El aire acondicionado no tiene ningún tipo de mantenimiento y por ese motivo gotea permanentemente mientras está prendido lo cual moja lo que tengas por la zona. Debido a eso también hay humedad en las paredes. Podría mejorar
• Rafael (6/5): - Cama confortável e quarto amplo. A limpeza não foi das melhores, nem no quarto e nem na piscina. Mas o ponto principal é o fato de haver festa todos os dias no hotel. Essas festas acontecem até de madrugada no rooftop. Apenas de estarmos dois andares abaixo, a música fica muito alta durante longos períodos, sendo díficil descansar apropriadamente para fazer passeios no dia seguinte.

Humedades !!! Las habitaciones en las que estuvimos tenían muchísimo olor a humedad e incluso condensada y encharcada el suelo. Es algo que deben revisar ya que es una queja común en el hotel.

• Marcelo Barbosa (7/5): Chateado - Limpeza do quarto e atenção dos funcionários Da confusão q me aconteceu, fui informado na recepção que o café da manhã custaria 25.000 pesos colombianos; nos 3 primeiros dias paguei por isso; no quarto dia fiz o pedido direto no local que servem o café, ai, me cobraram 40.900; fui fazer uma reclamação na recepção, a atendente disse: “se pagar aqui é 25.000” não fui informado que em cada local do próprio hostel o peço é diferente, confusão! Perguntei da devolução a recepção disse que não poderia fazer nada! Perdi uma diária devido a mudança do voo; entrei em contato com a administração do KIM, eles me disseram; veja com o booking; o booking disse veja com o KIM… kkkkk q loucura; não resolveram nada, paguei por uma diária perdida! Eles não resolvem nada, todos dizem, não posso fazer nada, que triste! Não tive boa experiência nesta acomodação, fico feliz quem conseguiu! Para vender eles fazem de tudo; quando vc precisa nada é feio! Pela minha experiência não recomendo!

C (9/5): Great place to stay and meet others. - The staff is great and friendly, the accommodation is also great, the swimming pool definitely needs to be a feature of any stay in Cartagena, as this may be the only escape from the heat. The food (optional) was also great. Great place to meet people and very central to where everything happens. I did consider other hostels, but for some reason this was the option. No regreat. Lack of kitchen, I think there needs to be an accessible kitchen to allow you make a meal you know, something that connects you back home, I eat many great local dishes, but i craved for something I could prepare myself. I saw various fruits and veggies around and I could not get any because I would have nowhere to prepare something. Lack of extra toilets and showers. There is only one ensuite in the room, so, if someone is having a shower no-one can use the toilet, and as you meet people in these places and become friends which leads to go out whether, rush hour for the shower can get crazy. So yeah, extra showers would be great, there is an extra toilet next to reception and by the pool.

• Bethany (6/5): - Great location. Plenty of space to relax outside of your room. The bed was very comfy. The AC worked well when people weren't setting it to 29 degrees. The bathroom in my dorm had nothing to stop shower water from going everywhere. The floor was always wet in the bathroom. Other guests left open chip bags and empty bottles throughout the room. There are only two very small public toilets in the building, one on the fifth and first floor, and so when someone in my room decided to spend an hour in the bathroom I had to go to a different floor to use the toilet. I've never been to a hostel that had so few toilets. A fridge could easily be provided for guests.

Breakfast not included 25000 COP and very tasty. Very clean! Less social

Houve um mal entendido na plataforma do Booking, que como sou Genius 3, constava que teria o benefício do café da manhã cortesia, porém ao final da reserva, não me atentei que esta informação não estava mais lá, sendo que foi um dos motivos que havia escolhido este hotel.

• Miriam (7/5): - - friendly & competent staff, open for any questions in English or Spanish and happy to help out - the rooftop is gorgerous (part of a cafe, not sure if you can hang out there without buying anything) - there are many little sitting areas inside the hostel to chill and escape the heat - the welcome drink was great too - near the front desk you can book activities and wellness treatments directly, which I didn't try - comfortable beds, two pillows - great location, felt safe during the day & early evening (can't comment on other times) - dorm has good A/C - (medium sized) lockers in the dorm - there is no shower curtain in the bathroom, so the floor of the bathroom and the dorm gets very wet. - you should know that there is no kitchen and not really an area to eat. This meant food waste in the dorm - no space to properly dry clothes - as there are no windows inside the building, it is a bit gloomy. Though they did their best to compensate that with decoration - it's not the most social hostel, which was fine for me - no towel included, which was a first for me in Colombia - no place to charge your phone or store personal belongings near the bed, no individual lights

