• KRISTINA PANDŽIĆ (10/5): - Prelijep stan..cisto, opremljen svim potrebnim sadrzajem za ugodan boravak, u blizini metroa, bus stanica ispred stana., ducani u neposrednoj blizini. Sve preporuke od mene za ivaj stan. Sve je bilo.odlično.
• Radomír (9/5): - Vše čisté a vybavené. Komunikace s majitelkou bezproblémová. Dostupnost do centra dobrá, autobus i metro blízko.
• Sobia (9/5): - Alles ist super eingerichtet, Betten sind gemütlich Bäder auch gut, Küche auch gut gerichtet. Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt Handtuch Halter im Bad und auch zum Wäsche hängen, wir müssten alles auf Boden legen

• Ahmed (10/5): Marvelous host and family friendly house - Iva is a great host. She helped us through the whole trip from the moment we landed in FCO airport. We reached late and she was waiting for us in person. There were very nice treats in the house like a delicious Italian cake, Dolce gusto coffee pods and water bottles Nothing

• Aspradaki-anagnostaki (10/5): Like we were at our home...... - They welcomed us with love and we felt like we were at home, in Greece. Even though our flight was delayed, they waited patiently for us with a sweet gift. Thank you very much.
• Ömer (9/5): Excellent apartment stay in Rome - Excellent stay in a spacey apartment, bottom to top renovated in an old building. Two comfy bedrooms each having a separate bathroom, nicely decorated living room with a very well equipped kitchen area. Access to center is convenient, bus stop right in front of the building and metro station is 400mt away. Shutters and AC helps for an uninterrupted sleep. Although we have sent a message days before the check in that we might be one hour late and it is agreed, too much hustle/ping pong around it, this stressed me out.
• Liene (9/5): Cosy &comfortable aparmtent & easy to reach any tourist destination. - Price performance is excellent. Just around the corner is market and in a walking distance You can find everything needed around the flat. The flat is clean and comfortable. Some of standard facilities were missing - like tablets for washing machine or hand soap. But as the store is 2 min walking, it was not a huge problem.
• Seba (10/5): Comfortable and relaxing - Large, clean and comfortable flat, with many facilities and a TV in each room. It was so relaxing for us to stay there. There is a bus station in-front of the building with direct connection to the Colosseum and other attractions. We used the metro rarely (which was also not far). The flat was ideal for us. We travelled with our kids who also loved staying there. We communicated with Iva who was super nice and welcomed us with a traditional tasty cake :-)

• Elena (10/5): Awesome apartment in a very nice neighborhood for a stay in Rome! - Awesome newly renovated, big apartment with all the utilities you might need for a warm and cozy stay in Rome with or without kids! Very nice neighborhood with bus and metro stations close and also a lot of pasticceria and restaurants close by!

• Sheena (10/5): Beautiful apt - The apartment was spotless. Looks newly renovated. Beds VERY comfortable. 2 large double beds and a sofa bed. Lovely high ceilings. Large bedrooms. Apt on 2nd floor but lift begins at 1st floor. Not a problem for us though. Nice wine and champagne glasses. And a lovely gesture of cake on arrival Nothing !
• Diana (10/5): A perfect location for a city break in Rome - The apartment is very well located, close to public transportation. It is very well equipped and you have everything you need, plus the rooms are big and it is very spacious for 5-6 members. The host is very nice, she waited us even though we arrived late and she left us an Italian cake, wine and beer, we appreciated them a lot. -

It was very clean, spacious enough to comfortably accommodate two families, and beautifully renovated with a modern touch. The apartment is located in a peaceful and secure complex with 24/7 security, offering a great sense of safety. Its location is very convenient, being close to a metro station, and with a bus line passing right in front of the complex. Supermarkets and other amenities are also nearby, making it easy to access everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Rome!
• Bianca (10/5): Very nice and modern apartment - The apartment is very spacious and suitable for 2 couples travelling together. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is very nice. The kitchen was also very well equipped. As for the location of the apartment, it is very well connected as there are 2 bus stations on each side of the building and also 7 minutes away from Metro A. I highly recommend this stay. Nothing
• Katarzyna (10/5): Exceptional - The perfect place for short city break, but also for the longer stay. Very close to subway. In 20 minutes you xan reach to the old town area. The flat is wonderful. Very big. Even 7 persons will feel comfortable there. A lot of lights, very modern style. The owner lady is really great. She was waiting for us with italian cake and prossecco. I stongly recommend this place for everyone. We will come back to this place.

Close to the subway, store and bakery. The neighborhood seemed to be safe, for a week's stay we did not meet any trouble :) The hosts are very friendly and helpful
• Matej (10/5): Well situated and cosy apartment near the Rome city center - not very loud street, two bathrooms, sufficient WiFi coverage, cleanliness of rooms, modern look, GREAT HOST. Iva was very friendly, helpful, flexible and caring. If you look for a cosy stay in Rome, close to the city centre but far enough from busy and loud streets, this apartment is the best option for you and your friends.

Location is really good, bus stop is in front of the building. It is really easy to go anywhere by a public transport. Place was well-kept and clean. Everything on the highest level. Really modern interior plus air conditioning in every room. The host really helpful and answer as fast as possible to help. I am so happy that I ahd a chance spend my few days in Rome in the place like this. Thank you! I will definitely come back!
