- Heather (1/5): Poor cleanliness - NOT CLEAN. Hairs found in bedsheets and stains. Awful cleanliness. Mould in bathroom and walls and carpet dirty.
- Gerly (2/5): Our stay there was not a pleasant experience. We left after the first night. - Unfortunately nothing. We were shocked by the condition we encountered. The rooms were dirty, the bed and bathroom were moldy, and the entire apartment was untidy and unclean. Some of the furniture was broken. It was uncomfortable to sleep here, as the windows let in cold air and the place was very noisy, making it feel like we were sleeping in a bus stop on the street. The pictures on Booking.com do not reflect the reality, which is very disappointing. We provided the photos to clarify the situation as well.
- Kayzia (7/5): Good - Location was excellent and the check in was easy, we opted for early check in for a small extra fee and were able to check in from 11am and leave bags at the apartment. It was clean and had what we needed, we had a good stay. No tea or coffee and the kitchen items were quite basic with no can opener so be aware of this if planning to cook. The chair in the living area was broken.