• Guimarães Costa (9/5): Tivemos uma ótima estadia, com excelente localização, equipe atenciosa e acomodação confortável. - A localização é excelente: fica na Calle Larga de Getsemaní, perto de tudo, o que nos permitiu fazer todos os passeios a pé. A hospedagem oferece atividades noturnas para quem deseja interagir e prefere não sair do hostel em alguns momentos, além de contar com um bar, no mesmo espaço onde é servido o café da manhã. Toda a equipe nos recebeu e atendeu com muita simpatia e atenção. Ficamos hospedados na suíte, que era limpa e organizada diariamente. O quarto é exatamente como aparece nas imagens, sem surpresas. O que nos incomodou bastante — em razão da excelente localização e do fato de a suíte ser voltada para a rua principal — foi o barulho no sábado, dia da nossa chegada. Não conseguimos dormir bem, pois o bairro é boêmio e muito agitado. Apesar de o quarto contar com isolamento acústico, a cidade se comunica muito por meio de buzinas, além das músicas. O que mais incomodou, sem dúvida, foram as buzinas durante toda a noite. Nos demais dias, conseguimos dormir tranquilamente — não sei se por cansaço ou por costume. Havia menos circulação de carros e a música já não era tão intensa.

El personal es sumamente amable. Un mal olor en la habitación donde se guarda el equipaje antes del check in, como a pipí de gato.

• Judith (1/5): - We do not recommend this hotel. The experience started poorly at check-in. Instead of a normal reception process, we were told to complete the check-in ourselves on the Booking website. That meant standing there for about 10 minutes filling out a long form on a phone, uploading passport photos, and repeating the process due to app errors — all while the receptionist simply waited. The room itself was also disappointing. The only window faces the hotel corridor, something that is not clear in the photos. At first the room smells strongly of perfume, but after a few hours the real smell appears: mold. You can clearly see mold spots behind the air conditioning unit and on the walls. There is also no potable drinking water provided in the room. If you stay here on a weekend, forget about sleeping. The music is extremely loud and goes on late into the night. We asked to check out the next day because of these issues, but were told we would still have to pay the full stay. The only “solution” offered was a free breakfast. The rooftop pool is nice. Everything else is not.

• suarez (7/5): Agradable con el potencial de ser mucho mas comodo - La piscina y el trato del personal Los baños de las habitaciones están en un estado deplorable, en nuestras 3 noches nunca vimos a alguien limpiando el baño de nuestro cuarto, que ademas, estaba compartido con otras 5 personas. Es importante anotar que solo hay baño en la habitacion, no existen baños comunes en los pisos, asi que si alguna de las 5 personas de tu habitación se demora, no hay otra opción para solventar la necesidad. Por otro lado, nuestra habitación no contaba con ninguna entrada de luz natural, por lo cual es imposible secar cualquier prenda mojada. Es ademas un hostal donde es evidente que hay mucha práctica de prostitución en las habitaciones privadas

• Fabian (10/5): - The hotel was great. Rooftop was cool to have a couple drinks before going to explore. The service was really good and the Pizzeria downstairs was out of this world good. Overall for the price, it’s a 10/10!

• Sarah (6/5): Un séjour agréable mais un peu décevant - Superbe emplacement qui permet de visiter la ville tranquillement. Un personnel très agréable, toujours là pour vous aider. Une terrasse très sympa et animée. L'hostel est très sympa mais je ne le recommanderais pas pour une expérience authentique colombienne car beaucoup de touristes européens. Climatisation dans le dortoir beaucoup trop forte, je n'ai pas pu dormir la première nuit. Pas de lampe de chevet, des casiers casés dans le dortoir donc il n'y en avait pas pour tout le monde. Pas de serviette de bain fourni.

• christina (7/5): - Nice having a roof top pool and good location. Not the most social place ..well it also depends on the guests... but no outside drinks and food wanted on the roof top therefore people socialise only if they can afford to spend money on drinks and food provided by the hostel bar $, or not at all.
• Marcello (7/5): Good but needs some renovation in the rooms as it was very humid. See picture. - We had a nice stay overall. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is friendly, and we really enjoyed the rooftop and pool. Service was good throughout. Our room had a serious humidity issue. Everything felt constantly damp, towels never dried, clothes became humid even after using the laundry service, and there was a noticeable smell. You could also see signs of moisture on the ceiling. When we mentioned it at check-out, we were told it’s “normal” because the city is humid, which didn’t feel accurate since we stayed in other hotels nearby without this problem. It seemed more like a maintenance issue, but it wasn’t really addressed. The receptionist stopped the conversation saying: ok, thank you for the feedback. We will consider it. She seemed annoyed by my comment. Because of this, I can’t give 10 as rating. This should definitely be fixed, especially for longer stays.
