The bed and pillows were very comforable. They also allow us for early checkin for a few hours. East to contact as well. We had a great time. Nothing.

• My Vacation (8/5): Ótima localização - É a localização é maravilhosa, você faz muitos pontos turísticos à pé, fica em uma avenida bem movimentada, porém isso não causa barulho nos quartos, também é próximo de vários restaurantes , lojinhas e supermercado. O quarto estava organizado e é espaçoso. Na booking o horário de check out quando vi o anuncio estava às 11h e no e-mail que o anfitrião envia, estava às 10h. O cheiro do box do banheiro estava com cheiro de xixi, limpeza não estava boa nesta parte do banheiro. Não tinha frigobar em minha acomodação como descrito no anuncio.

• Ana Maria (1/5): - Locația este aproape de centru În primul rând, în cameră se simțea un miros foarte neplăcut, persistent, care a afectat confortul șederii. Situația a fost agravată de faptul că ușa băii nu se închidea complet, astfel încât mirosul pătrundea constant în cameră. De asemenea, pereții prezentau fisuri vizibile și porțiuni de vopsea exfoliată, ceea ce indică o stare necorespunzătoare a spațiului. În plus, zgomotul puternic provenit de la traficul intens se auzea foarte clar, ceea ce sugerează o izolare fonică insuficientă a ferestrelor. Am solicitat schimbarea camerei, însă nu am mai primit niciun răspuns, deși am observat că existau camere disponibile care nu aveau baia în interior, deci unitatea nu era complet ocupată. Având în vedere aceste aspecte, consider că serviciile oferite nu au fost la standardul așteptat.

Хозяин аппартаментов не предоставил никакой информации относительно того, где можно оставить вещи до заселения. Заселение крайне позднее - 3 часа дня, а выселение крайне раннее - 10 утра. Я прилетела впервые в Грецию, у меня было день рождение, хотелось его провести интересно. Но я не знала, где можно в городе оставить вещи, поскольку самолет вылетал рано утром, а аэропорт вылета находится в другом городе, я не спала всю ночь. Когда я прилетела утром, я дважды написала хозяину можно ли как-то решить вопрос с багажом. Он не дал никакой информации, где можно было временно оставить вещи, а также игнориривал мои сообщения, и даже удалил их из переписки. Когда я заселилась, выяснилось, что все номера свободны были, а хозяин даже не предложил за доп.плату более раннее заселение. Если у вас самолет прилетает рано, и вы не спите полночи до прилета, то даже небольшой рюкзак окажется крайне тяжелым через 2-3 часа, а ноги устанут даже в супер удобной обуви, поэтому лучше заселяйтесь в гостиницу, где можно оставить вещи до заселения, чем пользоваться аппартаментами. Разница в цене не настолько существенна, чем потерять полдня в ожидании, когда хозяин скинет код от дверей.

• Dr Sana (4/5): Only location is good, else BIG disappointment! - Location is good. It’s centrally located. Walkable distance to most attractions, cafes, restaurants, shops. Cleanliness was below average. Shower rail was broken. Also soap rack in the shower was broken. Dirty marks on taps in the bathroom. Tiniest shower with no exhaust in the bathroom. Only one window that too is in the shower and you can’t open it for exhaust if you are showering. Too suffocating. Cover behind bed and side tables. Dust inside lamps. No concierge facilities to stow your luggage. Check in details received too late despite sending reminders. Request for iron and iron board was not addressed in time. All furniture in room and bathroom vanity appear to have lived their life and need replacement. AC is noisy. If Check out details are communicated already at the time of check in message then what’s the purpose of sending an intimidating-style message again that guest needs to check out at 10am no matter what happens as they have cleaners coming in to clean the room. Message like this only show bad taste in hospitality and leave a negative impression. I’m paying for my stay and I know what are check out times as you have already mentioned that with check in details. You don’t need to send a hard reminder to guests which seems more like a threatening tone. Totally disappointed with this place. Never coming back again and highly unrecommended.
• Daniel (9/5): - Incredible location in the heart of Athens, and great to access the Acropolis, Museum and Temple of Zeus. Rooms were clean, with a simple contactless check-in system, and a reasonably spacious room and balcony. Very easy instructions on arrival and easy to find. The description of the property makes it very clear that it is a homestay with a private room, however on first glance, it may appear that it could be a hotel stay. This was not an issue for us, however to be noted. The check-in instructions were sent a little close to check-in time for my liking, we did not receive details until 12pm, giving us some small concerns, but came through no issues.

