• Lukas (7/5): Lage 👌🏻 - Lage top!!! Wir hatten sehr heiße Tage und waren froh, dass die Fenster geöffnet werden konnten. Die 2 kleinen Bäder waren auch sehr vorteilhaft. Den Host trafen wir für den Check-In und war er uns sehr sympathisch. Meckern auf hohen Niveau: Teppichboden in der gesamten Wohnung - auf den Bildern aber ersichtlich. 2 Schlüssel wären von Vorteil.

• Lisa (6/5): Great Location, Would Not Call it "Luxurious" - Location was great - 15-30min walk to the city center; laundry service, many cafes and restaurants nearby; close to Heineken Experience; subway and streetcar stations also close by. Unit itself was very clean. Next door to a school so expect to be woken up early by the mass of parents on bikes dropping off their kids. Bed was pretty saggy in the center. Three flights of stairs - no elevator (not a big deal for us but be aware). Stairs smelled of perfumy cat/dog pee. Two very small bathrooms with shower curtains that tended to flutter and stick to you during shower. Hallway light on sensor that continuously turned off and on. Bathroom sinks [in Netherlands] are very small; had to wash my face in the kitchenette sink.
• Julie (8/5): Comfortable, walkable and very easy check in and communication - Amazing location, lovely showers and unique decor Bed mattress could use an update and hallway really needs a cleaning but actual unit was very clean

• Tanya (9/5): Great location on a quiet street, bedroom and lounge area, with fridge & hairdryer provided - Good location for exploring Amsterdam, on a quiet street but near the metro and trams. Bedroom and living room areas have separate toilet & shower each which was handy. Good hairdryer provided, plus fridge and desk fan. Clean and with towels, soap & shower gel provided. Some basic tea & coffee facilities but we didn't use those as the coffee shop on the corner nearby was great for morning coffee and pastries. Rooms are up two flights of steep stairs (all stairs are steep in Amsterdam) but that didn't bother us. Nice to have the extra sitting room area with TV. The check in (obtaining key) was a little fraught due to some misunderstandings - the owner messaged last minute to say they couldn't meet and would leave the key at a pick up point, and this caused a bit of stress due to a misunderstaning on when the key would be at that point for collection. But once this was resolved and we had access, we didn't have any further issues. The rooms were a little warm, but in the bedroom this was resolved by opening the window, and in the living room by using the desk fan.
• Gadd (7/5): Good but not as good as advertised. - The location was great on a quiet street, but very close to the metro, tram and supermarket. Most places were walkable due to its central location. The apartment was very spacious and included 2 bathrooms with a shower, toilet and sink in each. The mirrors have storage behind , but this isn't obvious. Large comfortable bed, a good sized fridge and a nespresso machine. The history of the building itself as well as the apartment its definitely not a luxurious boutique suite, its shabby and worn and in need of an update and a freshen up. There was only one wine glass and one water glass and there are a lot of steep steps to the apartment however it is a lovely spacious apartment if you can adjust your expectations. Shame they oversell it when they don't need to as its still a lovely place to stay anyway.

• Dorothy (5/5): Misleading description The apartment wasn't luxurious, lots of stairs. Ages trying to get in! - Comfortable bed and central location. The title is completely. misleading. Definitely not luxurious or a boutique suite. Several flights of stairs which was a problem as we're an older couple. We were overcharged. No shelves or towel rails in tiny bathrooms. No maps, not even courtesy water in the fridge. Overall very disappointing.
• Samontorn (7/5): Good - Location is not far from Albert Crupyt market bed on the side near the shower room was lumpy, sinking down, causing back pain. The side of the bed next to the window was stronger, sleep better
• James (6/5): Excellent location but the "luxury" is over-sold for the price - The location of the apartment is excellent. Close to Metro/Tram and walking distance to most activities. Lovely neighbourhood. Having two bathrooms was very useful. The apartment was (for the price) very small and pretty basic. It is oversold as "luxury". For a couple, this might be OK, but we used the sofa bed in the living room, and so there was very minimal space as a result.
• Carol (7/5): Great location, very comfortable bed, money but very - Location perfect. Quiet street but still in the heart of the city! Massive bed and super comfortable. Host was very rude on phone as we were slightly delayed arriving at apartment but he was ok once we arrived. Constant flashing light in hall which was annoying but didn’t affect sleep when bedroom door was shut.

• Stephens (7/5): Comfy and cute for a few days away- ideal. - Host was excellent. Bed was so comfortable, very spacious rooms. Very cute apartment and ideal for a few days away. Right next to the trams and metro, with a lovely pancake house near by, and shops/restaurants and take away places too. Looks like it does it the pictures online, so very happy. The hall light had a mind of its own and would come on and go off randomly. The basin wouldn't drain in one of the bathrooms, as the lever had broken. There was a very old, bleach stained scourer left to wash up with. Not pleasant.

• Rebecca (7/5): Great location, communication could be better - Great location, very central to everything. The bed is really comfortable. Its very warm inside which is great when it’s cold outside The communication from the property manager wasn’t good. We arrived with no check in details, the phone number provided didn’t work and the person didn’t respond to our messages for a while.
