• Rosa (9/5): Great location, cozy and comfortable. - Great location, beautiful space and perfect as base camp to explore Tuscany. For week long stays like ours, a bit more shower gel, toilet paper and a bit of oil for cooking would be ideal. But we understand these are extra commodities.

• Sandy (9/5): A 10mn à pieds du Duomo - Endroit idéal pour visiter Florence. Loin de l'agitation de la ville mais rapide pour rejoindre le centre. Machine à laver sur place ce qui est très pratique. Petite cuisine mais efficace. Attention si vous avez des difficultés pour monter des escaliers. Le lit se trouve sur une mezzanine. Il n'y a as de four ni de grille pain mais ce n'est qu'un détail.

• Ana Isabel (10/5): Hemos estado como en casa - Primero de todo lo fácil que nos lo puso la anfitriona al poder dejar nuestras mochilas antes de hora para poder empezar nuestras visitas en los museos. Además de darnos consejos de restaurantes y cafeterías. La cercanía andando de la zona turística excelente. El apartamento está muy limpio y bien equipado. Las camas muy cómodas. Lo único un poco malo ha sido el ruido que escuchábamos sobre las 6 horas de la madrugada de gente por el rellano del apartamento y ruido de la puerta del portal al encontrarse el apartamento en la planta baja.

• Verna (7/5): Nice apartment but in 36 degrees, aircon is disproportionately important. - Nice location and decor, clean and well supplied. There was no ventilation or natural light in the bedroom area and the aircon up there wasn’t working properly. The lady there tried to help and connected with a remote engineer but he was unsuccessful and we had 2 very uncomfortable nights.
• William (9/5): Very convenient for walking around Florence - Host was extremely helpful and respond to messages quickly. Host accommodated our schedule to allow early check-in and late check-out.
• Xandra (8/5): We loved it! - The apartment is really quirky and was very well set up. The location was perfect, easy walking distance from everything we had booked to see. Good restaurants and supermarket locally too. The little outside terrace was a real bonus at the end of a long day. We chose not to sleep in the bed on the mezzanine because of a knee injury. Sadly, we found the sofa bed uncomfortable, but this was absolutely the only thing wrong. If this could be changed, the apartment would be perfect.
• Yuko (7/5): Good - The location Cleaness of the aparment The host was kind and tried to help with recommendations Unfortunately, I had difficulty with a mold-like smell. I'm not sure what it was exactly—it might be common in older buildings in Italy. We might be more sensitive than other people so this do not mean a problem for others. Apartment is not so big and still ok size for us but felt not much space to sit in kitchen if our children would have been older than now. (We are family of 4 including children age 4 and 7 so just as information for family with older kids. ) Some parts of the apartment was a bit broken. One of the sideboard by the bed, toilet-paper holder etc.

• Michelle (8/5): Very good - Location is really good. You have ample restaurant options around you, and close to a supermarket. It felt safe walking around any time of the day/night. Check in was so easy, received excellent communication from the host including photos and videos how to enter the property. The property itself is quite quirky, which we really enjoyed. Got some suggestions for restaurants and cafés, which we did try and were great. It's always good to have a locals opinion. It rained a couple of days we were there and there was even some umbrellas to use. 3 of us stayed 5 nights and it was comfortable. It was too cold for us to use the patio but there is the outside space if you come in warmer weather which is a bonus. The main door is very noisy, and when people came in and out you can hear them talking. The upstairs floor creaks.

• Vera (8/5): Great location, friendly owner. Good place for single travelers. - Great location, all the main sightseeing are available by foot within 15 minutes. Supermarket is around the corner, the local market with fresh goods is a few minutes walk. The owner Monica is very friendly and available on whatsapp, she allowed me to leave my suitcase before the checkin time which was very helpful. The apartment is very small but has everything necessary for a short stay. Ideal for single travelers. The bed was located upstairs in the area with low ceiling and no window. The stairs were uncomfortable.

• Melissa (9/5): Lovely apartment in a quiet neighborhood near St Ambrosio markets - Comfortable and welcoming for our family of 4. Terrace was a nice place to have breakfast. Quiet neighborhood, but easy walking distance to the Centro. Nearby grocery store and outdoor markets. Hostess communicated with us in a timely manner and was helpful with recommendations when we arrived. Everything was great.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The host was very kind and arranged for us to leave the luggages at the property before de check in time.

• Federica (6/5): Pleasant - The owner is extremely nice and helpful, she allowed us to store our bags earlier and contacted us several times, during our stay, to check in and see if we had any needs. The appartment is really nice, well decorated and has all you need. location is amazing. Every night we were woken up by people living in the same building coming home in the middle of the night speaking very loudly and making lots of noise. It is not the owner's fault and we may have been unlucky but it was impossible to sleep well. The apartment was very clean with the exception of the shower where we found some hairs.
• Katsiaryna (10/5): Exceptional - Our whole family stayed here this august for a week, the apartment is brand new, looks freshly renovated. The private terrace is a great place for breakfasts. There are lot of shops nearby, and all the main attractions are in walking distance. The host checked up on us, and was very sweet. If we come back to Florence, we will definitely choose it again.
