• Clare (10/5): - Fabulous property in Great location. Lovely BBQ facilities and pool. We had to collect and return the keys from and to the managing agent's office which was in Mooloolaba, 30 mins drive away. Very inconvenient as we didn't have a car. It also meant we had to check out much earlier than planned in order to get the keys back to the office in time. Perhaps the agent could meet guests at the property in future, or at least let them leave the keys in the property when checking out ...

• Brian and Bonnie (8/5): Many options - this location is unsurpassed in Australia We are very familiar with this destination. There are many similar options ! Tv 's were password protected Lounge furnishings cheap, too soft , not suitable for older folk, Lounge room TV in the middle of the spectacular views We come from homes with comfortable furnishings .We expect the same in $2-3m apartments. Would not rebook this particular apartment. Guest single beds extremely hard .Master bed mattress was excellent
• Precila (9/5): Great location, clean and tidy and staff/admin very friendly. - There was no breakfast provided. Before we drove to the property, we had to collect the key from the main office. Parking was challenging when we went to the main Office to collect the key.
• Marcia (9/5): Had the best stay apart from the parking!!!2 issues wld love to stay again But the Parkinh 3 - The property was lovely! When you walked in you instantly felt you were going to enjoy your stay.., the unit has fabulous views & it’s lovely & Big!!the views the pool were lovely!! The parking under the building is horrendous… as we were staying in No 2 unit the space for that unit is ridiculous..,in the end we parked in someone else’s space.. I must add the sofa bed in the second Tv room needs to be upgraded it’s hard & stained!!!

• Georgia (4/5): Great view, but amenities need work, not worth the price - Great location and the view was incredible. Reasonably stocked kitchen and comfortable couch. Staff were friendly and helpful Firstly - was not made clear what floor and apartment we were in - says Breakwater 2 but fails to mention it’s on level 1. Secondly- carpark is ridiculous to get into, right next to the garage door, very tight so anything but a small car is difficult. Third- Even though we booked for 6 people you are expected to make up the third room beds yourself, and go searching for linen. Then find out that there are no additional towels. Called the emergency line and said towels were only available the following day. Seriously unacceptable to make guests go without a towel to have a shower. I would note the other towels and linen are cheap and old and the pull outs are broken and dingy - not comfortable. Should not be listed as a 3 bedroom Fourth- We came in to discover the door in the bedroom out to the balcony was off its hinges - so had to then get a maintenance man to come and fix it. Overall the price is not worth the quality provided. No view makes this okay.

• Amanda (8/5): Apartment was amazing and would highly recommend - Absolutely beautiful location - amazing sunrise and sunset views. Huge open living and dining area - perfect for families. So close to all amenities and beautiful walking spots including a short trip up to the lighthouse. The third bed only offered 2x single futons for the children to sleep in- very uncomfortable. This wasn’t disclosed prior to and we expected full single beds at least. The accommodation was booked through booking.com and all communication was sent through the app including online checking in, however once checked in G1 holidays then emailed all arrival info. This was picked up as spam (and not visible in the app) so the arrival process was not smooth. We had to backtrack and pick up keys.
• Kathryn (10/5): Great property, good time with the family walking the beach and the rocks at low tide. - The property is amazing. The view of the marina and mooloolbah when you walk in the door is second to none. The view from the front bedrooms of the ocean is also great. There is nothing to not like.

• Jenelle (8/5): Great place for a getaway. - Location is perfect. View is impeccable, bedrooms are fantastic. Huge living area for boardgames. pool and BBQ facilities were great and fully equipped. Plenty of space to share meals and relax. TV was easy to use and Netflix was easy to set up for movie night (not always the case with accomodation!) The woman that we collected keys from at G1 properties was rude and discriminatory. You could very easily tell that her co-worker didn't enjoy working with her. There were only 2 coffee pods and 6 guests for a 2 night stay! Shortage of bedding/blankets as we had more singles than couples.
