• Ursula ceciloa (6/5): - view the service was not real good is not hostess the woman you deal with is real rude and the comucation confusing...Was not key on my arrival at 7pm. and Been there waiting 1 and a half. to get in the check not acces and not cominication with not one they give a WhatsApp with a robot. yeah robot set up with the same answers on and on....the check in experience was horrible!!! they make you feel bad about it they forced me to meet them next day for a voucher at 3:00pm. they ruined my frisrt and my second day. I don't recommend this place that all.. if you want to have a good feeling about Mexico, peace of mind and all this make looks Mèxicans and Cancun. real bad... by the way just for thr records the people. witch I been dealing with where Not Mèxicans* They make look Mexico bad... wrong terrible terrible. the service in the restaurant was great Thank you francisco for the best breakfast!!!!

• Audrey (9/5): I would consider staying there again as a solo traveler. - Attractive and well laid out. The on site restaurant was very good. This is not a glitzy hotel but was built in the 70s in a. colonial Spanish style. The majority of the staff were very gracious with my extremely limited Spanish. I stayed in a studio with a balcony with a direct view of the ocean. It was advertised as having toiletries by this they means one shower vat of all purpose soap and one liquid hand soap. There were no face towels or dish towels of any kind. So I bought a cheap roll of paper towels. The provided blanket was just tiny bit heavier than sheet; which I wasn’t very happy with. But that may just be a personal preference.
• Abderrahim (1/5): Be carful with your deposit! - The stuff are friendly for sure or trying to be so you can tip and you will be definitely charged 3 times the price of anything or even more! They took a deposit of 4900 MXN as damage deposit and the promised to release the hold within 12 business days, after 15 business days I had to contact them to see why is taking that long to release my deposit. Eventually I’ve got my deposit back as we left the hotel room in a perfect condition. 2 months later I realized that they took an amount of 819.83 MXN, an amount that coming from nowhere without any explanation! This is nothing but a fraud and taking advantage of tourists. BE CARFUL!

• Tania (1/5): THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE!!!! - Nothing to love about this place. I booked 2 nights with a balcony and received no balcony. They did not upgrade me. They just made excuses that they had no room! They offered me in American dollars a room for another day, but when I converted to Australian dollars it was the same amount! Do not stay at this place. Their plumbing is really bad. Their showers get clogged up and so do their toilets. The view is nice, but that's about it! I paid extra for a balcony and I received no balcony and had to pay the extra!!! My holiday was ruined texting back and forth and no balcony right on the beach. There is no reception. You have to go to the security carport people to check in. They are rude and speak very little English. Very bad customer service and they take forever to reply back! Would not recommend this place! 😕 Would not recommend this place! Have to check in with security parking people. They speak little English and are very rude! I booked a room with balcony for two nights and received a room with no balcony! My holiday was ruined from texting back and forth. They take forever to reply back. There is no reception! They said they would upgrade me to a balcony room the next day, but wouldn't answer my text the following day! Then they offered me a discount in american dollars for a room , after my two day stay, but when I converted in Australian dollars it was the same amount I paid for the room. They never gave me a refund for the difference I paid for a more expensive room. They just made excuses! Their plumbing is shit! Shower gets clogged and so does toilet. THIS PLACE WAS A NIGHTMARE! WORST PLACE IVE EVER STAYED, AND IVE TRAVELLED THE WORLD!!!

• Miguel Angel (10/5): Mi mejor opción para Cancún - Como siempre la ubicación fue ideal y justo lo que necesitaba. Ya me he quedado con ellos varias veces, económicos y directo en el mar. La cama super cómoda el baño completamente renovado y muy limpio. Tienes cocina y refri que en mi caso no fue necesario pero también es muy bueno por si te apetece hacerte tu desayuno Mejoraría que incluyeran una botellita de agua si fuera posible para cuando llegas.

• Cecilia ivonne (1/5): NO ME REGRESARON MI DEPOSITO - Honestamente es un lugar básico con alberca y vista al mar. Te piden un deposito que según ellos es reembolsable de 6 a 12 dias hábiles. Ya pasaron los dias hábiles y comentan que el reembolso es automático pero es MENTIRA, es fraude. NO LO RECOMIENDO EN LO ABSOLUTO ES UN ROBO, solo me quede una noche y sigo batallando para que me regresen mi deposito por fueron $250 Dolares o $4200 pesos mexicanos. Es una cantidad grande mas que la estancia. Los dueños no viven en cancun, el que me toco vive en Argentina y desde allá hace su fraude junto con Karina quien es la que te cobra con una terminal de mercado pago. No aceptan efectivo por obvias razones para que se queden con tu deposito y te mienten que según es el banco. Cuando estuve ahí varias personas salían enojadas por el sistema, escuche que hasta demandaría por los cobros la verdad el personal no te da soluciones por que su respuesta es que ellos no tienen nada que ver con las personas ya que son mas de 30 propietarios que rentan el lugar. NO LO RECOMIENDO NO VAYAN, ES UN ROBO TOTAL.

Broken chair on patio. Safe was locked so couldn’t be used. It was an overly complicated check in process.
