• Ivor (8/5): Lovely spacious spot close to the beach for an enjoyable getaway - Location was great. Very close to beach and surf club. Spacious house with good separation of upstairs and downstairs areas The description should be more clear that this is a duplex as that was not clear from our understanding. The upstairs shower is also tricky as it opens out into an alcove off the main passage so not entirely private which means a bit of coordination with other families for people getting in and out of the shower.

• Kelly (8/5): Lovely place and facilities and great location but felt a bit akies sharing the residence with strangers. - Spacious living areas, everything you need in your kitchen at home was there! Huge double shower and the outdoor shower was fantastic after a swim at the beach. I wasn’t informed that the dwelling was a duplex and guests would be on the other side , you can imagine my shock upon arriving home after dinner and there was a car in our driveway that had parked. Our property had an electric gate and we had closed that when we left so we very confused until the next morning when we seen the other couple . I would have much rather known about this, before i arrived and probably wouldn’t had booked this property.

• Susan (8/5): very pleasant with comfy beds - clean house, comfortable beds, off street parking, plenty of room to spread out if a large group - quiet area. Dicky Beach surf club is an extremely short walk over the road for lovely meals. Beach very close too (we didn't visit as very windy and cool during our stay, and we were on the Sunny Coast for a wedding) internal staircase a bit daunting - maybe needs some extra railing on wall edges as you need to swap over hands to hold the rails halfway up/down due to the rails being on the right side of the stairs till halfway and then the rails change over to the left side, this was a bit of struggle whilst carrying luggage up or down the stairs & trying to stay safe. Also, no milk in fridge; after bringing all of our luggage in & settling in, we then discovered this & had to look up where a shop was and run out & grab some milk to be able to make cuppa after the longish drive down to our accommodation, - would of been nice to have a heads up that milk is not supplied (as we would of brought some with us in the first place had we known).
• Kristie (10/5): nice house for family visit. - location was good but unfortuatnely it rained our entire stay so beach wasn't an option. but otherwise they facilities like outdoor shower which was great. Would have been good to have washing powder for the washing machine :-)
• Gayle (10/5): Very comfoartable, clean and great location. - It was a great location, short drives to different sights, nice walks on the beach and close to shops. The property was very comfortable and met all our expectations as a family of 5.
• Corinne (8/5): Comfortable house close to the beach - Fantastic communication with our host, house comfortable, only few steps from the beach, large garage and a good BBQ. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t good, the week we were there ( cold and rainy+++) Couldn’t use the only table on the terrace, we managed to eat around the kitchen bench. Few issues with showers and dishwasher, which I believe were attended after we left.

• David (8/5): Modern home in a great location. - Kitchen and living areas were excellent. All kitchen utensils were there. No extra blankets- it was cool. There was no blanket or pillow for the 8th bed. Opaque door on upstairs shower not suitable for shared accommodation.

• Camille (9/5): Great location and lovely house - The instructions from the owner were great and easy to follow. Having a keybox is so much easier. House was nice and clean and lots of towels. Great location!! The third bedroom wasn't really a room. Only sectioned off by a curtain.
