• Laura (10/5): - Appartement top, calme, propre, bien équipé et situé. Le seul bémol, c'est que l ont peut pas changer les serviettes, car nous sommes restés 9 jours et laver les serviettes malgré la machine à laver, qui était top, mais les linges sont longs à sécher en hiver. Mais c'est pas grave, nous sommes ravis de cet appartement.

• sibel (9/5): - Location was wondeful. I stayed 3 days with my 7 years son. You can have a chance to rest in your house, since it is in the middle of Plaka. Also, thank you for continuous support during our stay.. The informations may be given before arrival such as hot water and luggage storage possibility.
• susan (1/5): Do not stay here - it is basically on top of a building site … woken early and not usable in the day! - Modern clean apartment in a great position shame it was completely unusable due to excessive noise. This apartment is not useable and shouldn’t be advertised. I emailed to check that the apartment was as shown weeks before as this trip was for a special birthday for my partner , I was reassured that the apartment was great - sadly this was not true. After one night we wasted our the first day of our short holiday hunting Athens for new accommodation. We were rightly given a refund for the remaining days but have not been offered back the £165 wasted on the first night. The construction site is not as portrayed on the description ie you may hear some noise! Instead you will definitely be awoken at 7am by drilling and banging. The balcony is unusable too as a work lift goes past several times an hour with workmen in. The noise is so loud that we spent all time in the morning inside with all windows shut and still conversation was impossible. I am so disappointed that this company are prepared to still offer this accommodation knowing it is so poor … the decent thing to do is to take it off until the work is finished. I hoped for an Acropolis view and a coffee on a balcony instead I got a view of some portaloos and the sound of drills and hammers on steel beams. Not the birthday surprise I had hoped for!
• Phillip (5/5): Nice apartment but the stay was marred by significant construction noise and misleading advertisement of the apartment’s - Good location, good facilities internally including washing machine, kettle and coffee machine, large fridge. The property is right next door to a new construction project which is in its infancy. There was significant noise from the construction works at varying times throughout the DAY AND NIGHT. Lack of sleep was an issue. The balcony to the apartment overlooks the construction works and this was not shown in the apartment photos. Beware that construction regularly took place during the Athens quiet hours of 15:30 to 17:30, and 22:00 to 07:00, with significant noise experienced between 03:00 to 05:00 while cement was being delivered to the site. The accommodation description advised that there would be slight noise coming from the site during daytime hours. This was not the case and if is not what we experienced so only book this accommodation if you’re happy to take the risk of significant disturbance from the construction site. Complaints made to the property owners were met with a distinct lack of concern or accountability for the intentionally misleading listing / description.
• Dimitra (6/5): Horrible experience. Zero care or responsibility for mistakes. Look for verified reviews!! - Very negative experience. Everything is automated and the tech was not working. Took us over an hour to get into the flat. The company took their time in fixing the problem despite us being stranded outside with kids when it was late and raining! The apartment was very nice but it really didnt matter after the effort it took for us to get in and the poor customer service. Look at the verified reviews only!!! Customer service was horrible. No care that we couldnt get into the place at check in. Booked for 4 people and the sofa bed was not made up and there were no sheets. Katerina told us that it was our fault as we didnt ask for it to be made up, despite booking was made for 4 people. They could not get any sheets to us that night. Told her that we needed sheets as the sofa mattress was dirty. She told us to use a towel!!!??? Didnt like that locks were automated and it was scary that if you had to get out quickly and there was a tech problem you would be stuck! I would not use them again.

• Joanne (10/5): Would highly recommend staying in this beautiful property - Spotlessly clean property - a little bit of luxury in amongst the business of Athens. The rooftop was an added bonus for a magical view. Arrival and departures was contactless but hosts were very quick to respond with a query. Would definitely rebook when back in Athens.

• Alina (10/5): Wonderful place, we will stay here again next year. - Location is top-notched, it’s central but not too busy. It is so convenient to walk around, buy food, shop, visit all sites, go to metro. The apartment is very new, clean, beautifully decorated, with all appliances for kitchen+ washing machine. We really enjoyed our 3 nights here, it was fantastic. We will come back and stay/ or highly recommend it to others as it’s really worth the money.
• Evanthis (9/5): 3 night stay in Athens Plaka - Facilities were great, location was superb. Apartment was spacious with a balcony. Even though no staff at the premises, managers were in frequent contact over booking messaging app to confirm if there was a need for anything. Price was very good value for money and can even say a lot better some other nearby apartments hotels considering all of the above.. Final note, no keys for door which was very convinient for the 2 of us. A keypad lock was in pace with the keypass shared early in advance. Highly recommended and would rebook 100%. Only reason this is not 10 rated but 9 is that in the building next door there were renovation works and got loud from 8 am due to the drilling.

• Tanya (1/5): Downgraded our apartment type, without refund - Unfortunately, they downgraded our apartment type upon our arrival for a 4-night stay. We had a fully paid reservation for One Bedroom Apartment consisting of a bedroom and a living room but were given a tiny and much cheaper Apartment with just a bedroom. They never explained the reason for the downgrade and refused to refund the price difference. Rather disappointing for the cost of the place. I would not recommend or return to it.

• Alessandra (8/5): Very good - The apartment complex is incredibly close to the centre and we often ended up not needing the metro. The room is comfortable and there's everything you need to make some coffee or tea whenever you want. We had an issue when we arrived, but it was solved right away and communication with the staff was quick and easy, even late at night.
