• terzon (6/5): Ric3008 - la via dei presepi o S Gregorio Armeno locazione perfetta per godersi Napoli Mancanza di accessori da cucina, caffettiera non adatta a induzione doccino del bidet non funzionante poco pulito finestre piccole e non accessibili a apertura elettrica.
• Rossella (5/5): - Posizione Abbiamo soggiornato due settimane, un po’ deludente . Dopo aver segnalato la presenza di ragnatele , polvere, e fazzoletti i sporchi nel divano , è passata una settimana nella speranza venissero a pulire ma niente . Ho dovuto nuovamente segnalare e mi è stato detto “ la segnalazione era passata in secondo piano, perché era una settimana abbastanza impegnativa “. Sono venuti il giorno dopo per la pulizia , ma le ragnatele erano sempre lì . Mancanza di lavatrice , quindi è impossibile soggiornare per più giorni senza lavare le cose. Non lo consiglio .

• Claudio (8/5): - Posizione centralissima, ottima per passeggiare a piedi, oltretutto silenziosa be tranquilla la notte, staff cordiale disponibilissimo , aria condizionata indispensabile Un po' di umidità , pulizia non al top, dover aprire e chiudere il divano ogni volta per avere il secondo letto , il doccino del bidet da rivedere
• Armine (10/5): Great Stay in the Heart of Naples! - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location was absolutely perfect — right in the heart of Naples, with everything within walking distance: local cafés, historical sites, shops, and authentic street life. It’s the ideal spot if you want to experience the real energy of the city. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. They were super kind to organise an earlier check-in upon our arrival. A couple of things to note: it was quite humid inside, and the small windows high up didn’t let in much natural light or fresh air. It also got a bit noisy at times, especially with local youth singing or hanging out nearby — which is pretty typical in a lively central area like this. Working remotely from the apartment was sometimes a bit of a challenge because of that, but still manageable. All in all, it was a great experience and we really appreciated the authentic, local vibe. Would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to be in the heart of Naples!

Just mentioned that the iron was not listed on the amenities list. They were “politically correct” but never took my request seriously, didn’t even care.

• Tomáš (7/5): It was good for 3 day stay - Communication with Maria was excellent. Very nice lady. She bought us a welcome cake and told us all the information about apartment and also about city. Accommodation is nice, clean and the location is very good - in the Historic centre - Christmas street. The apartment is damp. Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. The boiler is very noisy.
