de kamer gekregen die ik had gevraagd, en het verschil qua geluidsoverlast was echt dag en nacht. Als je een rustigere kamer wil zou ik je dus ook aanraden een kamer te nemen op een hoge verdieping die gelegen is aan de binnentuin. Het was jammer dat de kamer geen mini fridge had.

He was the best part of the stay with giving us ideas, finding taxis, watching the luggage, etc. Every hotel needs a Carlos. Air conditioning would not come on and cool the room. got to almost 80 in the room. A little small room, but adequate.

Was on the 15th floor and did not have to wait long for an elevator. I would recommend to stay here especially if you are going to a play- every thing is walking distance from this hotel. Could hear the outside traffic, construction and sirens very clearly- bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Room was very hot and adjusting the thermostat did very little to change that

• Nkemakonam (4/5): Keep looking elsewhere - The only enjoyable aspects of our stay were the location, housekeeping, and maintenance staff, as their response times were prompt and professional. Our initial room had makeup stains on the bed linens. Due to the sanitation concerns, we were offered a room change. Unfortunately, the rooms did not appear to be very well maintained. There were numerous markings on the walls, and the cloth shower curtain would not stay closed. The facial tissues in our room were damp, which prompted us to investigate further. We discovered that the base of the tissue holder was filled with water and a blue-colored substance, so we discarded it entirely. Additionally, the bathtub had visible stains, causing us to lay towels down in order to shower comfortably. The knob used to adjust the water temperature was jammed, so we had to call maintenance for assistance. The wifi password also didn’t work. Overall, this was a 2/5 stay experience.

Outdated hotel - bathrooms need refurb - only had overhead shower with rubbish water pressure. Can hear banging of doors throughout the night, only 2 working elevators - can take up to 15 mins for an elevator luckily was on the third floor so knew to avoid the lifts. Loud A/C - can hear the noise in the room luckily it became white noise but very annoying when trying to sleep the first couple of nights.

• Fabiana (8/5): Perfecto bbb en times square! - La ubicación es perfecta! El hotel está limpio y las instalaciones bien actualizadas. Excelente relación calidad precio. Personal muy amable también. La habitación es muy chica, lo sabíamos por comentarios pero es importante tenerlo en cuenta, ya que no entran las valijas acostadas en el cuarto. El colchón un poco blando de más pero depende el gusto.

Destacamos al personal de House keeping, que fue muy amable y nos mantuvo todo en perfecto estado La distribución de la habitación, al ingresar está la cama y luego el estar con sillón y tv. Tal vez tendría mas sentido que el dormitorio fuera luego del estar, ya que permitiría mejor utilización de la habitación

Purtroppo l'ultimo giorno, mentre facevamo ritorno a casa, ci siamo accorti di aver lasciato sul letto della camera i nostri occhiali da sole. Scrivo subito all'hotel per avvisarli e rispondono tempestivamente chiedendomi il brand. Passano i giorni e spariscono, dunque mando due e-mail senza ricevere risposta. Dopo circa una settimana mi scrivono che gli occhiali non sono stati trovati. Ed il fatto purtroppo mi sembra assai strano perchè siamo convinti di averli lasciati sul letto, e non capisco perchè mi abbiano chiesto il brand se "non li hanno trovati".

Uniquement les serviettes ont été changées et le lit dressé. Sinon aucun ménage n’a été fait, notre chambre a été sale pendant les 10 jours de notre séjour. Passez un coup d’aspirateur aurait été le minimum.

We were on the third floor looking into a wall, which is not that bad considering location and the amount of time we spent in room, but directly underneath our window were some huge ventilations which were very loud all of the time. The size of the standard room did not match the description provided, making it quite challenging for two people to stay comfortably. Additionally, if you’re on the street side, the ongoing overnight construction noise makes it difficult to sleep properly. The hotel staff moved me to an upgraded room and assured me there would be no extra charge. However, at checkout I was told I had to pay additional fees for 10 nights plus tax. Be cautious about what you’re told—I also heard similar complaints from other guests during my stay

• Giorgio Guarnieri (9/5): Ottimo comprome0sso - Albergo ristrutturato da poco tempo, le camere sono state rinnovate, e non è presente la tanto odiosa moquette. Ogni giorno pulivano la stanza e cambiavano tutti gli asciugamani, non è scontata una cosa del genere, soprattutto a New York. Noi avevamo una queen executive, buone dimensioni, anche se pensavamo fosse più grande. In due siamo riusciti tuttavia a stare comodi e posare le valige all'interno di un piccolo armadietto con le anti scorrevoli. Doccia pulitissima e molto grande con divisorio in vetro, unico neo la pressione un pò bassina, e bisognava stare attenti a non far uscire l'acqua, per via del vetro più corto rispetto alle dimensioni della base. Se proprio dobbiamo lamentarci di qualcosa, è la vista della camera che dava su una chiostrina sul retro rendendola poco luminosa. Però dobbiamo essere onesti nel dire che se da una parte la vista era quella che era, dall'altra abbiamo dormito benissimo perché non sentivamo nemmeno un rumore. Ascensori sempre disponibili, non è mai successo in otto giorni di aspettare più di 2 minuti. Per utilizzare gli ascensori, come per le camere, si attivano utilizzando la chiave magnetica che rilascia la struttura. A pochissimi passi da Times Square e altrettanti per Bryant Park.

• Chris Errington-Barnes (9/5): - Great location, the hotel had a lovely scent when arriving. Room was imaculate and the bed was amazing. We had a great stay and would recommend to anyone wanting to be in the heart of Times Square. The shower, it was always luke warm. But managable.
