Guests are invited to complete the check-in online form , 24 hrs prior to their arrival, using the link sent with the confirmation of the reservation, proceeding with the info requested,( ID, document).
Check-in from 15.00, taken care of by Venicevillas, which will provide the necessary info to get the keys, in order to get in at any chosen time. Property will be available to assist up to 22.00 hrs, and after that ,only in case of emergency.
No prepayment is requested on arrival, given the fact that on the online check-in form, details of Credit/Debit Card will be asked to be provided.
A preauthorization for the 100 EUR for the Damage deposit will be required.
Guests are kindly invited not to leave bags of rubbish behind, out or inside the premises as collection of rubbish is being done only during mornings in Venice, with the exception of Sundays.
Guests are also reminded to not leave windows open, for security reasons, Lights on, not to take away towels and to report any eventual damages.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Arand (3/5): Venice is a good city, the place we stayed not. - The city not the place were booked. Upon our arrival, we encountered several significant issues that severely impacted our experience:
Locked Door on Arrival: When we arrived, the main entrance door was locked, and there was no one present to assist us. Despite multiple attempts to call and text various contact numbers, we did not receive any concrete assistance. We were only able to enter the building after nearly an hour, thanks to another tourist renting from a different agency who arrived and let us in. This situation was extremely frustrating and prevented us from exploring the city or buying essentials, as we could not leave without a key to re-enter.
Poor Communication and Accusations: When we finally reached a contact person via WhatsApp, we were told there should be no lock on the main entrance door and were accused of not knowing how to open it. After lengthy and stressful discussions, involving accusations and threats of penalties, the agency manager and a colleague visited the site. They discovered that the main entrance was indeed locked and broke the lock to resolve the issue. Despite this, they continued to deny the problem existed.
No cleaning services were provided. We had to request basic necessities such as toilet paper, towels, and shampoo.
The bathroom had a persistent bad smell and was not clean, with rusty tiles and a non-functional ventilator.
The kitchen was poorly equipped, with items like a scratched and unusable pan.
Essential items such as a functional hoover and a stable laundry rack were missing or broken.
Garbage from the entire building was placed in front of our door every morning, creating an unsanitary and unpleasant environment.
These issues significantly ruined the first day of our trip and caused considerable inconvenience and distress throughout our stay.

- Eleni (9/5): Superb - Perfect location. Walking distance from St. Mark's Square and Rialto Bridge. Very close to 2 vaporetto stations, Ospedale and F.Nove. Comfortable room No housekeeping for the 5 nights that we spent there. Smelled humidity a bit but I guess it was because it was very close to the water

- Murrell (9/5): Lovely stay, in a central location, with very helpful host. Highly recommend this stay! - Loved the space and the host. We had a clean and comfortable stay at the apartment, with all basic amenities provided. The location was great, close to a vapporeto station, cafes, restaurants, and shops, but very quiet at night. Though we appreciated the clear communication for obtaining the key and loved all the tips and info we received from meeting the host, the limited times to check in can be difficult.
Our only suggestion would be having an option for automatic check in.
- Rim (2/5): Damp and moldy - stay away if you have asthma or care about your lungs. - It was roomy The whole room smelled like mold, and the sheets were actually damp when we slept in them. we slept with masks on for the two days while we were there because did the smell.
There was visible mold on the AC, the welcoming binder and some of the kitchen stuff. The toilet seat was only placed on top of the toilet and my friend almost fell off the loo. There was a centipede in the kitchen sink, and another one by the trash bins. The management came and gave us a bug spray, but once we found the second centipede we stayed away from the kitchen.
When I notified the property owners of the moldy smell they just said that humidity is to be expected even if it’s clean, but it wasn’t really that clean, and a dehumidifier would probably help.
It’s listed as a new property on the site, but it isn’t really new and just looks like it might have changed name…
I would have definitely paid more and stayed at another place, but wasn’t able to find any alternatives for our second night.
