Louise (7/5): Good - Apartment was really lovely..great size ..awesome view There was no Iron or ironing board or clothes line to hang washing out. We advised the agent and they did get them to us that day. Only having one key was a pain. Second room the beds were not made up. An assumption was made cause there was 2 of us we would be sleeping in the master bedroom. Couldn't use the pool as the agent or owner didn't know you needed a different key for it. Spoke to the agent but never heard anything, think it was an inconvenience for them. Feel as if we should receive a refund for this. We booked it as it had a pool and that's what the Ad said
