Поруч з домом зелена алея з лавочками та можливостю наглядати за зеленими папугами-монахами, неспішно за дві хвилини можливо дійти до пляжу, балкон не на сонячної стороні, є поруч невеличкий магазинчик з свіжою випічкою апартаменти на 4му поверху но є два ліфта й пандус для колясочників

- Nicholas (9/5): Highly recommended for a relaxing beach break away from the hubbub of the town centre - Very well located, just a 5 minute walk from the nearest beach. Outside the centre of Torrevieja so really quiet at night time. Excellent for a low key relaxing break It was generally very difficult finding a parking space which is no fault of the owners.
