• Katherine (8/5): - Alot of people were arriving at the same time, but everyone fitted (doubled parked) The doors from the parking were clearly marked, but the instructions assisted. Where to find the elevator was slightly confusing with no directions.

• Michael (2/5): Never to stay at this apartment again and would not recommend it - Location No instructions to say where the car space was - it was 15 meters in the boom gate as it is not in numerical order. Greeted by a vacuum cleaner at the entrance to the apartment was not a good look. The furniture was old and tired and tatty. No hairdryer No bath mat Wasn’t that clean

• Kyle (5/5): Great spot to crash for an event, if you can deal with Air BNB type nonsense - Location is amazing for events + city view is great Check in process is a debacle. Host / owner / landlord ( spoke to all of them ) requested sensitive identification information sent to a random email to verify. Instead we did FaceTime verification of id + wanted to see my family to “ make sure we were good people “ luckily we fit her personal standards while already in the area waiting for check in Apartment was filthy, cleaning obviously only vacuuming and linen

• Megan (10/5): Great experience - Location was great . Contact from owners regarding check in and out procedures was great . Overall a great experience . Only small negative was the pillows, another couple of pillows would have been great as they were very soft and I prefer a firmer pillow . This is just personal preference though .
• Catherine (5/5): Location was great but it could do with a good deep clean - The location was good. The apartment was quite dirty when we arrived. The walls and carpets were stained with tape holding down the carpet in parts. The shower had mould. We were only given 2 towels for 3 guests. The spare pillow did not have a pillow case on it and the doona cover was dirty. Now we have been home for a few days, they have tried making us pay for carpet cleaning when we didn’t make any mess on the carpets. This is the first time we have had a complaint made against us in many years of travel. Feel like it’s a money grab. Dropping off the keys the next morning was a problem due to the store not opening until 7:30am even though they advertise 7am. I suggested the apartment has a key box inside the building for those times when travellers want to leave earlier.
• Justine (6/5): Location was great and apartment was nice but guests basic needs have to be addressed . A washing machine is a necessity - Location Basic facilities that weren’t available that weren’t in use upon check in. Washing machine was broken and only replaced a few days before we checked out.
• Jessica (7/5): location was great, room needs to be cleaned thoroughly - Went for a concert. Location was great and the view from room was nice. Close to everything we needed and for 2 people a decent size room. Booked an apartment as we were there for a week and we also wanted to be able to do washing. Went to use washing machine and it did not work. The filter was clogged with plastics and even a coin was in there as well as other bits. We ended up having to pay $50 to get it dry cleaned. The machine did not get fixed while we were there. When we took out the washing bag there was a black container with used needles. On the day we left we went to vacuum and it did not work. The power button did not stay down. Definitely needs to be cleaned thoroughly before someone else goes in there. I have attached some photos below.
• Scott (6/5): Don’t stay here!!! Find somewhere else - The location. The constant barrage of texts, emails and phone calls was not appreciated. The check out text message was sent at 4.40 am followed by 2 emails at 5 am and text message at 8.06 and then a phone call at 9.11. Our check out time was 10am. The host made it very difficult to check in and out .. we had to send photos of everything. To Top it all off we had booked for 3 people and were left with 2 towels. It was not a good experience at all!!’n

• Thuvijan (1/5): Worst apartment in Olympic park - Not many positives Terrible stay. Shower room and bathroom were completely flooding for first 2 days. We could not have a shower. It got fixed and we were only able to shower day 3 and 4 of our stay. We were promised a 30 percent refund on the days that were impacted and we have not received anything at all. Booking.com following up of the matter has been terrible too. Would not recommend. Use Airbnb endorsed places instead.

Not having instructions regarding how to access the building with the key fob. Rubbish disposal location to get rid of rubbish. Lack of cleaning products to help tidy up upon leaving the apartment.

Reported it to the owner and arranged times for her to visit but didn't show up or let us know she wasn't coming. Very unreliable.
