• W Roesilawaty (1/5): - This appartment has a problem with hot water in the bathroom, it is too limited to use, I only use it for 2 minutes to take a shower because the hot water runs out quickly, even though I only rent for 2 people, this is very important in the winter. In the bedroom there is also a problem with no aircond/heater, this is very problematic because there is only one aircond in the living room but this is not enough for the bedroom. Very necessary in the winter, and I do not recommend that you book this appartment rental in the summer because there is no wall air conditioner in the closed building, you can die from the heat. Vacation is a time to relax not to stress. I recommend not renting in this place. • Elle (1/5): Unbearable. Apartment needs an overhaul and attention paid to the comfort of a paying guest. - There was nothing we liked about the property. In fact we considered leaving a day earlier because of the state of the apartment. Parking- no mention of low clearance. Incredibly tight space for D parking space. Windows filthy. Staircase dirty. $70 for a sofa bed for a sheet and smelly pillows Stained doona and blanket with smelly spare pillow in wardrobe. Uncomfortable sofa bed. Living room- scuff marks on all walls. Smelly couch. Filthy under sofa cushions. Sliding door did not align. Outside table had mould on end. Fly screen door just left on wall in outside area. Potential safety hazard. Fridge and freezer had strong fish odour which tainted our food. Dirty crockery and glassware. Rubbish bin lid was broken. Strong curry smell in kitchen. Ugly and dated artwork. Where does the name of Dahlia apartment come into it? ( a beautiful looking and smelling flower?) One tea towel only provided. As too with bin liner. Bathroom- broken toilet paper holder. Dirty finger marks above mirror. Stained grout. Shower screen held only in with silicone and is unstable. Main bedroom- door requires door stopper. Handles on cupboard doors out of alignment. Blinds broken, missing and do not cover length of window- woken up by traffic lights and morning light. Curtains did not sit properly. Smelly pillows. Stained spare blanket. Gouge on wall on entrance. Walls dirty and spiderwebs in corner. Black tape on back of bed wall. Lacks aesthetics.
• Paul (7/5): Easy in and out - Good little unit Sorry what do you mean breakfast?? Tv was a bit annoying but once I got it going it was ok. Very disappointing that there was no clothes dryer as I had to come Ho E with a suitcase full of dirty clothes . I had to improvise with the shower as the shower head fell off its bracket and would not stay in position lol . Had to use some of your cling wrap . Otherwise not a bad little unit .
• Kate (3/5): Poor - The apartment itself was nice, just not maintained well - Glass front door - Broken blinds in living room - Rusty & broken clothes horse - Rusty & broken outdoor seat - Stained couch - Stained placemats - Minimal cooking utensils and cups - No glad-wrap (or anything else) to protect the microwave from getting dirty - Fridge door doesn’t always close properly but also doesn’t beep when it’s not closed to alert you - Dishwasher but no dishwashing tablets - No broom or dustpan & the vacuum barely worked - Mouldy tall cupboard in the laundry - Doorbell that went off at all times of the night (unsure if it was faulty or someone was pressing it). I had to unplug it. I didn’t feel safe checking the door as it was see through - Washing machine has a broken seal & therefore leaks when used - Hot water only lasts a few minutes so often ended up having a cold shower while rinsing my hair - Rusty soap holder in the shower - Ample cupboard space in the bedroom but no coat hangers to actually hang anything - No blinds above the curtains in the bedroom so the light beams in… often directly on the pillow - A light outside the bedroom on the balcony but a red flash coming from inside. Hoping it wasn’t a camera - Bed and pillows are uncomfortable & the bedhead is slanted forward as though it’s broken (maybe because a large picture is behind there, presumably fallen from the wall) - Directly under the flight path
• Marion (8/5): Convenient location for my plans and better than a motel. - Lounge settee uncomfortable. Otherwise everything was fine.

• Mario (6/5): My stay would have been a lot better if the items above were better. - It was spacious and the location suited me perfectly. The air conditioner worked well. The laundry was good and it was nice having a washing machine in there. Could have been cleaner, the windows were smudged and was not a good look. The vertical blinds were broken and left the room felling uncared for. I had no hot water for 4 of my 7 days. Some more kitchen bowls would be good. The TV channel choice was very disappointing. Although there was a large amount of wardrobe space, there was not a single coat hanger to be found.

• Myrna (3/5): HIGH STEPS TO HELL APARTMENT. - Accommodating staff on phone chat. Not a safe place to stay for oldies or kids the steps are too high...we got transferred from C apartment to D apartment as soon we checked as per advice... apartment C just a show piece to entice advert....Apartment D is dumped..the cover is full of fallen wall decos.... no installed heater in the bedroom The first night we slept on the lounge couch and got a heater very high on the ceiling the bedroom too cold no heater until they gave us a small portable heater...no fire alarm in kitchen not working has been disconnected & no fire alarm in bedroom too...the kitchen covers flimsy not mended broken...the microwave not working...no fire extinguisher either... safety not a priority what we observed hopefully it will improved at the moment it's not suitable for rental & must warn people about at least 25 high step stairs...unsafe for older & young kids.

• Peyton (3/5): Poor - The apartment didn’t look like it had been cleaned for a while. There was dust collecting for what looked like months on top of multiple switches. The shower tap, walls and floor were dirty as was the bathroom sink tap. There were ants in the bathroom and bedroom. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable. There was no enougj towels or bedding for the amount of people that we had booked. The floors were dirty like they hadn’t been vacuumed. Multiple kitchen areas had dirty greasy finger marks all over them.