The location was close to attractions and close distance to shops like supermarket or food and MOST importantly it was in a safe area where you can walk back late in the evening without being worried or threatened. Definitely choosing the same company for my next holidays to Athens

• Esra (3/5): - Sadece konumu iyiydi Odamız çok gürültülüydü.odaya temizlik için ayrıca ücret almalarına rağmen ilk girdiğimiz anda yatağın etrafında saçlar ve toz yumakları vardı yani yerler temizlenmemişti. Klima düzgün çalışmıyordu ve sürekli ses çıkardı. Üzerimize örtmek için sadece bir çarşaf konulmuştu, yorgan vardı fakat nevresim kılıfı olmadığı için kullanamadık ,herkesin kullandığı yorganları kılıfsız kullanmak hiç hijyenik değil. Ayrıca banyo odanın dışındaydı epey yorucu oldu bu yüzden.

İyileştirilmesi gerektiğini düşündüğüm tek şey check in giriş saatinin geç olması, Atina’ya sabah varan birisi için giriş saati oldukça geç ve bagaj için emanet kabul edilmiyor. Bir de çamaşır makinesi olması iyi ancak kullanım aralığını çok kısa tutmuşlar (17.30-20.30) biraz daha esnetilebilir.

• Yagmur (8/5): The stay was very comfortable. I would definitely choose it again. - The apartment was nice, clean, and comfortable. Communication with the hosts via email was very easy and quick. On the downside, when I first arrived, the electricity was out. Since there was no reception or staff on-site and communication with the hosts was only through email, I couldn’t reach anyone at that moment. I also couldn’t connect to the internet, and without a local SIM card I wasn’t sure what to do. This made the arrival a bit stressful.

Other than that, the room is passable. - Location is very good, if you are staying for a short (2-3 nights max) and average (small room and bathroom) stay and you just want a room to sleep in, it is fine. Other than that, this should not be your option. Cleanliness: I had a mosquito issue in the room, one itch got swollen and irritated. I had to go to the hospital to cure. The number one issue was the bug issue for me. The room is a bit old as well, but it's fine.

• Azzopardi2396 (4/5): Disappointing - It was very close to the main attractions and close to public transport. Located in a noisy main street. The apartment is old and needs renovation. The bathroom was not accessible from the bedroom but locked in another room. Very small shower, a large framed person would not fit well. Shower cubicle did not close well and water rises from the floor outside the shower cubicle while showering. No towel change.

The location is excellent, close to the Acropolis and the Plaka, we could walk around everything. The apartment is close to the boulevard, for those who are light sleepers, noise can be a problem.

Clear information about all facilities. Easy contact with the office. The flat is noisy. The main window is on the main road in the city when the traffic is at night too. And even if we closed the window shades we heard the city noises. In our mind the window is broken.

But be careful as there is no laundry detergent. I couldn't find the key to open the room door but they quickly helped me by text. The toilet door had to be opened with care. • Leo (8/5): 😄 - It's in a great location and easy for travelers to find. Moderately close to all attractions and very convenient for eating and shopping. The room was large, moderately light, fairly quiet throughout the building for resting, and had a large balcony. I Athens motorcycles are noisy, plus hot water and shower facilities need to be improved.
• Ilina (6/5): Pleasant - Comfortable bed, good location and the room looked like the pictures. What really bothered me was that whenever you needed warm water, you had to go all the way to the end of the hallway, find a button, turn it on, and then wait for the water to heat up. The hot water tank seemed quite small because the water would cool down quickly. We also didn’t realize there were shared spaces, which made it even harder to get warm water since it was being used by all the rooms. This made the walk to the boiler button awkward, especially when you'd have to go through the shared areas in your pajamas, either after waking up or before bed, just to press the button because the hot water had run out again. The air conditioning didn’t warm the room properly either, so it was a bit cold at night. Plus, the room had a slight smell of drainage pipes.

The owner did not respond at all to my request for checking in 3 hours earlier, even though I requested it twice, so I had to wander around the city with all my bags for 3 hours until 15:00 o'clock. Also, in order to access the bathroom for my room, I had to go through a common hallway which in its self is not that bad, but I was not aware of that and I did not see it written anywhere in the description either. In addition, the accommodation writes in the description that it provides slippers among the bathroom amenities, which were nowhere to be found.
• Dimitrios (8/5): Amazing location with situation about the room - Amazing location, it’s near to the city center of Athens, the view from the balcony it’s very good. The self check in it was must and all the following details. The bed it’s was super comfy! First thing first I don’t know if I don’t read the description about this apartment but it was a big apartment with 4 different rooms with privates bathroom( our bathroom it was the in the shared area of the apartment) and shared kitchen, the alleys of the house it was full of clean staff! About the bathroom, I try two times to make a bathroom in the night and the water it was cold, after the first day the lamp in the bathroom it was like a thriller movie, I found a lots of long hairs in the bathroom.
