Getting into the property: Monday to Friday, between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. for EUR 25.
1) In-person check-in for EUR 30 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., EUR 50 from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and EUR 70 from 11:00 p.m. onwards.
Weekends: EUR 30 from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., EUR 50 from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and EUR 70 from 11:00 p.m. onwards.
2) Free self-check-in by collecting the keys from a secure box at Calle Valencia 182.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- genelva (3/5): Bastante mejorable - La ubicación No funciona ni la luz de la cocina,ni la cafetera ni el microondas, no tiene utensilios para cocinar, tiene 2 sartenes y un cazo que no sirve para inducción, la ducha no funciona bien el desagüe lo que es bastante desagradable. Las cucarachas también son un problema.Por supuesto escribí al responsable pero me dieron largas y alli no vino absolutamente nadie a arreglarlo. Es una lástima porque el apartamento en sí no está mal .

- Juan (4/5): - - they tried to charge me 30 Euros for a "check in service" although I was very clear about my check-in requirement which was within the free self-check-in policy (before 6 pm). They pretended not to understand me and had me wait until the last moment to allow me to check in, causing a lot of stress. - i counted how many cockroaches I spotted to about 6 in a stay of about 6 days. - I asked them three times for a bill and after a whole week I still don't have it.

- Elinor (7/5): Great but oven and stove not working - Care pack is nice (dishwashing liquid, tablet for dishwasher, capsule for washing machine, 2 x cloths, sponge) Appliances, furnishings and linen are ample! Thoughtful details: Clothes-horse for drying clothes Microwave oven did not work. Stove did not work. Team did not communicate well, and did not get them working even though we were there six days. The apartment was not therefore self-catering as advertised, which made things difficult for us.

No hay utensilios para cocinar el microondas nunca sirvió sievio 5 la silla que está allí todo estaba manchado SUCIo El aire enfrío enfría todo pero si te subes a dormir es un horno lo único bueno fue la ubicación y el baño que estaba limpio

- Oualid (10/5): Perfect - I had a wonderful stay at this apartment right in front of Casa Batlló! The location was absolutely perfect, waking up to that iconic view every day was a dream. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The host was super responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Barcelona!
- Bill (8/5): Very good - Location is 10 of 10. On the Passage de Gracia, right across from Casa Batllo. Metro, taxi, bus, rail all right outside the front door. Surrounded by dozens of restaurants and grocery stores Very sparse supplies. One roll of toilet paper for 2 people for a week. No paper towels or ice trays. Coffee machine broke with 4 days remaining and was not replaced. Apartment is at the back of the building, across from a large school. Significant noise during the day from kids getting exercise.
