• Tickets, Visa and Travel insurance services (7/5): - Very modern, clean apartment with all essentials you might need for short stay It was not at central location at all. Miles away from downtown and Miami beach. Unfortunately I haven’t checked it on ma before I booked.

Nos dejaron dejar las maletas hasta por la tarde y como no había ninguna entrada ese día, pudimos usar el apartamento antes de coger nuestro vuelo. Los aviones pasan constantemente y se oyen muchísimo. En Booking se anuncia que está en Little Havana y está a hora y media caminando (no está en esa zona). Está lejos de todo excepto del aeropuerto.

The location is unbeatable if you need to be near the airport—it is literally just a few steps away, which made our travel so much easier. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. We really appreciated how spotlessly clean the apartment was when we arrived. Additionally, the check-in instructions and directions provided were clear and easy to follow, so we had no issues at all. The owners also let us come in earlier then the check in time. I would def recommend this place. The only thing to keep in mind is that you will need to Uber a lot to get around the city.

• Arlene (10/5): Perfect for the night - Close to airport, just what we needed after a long flight with kids. Lovely outside space for fresh air. Kitchen is fully equipped together with oils and spices which was very convenient. Communication was perfect. No complaints!

• Emre (10/5): - Hello Booking.com , I stayed btw 9 Nov to 10 nov trust that Booking review this was a good point of me that made reservations for this place So is very nice and quiet neighbors area,no body come and disturbing you having a patio with chair and sofa nice and breeze ,Inside the accommodation have everything you needed comfort bed and sofa big screen TV, fridge and other kitchen equipments.i enjoy during my 2 days short vacation in Miami with this Condo.Also VERY CLEAN. I m highly recommend it is near to airport with Uber like 15 usd which I used as a transport. Also if you looking to shopping mall other 20 usd .thanks for your friendly warm Welcoming Comforttable modern apartment. There is nothing to say on my experience. All went well so greatly.

It was very easy to find, exceptionally clean, the bed is very comfortable, and it felt secluded and private with the gate and patio! I live a few hours away and needed somewhere to stay before i flew out of MIA and this was the most perfect property. If i were to ever stay in Miami again, this would be my go to property! If you are a very light sleeper, you might have a difficult time with the planes flying overhead occasionally, however, i had absolutely no difficulty falling/staying asleep because of that!

Nice touches included a big TV, comfortable beds, and a cute patio. It is also bigger than it looks in the pictures! The neighbourhood feels safe. Very close to MIA airport. Location is a bit far for tourists, expect a $20 Uber to get to downtown or the beach -- you can't really access public transportation here. A little bit loud when sleeping due to airplanes and barking dogs.

• Tomas (8/5): Very good - We arrived late in the evening and stayed for one night only. The host was very kind and helpful, the room had everything we needed for a short stay. The area with a nearby shops is not very pleasant to walk around but we had no issues there. There was a problem with the toilet that was not flushing properly but the host came in the morning to repair it, so I suppose we were just unlucky there. Also, we booked the room for 4 people but the bed was prepared for 2 people only and we needed to find the sheets and convert sofa into another bed ourselves, which I consider a room not prepared for a requested number of guests.

It’s all in the little details. Easy, code based access. Silent room with air conditioning throughout the place. Bed was comfy enough and loved a flat pillow and a bit more tall one for each person. They should hire a better photographer because the photos don’t do it justice. Room fan is quite noisy on medium and higher setting.
