- Anvarjon (1/5): If you are new in KL, skip this old apartment at any cost. There are far more newer apartments right across the street w - Location Prior arrival date, management never answered my phone calls. As soon as we arrived apartment security didn’t want to open the mailbox to retrieve the key, they insisted calling management which they never responded as well. After 30 minutes or so security team let us get the key card from mailbox, and only single key card provided. Since you have to use key card on elevators including opening building hallway door, it is real hassle having single card. To turn the lights on you will need your own key card which is not noted anywhere. On one of the bathroom while hot water switch was on, we still didn’t have any hot water. Contacted property management several times didn’t get any response. Even though we booked thise place for almost 10 days, after first day, we had to book another new apartment across the street.
