• Clémence (8/5): Un logement très confort. - Le lieu est très joli, bien décoré, confortable et possède tous les équipements nécessaires. Comme le logement est situé au rez-de-chaussée. La rue est sale et très bruyante. Même pendant la nuit. Le logement reste très illuminé même la nuit.

• Maria (4/5): Lovely clean apartment but not for everyone. - It was very clean. The beds were comfy and three bathrooms When we arrived we did not have any hot water. The boiler showed an error and after resetting it worked, however this kept reoccurring through the stay. The actual location during the day is ok but at night there are a lot of party goers walking along the street. The apartment is at ground level and the from door leads directly on to the lounge. Also 2 bedrooms face the street and the window insulation is minimal, meaning we heard everything. Everyone’s conversations, arguments etc. On a number of occasions we had people almost passed out on the front door step not wanting to move. When I spoke to the owner, I was told that as they did not cause any physical harm or try and break in there was nothing that could be done. The street is advertised as lively and the owners indicated that this behavior was normal. Sleep was short as the street quietened around 03:00 and roadworks started at 07:00. I would not go back again.

• Crouse (9/5): Overall it was an amazing experience- clean and great quality - The place was very nice, good location there was a window above the front doorway that didnt have any coverings so the people in the apartments across the street could see right inside also there was a sewage smell coming from the front bathroom
• Lee (7/5): We liked the interior of apt except for the seemingly lack of security at front door. Amenities provided lacking. Be war - Modern apartment. Clean. Well Located Apartment is on the ground floor and main door opens out to the street. There were stranglers who would sit at pavement outside main door at nights, which made us uncomfortable. Further, there were stickers ‘F… Airbnb’. The main door key seems flimsy and access could be gained with PIN code too. For security purposes, main door should have a gate.
• Maria (1/5): Bad - First the location. It was directly on the street so we had people sitting on our steps in the evening's little privacy and a lot of noise. You couldn't raise the shades because you were pretty must on the street level. Not the best of neighborhoods. Second, the place smelled like a sewer definitely an issue with the water system. Finally the heating and a/c hard to manage. We also related all this and asked for a refund and ignored.
• Gary (7/5): Good - Location was funky but fun. I suspect some guests might be a bit uncomfortable but we liked it. Quality of the fixtures was a bit rough. Also, a sticker on the front door only partially removed said "f**k airbnb". Made us a little uncomfortable. But the place worked for us.
