The unit is a bit tired. And the coffee maker takes 45 minutes to brew a pot of coffee. Very minor stuff

- Corbin (5/5): This stay could have been really enjoyable, but the property manager made it a lot harder than it needed to be. Dealing - We really liked how close it was to the ski hill. The ski-in and ski-out access was great and made everything super easy. The hot tubs were awesome, and the pool was nice, the kids loved it. We also liked having a rental shop right in the building, and the bunny hill being right there was really convenient. Overall, it was a great spot for our family. We didn’t like dealing with the property manager. She claimed the room wasn’t dirty, even though it clearly was. There was also misinformation we were told there was a hot tub on the condo’s deck, but there wasn’t. Communication with the property manager was very poor, with no accountability and a lot of pushback, especially when we raised concerns about the cleanliness of the unit.

- Sally (8/5): Great ski location - Beautiful apartment with great outlook etc Cutlery was in a bit short supply - no teaspoons , no salt and pepper. Would have liked to know where refuse wrnt withoit having to ask.
- Shaylee (4/5): - Close to amenities we were using. Easy check in and check out. Underground parking. Coffee machine didn’t work. No wine cork opener. Dishes smelt weird and needed to be washed prior to using. Fireplace had not been programmed for winter season. We had to manually turn the pilot light on and program it… not just switch a button for it to turn on. Hot tub was lukewarm. No body lotion, just shampoo conditioner and shower gel. No hand soap in bathroom just “facial bars”. Uncomfortable pull out bed, that had not been cleaned underneath (found a soother and peanuts).

- Linda (10/5): This is a very well kept apartment and perfect for two people. A great location!! - This is a great location and the place was nice and clean. It was well equipped with everything that we needed in the kitchen and the bathroom. Loved the pool and the hot tub. This was a great place to stay just a little small. We were disappointed that the balcony wasn't big enough to put a chair on -- more of a Juliet Balcony. The hide-a-bed was not comfortable and the elevators were not working the last day of our stay. However, the repairman was very kind and carried our luggage down for us.

- Pat (9/5): Had a fantastic experience at Fernie Resort. - It was nice the unit had salt & pepper shakers & Spray oil, but a nicer touch would be to have coffee & some basic spices. It was nice the unit had kitchen dish soap & dishwasher soap. We really thought unit had decent comforters, linen & towels. It was decorated very cute and space was utilized very efficiently. The jacuzzis were awesume. The underground parking & ski storage lockers were really nice touches. It was great there was a laundry area in complex. Overall a very terrific place at a reasonable value for ski in/ski out. The sofa bed is shot, but sleeping on the couch was doable.

- Janet (6/5): Pleasant - Location was perfect WE booked 2 1 bedroom units paying the same price for both. Was extremely disappointing as 1 unit was very much smaller than the other, with a tiny internal bedroom and therefore no fresh air and no room to store clothes etc.
