• Julia (9/5): Nice apartment, perfect location - Nice apartment, great location. Really close to Plaka, acropolis and acropolis museum. Great restaurants in the area. The apartment was perfect for the 3 of us. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The owners are very kind and helpful. They gave us the possibility to check in earlier which made our stay even better. They also gave us very clear instructions to check-in and check-out. They also replied super fast to messages. It’s an old building so the elevator is outdated and walls are thin. You can hear the neighbors talking/watching tv. I sleep with white noise so it wasn’t a big problem for me. Bring earplugs just in case.

• Δέσποινα (1/5): Απογοήτευση και ταλαιπωρία. Όλα απαράδεκτα - Κατα την διαμονη μου στο εν λογω διαμερισμα βιωσα οτι χειροτερο μπορει να βιωσει ανθρωπος σε ενα καταλυμα.Μητερα με μωρο 2 ετων κληθηκα να μεινω σε ενα χωρο καταβρωμικο ,περα απο καθε φαντασια. Με την εισοδο μου στο καταλυμα αντικρισα πρωτογονες καταστασεις. Λεκανη τουαλετας βρωμικη απο ακαθαρισιες. Πατωμα και σοφατεπι γεματα τριχες και σκονη. Επιπλα γεματα τριχες και σκονη. Κουζινα και νεροχυτη βρωμικα με κηλιδες βρωμιας παντου. Ηταν αδυνατον σεβομενη τον εαυτο μου και το παιδι μου να μεινω σε αυτο τον χωρο.Εφυγα απο την πρωτη στιγμη και εψαξα αλλου για καταλυμα. Επικοινωνησα με τον υπευθυνο οπου του παρεθεσα φωτο απο ολη αυτη την κατασταση και απαντηση ακομα δεν πηρα. Αισθανομαι ακραια θιγμενη και εχω υποστει προσβολη αλλα και κλοπη των χρηματων μου.Θα περιμενα μετα την αποστολη των φωτογραφιων να ειχα λαβει αμεσως επιστροφη το ποσο που κατεβαλα.Τιποτα τετοιο δεν εχει γινει ακομα. Προκειται για αντιεπαγγελματιες που δυσφυμιζουν τον ορο φιλοξενια και ενοικιαση καταλυματος. Λυπαμαι και ελπιζω στην ικανοποιηση και αποκατασταση της βλαβης που υπεστην. Θεωρω οτι η booking ως επιτυχημενη πλατφορμα θα επρπε να προστατευει τους πελατες της.

• Ευαγγελία (10/5): - Φανταστική τοποθεσία, με πολλά ωραία μαγαζιά τριγύρω και δίπλα στη στάση του μετρό! Όμορφο και βολικό διαμέρισμα για 3 άτομα.
• Ayla (5/5): Problematic heating system - The apartment is located in a nice area, with many restaurants and amenities nearby, which made getting around quite convenient. We did not cook during our stay, but the kitchen appeared to be equipped with basic cooking utensils. There were no paper towels provided, and small welcoming touches such as coffee capsules would have been appreciated. We experienced significant issues with heating during our stay. We communicated with the host, who replied quickly and kindly and repeatedly sent instructions on how to operate the heating system. Unfortunately, despite following these instructions several times, the issue was not resolved. The radiators did not work, and although the air conditioner was operating, it did not adequately heat the apartment. As a result, the apartment remained cold throughout our stay. It was unclear whether this was a temporary issue or a permanent one. Overall, while the location is a strong advantage and communication with the host was prompt, the unresolved heating issue significantly affected our comfort.

• Patricia (1/5): Horrendous experience for senior ladies on their first trip to Greece. - Nothing , we were unable to get in . The code didn’t work and we could not get the key. We were at a cafe till 1 am and finally had to stay overnight at the only hotel who answered their phone. It was a wonderful hotel but quite expensive. We were left outside, with no help from owner or booking.com after a 16 hr flight. We are seniors and I have a disability.

