- Jahl (5/5): Great location everything else was okay. - Location is good. Room photos were quite misleading. They gave the impression that I was booking a full apartment with a seperate living area, kitchen, dryer, and bedroom. In reality I received a small room with just a bed and tv (not even a bar fridge). This place is not a hotel but rather a residential building with individual rooms rented out. As a result the lobby is extremely busy and due to the limited number of elevators it typically takes 5-10 minutes just to reach a floor. The pool area was also super packed, possibly due to the time of year, which made it hard to enjoy the view.

It doesn’t feel reasonable, especially since this is a residence. Ideally, parking should be included or at least reserved for the unit we’re staying in.

- Fongtheng (8/5): Overall, a very good stay. the car park situation really needs serious attention. improvement to enh - Very disappointed and shocked by the expensive parking charges — RM212 for just 3 days is unreasonably high. While I understand that the Airbnb does not provide parking, a special or discounted parking arrangement should at least be offered or recommended to guests. For example, the property next door, Sleeping Lion, offers a customer parking rate of RM10 per day. While I don’t expect the same rate, something equivalent or even slightly higher would still be acceptable and much more reasonable. This is definitely an area for improvement in enhancing the overall guest experience and value.

- Rodney (9/5): WORTH YOUR CONSIDERATION ☺️ - Well located with a two minute walk to all of the hustle and bustle of Bukit Bintang & Bukit Bintang Jln. We booked the one bedroom apartment Clean room, softish sheets and comfortable pillows with a good quality mattress with a bonus view of the Twin Towers so we had the curtains opened all of the time. The TV is automatically connected to the WiFi so all we did was log into our streaming account sitting on the comfortable couch and binge watch 😜. The shower is a good size and the kitchen is minimal but functional but there is a great little Indian restaurant outside which is cheap as.. I've never stayed in this type of facility before so was pleasantly surprised and will consider it again. - Lifts are really busy all day. Not a big deal but just saying 😁. - The pool was too crowded for me but looks great.

- Therese (7/5): The service could have been better given that the property is located in a startegic area. - Since it’s located in Bukit Bintang, it’s walking distance from the popular malls, IG-worthy spots, and delicious restaurants. It’s beside rundown apartments. Keep in mind that the property is NOT A HOTEL. It’s a condominium BUT with hotel-modeled units (hence, you might think it’s a hotel based on the room photos) that Malaysians own and create into Airbnbs. The amenities inside will be similar to what you’ll find in hotel rooms, but there is no room service and you can’t get your room cleaned up with fresh sheets and towels. You’ll have to keep your sheets and towels clean and usable for the duration of your stay. They only give one towel per person. I did not like the fact that when we got there, they could not give us the room that we booked, and only offered us their studio unit, which is smaller, but they charged us THE SAME PRICE as the bigger one we originally reserved. They emailed us beforehand that they only accept cash as payment but we were not informed of an additional RM 200 cash deposit. The studio room was good enough with a pleasant view, but it wasn’t what we had planned and the only reason they could give us why they changed our room was because it was a busy week. No prior notice such as message or email.

Booked this accomodation way in advance and they simply don't inform about the rooftop pool being out of service, felt they even hid it. Support from the staff was very disappointing, the guy was kind of careless and unfriendly. For all the similar options available in KL, better go for another one for the same price... remember to ask for available services during your stay in advance if any shared facilities is important to you.

- Tanja (2/5): spend your money somewhere else - the rooms are nice -the staff is unfriendly, borderline rude -no one informed me that the pool would be closed for my entire stay -my room wasn’t ready when i arrived at 9pm, they made me wait, then told me i had to sleep in a different room and change rooms the next day, which means i couldn’t leave the hotel because i was waiting for the new room -never got the room i initially booked -the cleaning is very superficial and in 5 days no one emptied a bin or brought new TP -it was overall a very frustrating expiration and i wish i has spent my money elsewhere

I liked that my room came with a washer/dryer, which was convenient. The customer service is lacking. My room ran out of toilet paper and towels and it took 2 days of requesting to get a response. Also, my room was infested with ants. When I booked, I was excited about the infinity pool shown in the pictures. However, it was closed for maintenance the entire 14 days I was there.
