• Michael (10/5): Absolutely fantastic stay at the Jewel of Ifield Road! - Score 10/10 — Modern, Quiet, and Stress-Free Absolutely fantastic stay at the Jewel of Ifield Road! The check-in process was seamless, and the apartment was glowing when we walked in. It’s located in a beautiful, quiet pocket of Kensington but is only a short, pleasant walk to the Tube. The beds were incredibly comfortable (hotel quality!), and the modern finishes in the bathrooms made it feel like a boutique hotel. After long days of sightseeing, having a quiet, stylish place to retreat to was priceless. If you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality stay in West London, this is it.
• palak aggarwal (10/5): - A True Gem in Kensington! We were a bit hesitant after reading some older reviews, but I am so glad we booked! This apartment was the highlight of our London trip. Having 2 full bathrooms for a family of four is a total game-changer and a rare find in London. The kitchen is legitimately high-end—we actually enjoyed cooking breakfast every morning before heading out. The neighbourhood is peaceful and safe, and the 24-hour supermarket just steps away was incredibly convenient. It was spotless upon arrival, and the host was available via WhatsApp for any quick questions. We will definitely be back!

AND HE CAME AGAIN THE NEXT MORNING WHICH WAS NOT ON THE SCHEDULE) THIS WAS THE ONLY NEGATIVE WITH THE STAY WHICH WAS RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY!!! THE LOCATION OF THE APARTMENT IS IN A VERY NICE AND QUIET AREA. AT 20 METERS THERE IS A 24-HOUR SUPERMARKET AND A BUS STOP VERY CONVENIENT FOR TRANSPORT TO THE CENTER OF LONDON. THE KITCHEN PROVIDES YOU WITH EVERYTHING IT IS REALLY SUPER LUXURY. THE TWO BATHROOMS ARE VERY CONVENIENT AS WE ARE 4 ADULTS AND 2 CHILDREN.(2 ΑND 1 YEARS OLD) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT, ESPECIALLY TO FAMILIES

Die Unterkunft war sauber und toll, jedoch hat es leider leicht muffig gerochen. Mehrmals Stoßlüften hat nicht geholfen. Der Geruch muß sich in Teppich und Möbeln festgesetzt haben. Des Weiteren mussten wir selber 2x den Müll rausbringen.

• Lezaan (8/5): Very good - Good area, but a bit far from the station. Washing machine and tumble dryer. Modern and neat. They insisted on a big deposit, but when we arrived we noticed there were several areas in the flat where there was already damage. They tried to claim damage from our deposit,for some of those already damaged areas, but fortunately we took photos of it when we checked in. They later on refunded our deposit.

• Russell (1/5): Do not book this property! We did not stay here in the end. - Nil. It was the worst accommodation experience we’ve ever had. We were allocated another ‘Luxury’ property just hours before our arrival due to an apparent gas leak. We were assured the replacement property would also be luxury as this is what we booked & paid for. On our arrival we were shocked & disappointed to find we were staying in a basement & obviously a permanent residence that someone had clearly move out of that day. We couldn’t get out of there quick enough, & unsure how this can happen when booking via booking.com It was dark, dirty & smelly. All the furnishings were either broken or damaged.
