• Odeta (6/5): It would be ok if not for cockroaches - Appartments were nice, clean and enough space for group. It is very good that all appartments had a bedroom, livingroom with sofabed and bathroom. Beds were comfortable, not too hard not too soft. We enjoyed pool area and there is everything you need in the kitchen. Its about 10-15 min from sea. Flooring in dining room needed vacuuming. Sheets very cheap and air tight - if you cover yourself its too hot and you're sweating even when you use A/C in the room. I asked to bring vacuum cleaner so we could vacuum pool area and dining room in the middle of our stay but never got it (stayed 16 people so its kind of normal that main areas need vacuuming..) Had problem with main outside lightning, they sent someone(we agreed that villas manager will be there too because we wasn't planning to be there in the middle of day but she just sent someone alone), they changed some lights and next day other lights were not working propperly. Also there is other lighting outside but it never worked. In some appartments showers were practically stuck when you use it so there were always water on the floor in bathroom during last days of our stay. In appartment 6 there was a button missing on lock so guests couldn't use code. Thankfully we had extra card (got only 2 for all of us) so they could use it because when we contacted about missing button, manager just said that she will inform technician but noone fixed that. Pool lighting wasn't always on and pool wasn't always heated. Villa has a huge problem with cockroaches that comes from outside every evening. We contacted them about it and they send some company but it helped just a little bit. Bugs come from under main door and even fall from the roof to the pool area. Responsible lady was friendly, but her advice to use a spray to "kill" them was strange, we payed for villa for a week and had to kill cockroaches ourselves ao they won't go inside appartments from pool area and dining room.

• Sharon (10/5): Our family (13 in total) fantastic time. would recommend - Everything about it was lovely, clean, spacious, eating area was large, air conditioning in all rooms except bathrooms, very comfortable stay. The pool was amazing and serviced well, we weren’t overlooked and the younger kids would go in the pool until late at night, Loved every minute. Excellent help from Roberto( service agent)Nothing was too much trouble for him. Just the distance to Costa Adeji. Cabs were needed. 10 min journey. About 17 Euros each way, buses are available.