• Spreafico (8/5): Alloggio nei pressi dell'Acropoli - Posizione comodissima per girare a piedi, zona con diversi ristoranti e locali. Host molto gentili ci hanno permesso di effettuare check-in anticipato alle 14.00. Hanno sempre risposto molto velocemente ai messaggi su booking; procedura consegna chiavi in autonomia semplice e spiegata bene. Appartamento ristrutturato da poco, camere grandi. Foto sul sito reali. Non abbiamo utilizzato la cucina quindi non ho idea della dotazione. Pulizia da migliorare. Alcune manutenzioni da effettuare (peccato trascurare visto che l'appartamento è ristrutturato). Sarebbe più igienico coprire i piumoni con un sacco così da poterlo lavare. Nell'androne del palazzo cattivo odore. La finestrella del bagno e della cucina si affacciano su un intercapedine dalla quale arriva lo stesso cattivo odore dell'androne. Bagno piccolo. Si sentono molto i rumori degli appartamenti vicini, non è isolato bene ma non è colpa del proprietario.
• Sudipta (8/5): Great accommodation which is central to Athens - Close to main attraction. Tim’s of restaurants in the area. Spacious bed rooms. Wish there was a way to clear trash everyday, and also wished there were a little bit more crockeries and cutlery for a family of 3
• Alessandra (3/5): - La posizione, centrale e vicino a due ristoranti buonissimi Poco accogliente. Palazzo con forte odore di umido e appartamento con cattivo odore. Il tubo del condizionatore dà direttamente sul balconcino, che diventa così bagnato e pericoloso (si scivola). All'arrivo abbiamo fatto notare che non c'erano capsule per la macchinetta del caffè. Prima hanno detto di cercare meglio, quando ho confermato la loro assenza, mi hanno detto che non erano previste e che se volevamo potevamo andarle a comprare a spese nostre. Per un soggiorno di 4 notti (per cui abbiamo pagato 65 euro a testa) ci hanno lasciato un rotolo e mezzo di carta igienica... Il lampadario di una delle due stanze da letto non funzionava. Ci hanno detto che sarebbero venuti a sistemarlo due giorni dopo. A quel punto abbiamo lasciato stare... Abbiamo chiesto se potevamo lasciare le valigia per un paio d'ore dopo il check in e ci hanno detto di no. Da evitare! Carissimo per quello che offrono e scortesi al massimo. In più prendono anche in giro, augurandoti un buon soggiorno e ringraziandoti per la comprensione...

• Dave (8/5): - Great location!! Functional bedrooms, with balcony. Quiet. Lifts Kitchen needs more basic items eg knife, chopping board, more plates and glasses. The electricity went off for the whole block twice in three days (the first time for 6 hours) . No good in 42deg heat

• Laura (9/5): Great location, clean apartment, attentive staff. - The apartment was right around the corner from the Akropolis metro stop, had lots of restaurant options nearby, and was a quick walk to a lot of amenities and attractions we wanted to explore. Only callout is that the battery on the fire alarm was dead and didn’t get replaced in the four days we were there.

• Stamati (10/5): Urban cosy feeling - It is a very modern apartment at the heart of Athens. Next to the acropolis museum and the acropolis surrounded by model cafes, restaurants and bars. Very local feeling. Definitely a must stay. We will return for sure. Everything was great!

• Adrianna (7/5): Great apartment - Fantastic location, great facilities in the apartment and the apartment was nice, clean, and modern. Air conditioning was a big plus! Not the owner's fault but the walls were VERY thin and the neighbours liked to watch TV until 2am every night - I appreciate not much can be done about that but worth knowing if you're a light sleeper. Some towels left in the washing machine presumably from the previous guests.

• Dimitris (2/5): Please, give the place a good cleaning. It has so much more potential given the location and layout - Great location. The apartment faces the courtyard, so it is much quieter from street noise. Good layout of the apartment. When I informed the management company that there was no clothes rack for drying the laundry, they were quick to respond and bring a new one the next morning. The apartment floors and surfaces were very dirty. The place had not been cleaned, vacuumed or dusted in a very long time. The floor moldings were black from the dirt. There was food under the couch. The computer desk had not been dusted in a very long time. The same goes for the closet surfaces. The place can be equipped much better. We stayed for 7 days and there were only two scant rolls of toilet paper. We had to buy our own. The kitchen has the bare minimum and there's no filtered coffee maker. If you want to make your own coffee, you have to buy your own coffee pods.

• Beverley (10/5): Exceptional - I found the unit to be very nice, clean, and in a perfect location to see all the Athen attractions. The host were easy to contact,made things very easy and were very quick with replies as well as very helpful with recommendations. I would highly recommend this apartment and there is a great restaurant next door called Opos Palia I would also recommend you try

• Cheryl (7/5): Great location large apartment - Location was great as it was very close to all tourist spots. Lots of restaurants just outside of building. Lifts were very small but working. Apartment was large and spacious and easy to find. It has a washing machine and air con in the bedrooms however notin the kitchen and living whuch were extremely hot in there. Very basic equipment in kitchen to cook with. Old building so you cannot thrown paper in toilet and there was no bidet.
