• Katarína (5/5): Lokalita je v centre. V noci je tam extrémne hlučno.takže pri otvorenom okne nezaspíte. Majiteľ mi poslal zlý kód a dopr - Ubytovanie priamo v centre mesta bolo výhodou ku pamiatkam do pár minút pešej chôdze. Ubytovanie malo na vchodových dverách aj na bytových dverách kód na odomykanie. Tento kód raz šiel, raz nie. Bolo treba prísť na to, alo to funguje. Majiteľ mi poslal zlý Pin kód. Nebyť upratovačky, ktorá tam bola a otvorila nám a dala mi správny kód a ukázala mi “ finty” ako to zariadenie s kódom funguje, by sme sa tak ľahko do izby a budovy vôbec nedostali.
• Linda (4/5): Good location - Great location once you found it. Safe was broken so couldn't be used. No rubber mat in bath to stop slipping. No bath mat provided for when getting out of the bath again to stop slipping. The small box of t bags fell apart as soon as we lifted the lid. Booked for 3 adults but only the double bed made up. Pictures are deceiving. Not suitable for 3 unrelated adults. More suitable for couples with a child if you dont mind all sleepong in the same room.Calling it a Hotel is a misnomer. There are no Hotel facilities at all. It's just apartments. Had great difficulty finding it as taxi was unable to drop us at the apartment.

• Itziar (9/5): Apartamentos espectaculares en el centro de Praga - Reservé el apartamento para 8 personas y el de 4 personas. Ambos apartamentos están genial, son amplios, están bien equipados y la decoración moderna y agradable. Son super acogedores, y te puedes sentir como en casa. La ubicación inmejorable, a 30 seg de la plaza de la Ciudad Vieja y la Torre del Reloj, al lado de tiendas, restaurantes, bares y mil lugares que visitar; además, también hay un supermercado Lidl a 300m para comprar lo necesario. A pesar de estar en el puro centro, no es ruidoso; aunque se oye la calle, no molesta para descansar en absoluto. El proceso de check-in y check-out es facilisimo. La limpieza de la vajilla y menaje dejaba un poco que desear. El lavabo no drenaba el agua. En el duplex de 8 personas, un solo baño se queda corto.

Divano per la terza persona molto comodo. Volendo trovare qualcosa da migliorare, il materasso del letto matrimoniale aveva un difetto da un solo lato, per cui la persona a cui è capitato quel posto non ha dormito in maniera del tutto comoda.

The apartment’s design and furnishings were very aesthetic. We truly enjoyed our stay. It was very clean, and the communication with the host was outstanding. We highly recommend it to everyone

• Giorgio (9/5): Ubicación inmejorable en Praga - Cómodo apartamento en el mismo centro de Praga. La ubicación es inmejorable, a metros de la Plaza del Reloj. Lo mejor sin dudas la ubicación. También era amplio, buena cocina, cafetera de calidad y lavarropas. Excelente calefacción y rápida respuesta de su propietaria. Nos resultó muy cómodo! Estaba todo muy bien, quizás podría tener más amenities y un freezer en la heladera para hacer hielo. Pero la experiencia fué excelente!!

• sazchops (4/5): - The location was great - literally less than a minute's walk to the old town. Easy to find and next door to a lovely pizza restaurant. The bedbug infestation. On night one, my husband noticed a bite on his hand. We didn't think much of it. After our second night, he had more but because I hadn't had any, we put it down to a rogue insect bite outside or something. After our third and final night, he was COVERED in bites and I had a few as well. We actually found a live bedbug in the bed and another one in the bathroom crawling along a towel. We saw the apartment owner when we were leaving and informed him. He got us to send photos and videos and while he did apologise, he was more concerned with the incoming guests than with us. We were refused a refund, even partial, and after complaining to booking.com, we were given a small credit for the site. It has 100% put me off booking an apartment/private accommodation in future. I know that this may have been a 'first time' scenario for the owner but this was a birthday trip for my husband and while we loved Prague, this put a massive dampener on our holiday. We've had to hot-wash all of our clothes, even stuff we didn't wear, clean and disinfect our bags and belongings and seek medical advice for the bites. Definitely not what I paid for.

• Skal22 (10/5): Great place in a great location - The location is amazing, really easy to find with GPS, it's also easy to reach via public transport from the airport. There are souvenir shops right outside, as well as the famous clock tower, you can find a Lidl supermarket just 4-5 minutes away on foot. The check-in/check-out process was fast easy and since you only need a code, you don't have to worry about keys. The host is helpful and replies fast and we had clear instructions. The WiFi is decent and there were no connectivity issues. It was a great place to stay in Prague.

• Anna (9/5): Charming apartment in the heart of the Old Town with historic character and cozy atmosphere - We had a wonderful stay at NELIS I Boutique Apartments! Very pleasant and friendly communication with the hosts. The apartment is located right in the center of Old Prague, just a minute’s walk from the Astronomical Clock. The apartment is very clean: white bed linen and tidy rooms. The interior is decorated in a modern+medieval style, creating a special atmosphere. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, stove, and air conditioners that can also be used for heating. We especially liked the large space on the first floor with sofas and a big dining table - a great place for family evenings. We traveled with our dog, and it was nice that pets are allowed here. The apartment is a bit damp and cool, but the air conditioners heat up the rooms quickly, so it wasn’t a big issue. On the second floor there are two double beds separated only by a wardrobe/curtain, so it’s essentially one large bedroom and not two separate ones as we expected. Also keep in mind that the apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator, it wasn’t a problem for us, but it might be useful for others to know.

Łatwy dostęp do apartamentu. Drobiazgi: Przy otwartym oknie słychać hałasy z ulicy: jeżdżące samochody po kostce brukowej i krzyki turystów. W kuchni brakuje kubków do herbaty, są same szklanki.
• Hayley M (10/5): In the heart of Old Town - Couldn't have picked a better spot to stay! Apartment is right in the heart of Old Town. A spacious, comfortable and clean place. Highly recommend. Not a major, just a tad inconvenient that there was no coffee. You have to buy your own beans.

Nếu có dịp quay lại hoặc có bạn bè đến đây tôi nhất định sẽ giới thiệu đến căn hộ này. Xin cảm ơn chủ nhà. Chủ nhà nên đối chiếu phần thanh toán của khách hàng trước khi gửi email để có yêu cầu phù hợp: chỉ trả city tax hay trả tât cả tiền thuê căn hộ cùng city tax.

La posizione è a dir poco eccellente e, nonostante il passaggio continuo delle persone sulla strada su cui si affacciano le finestre della camera da letto, il rumore è del tutto assente. Appartamento spazioso e pulito, arricchito da tutti i comfort necessari per un pernottamento sia di piccolo che di lungo periodo. Consigliatissimo!!!

Unlike other places, the host is extremly friendly and willing to help. The studio is clean and located in first floor, so there was no hustle carring our lugage. I would defently recommend it. We arrive a little early and the door code wasn't working...but we contacted the host and they updated the code straight away to let us in. The location is fabulous and it was wonderful to have a washing machine (even though it's really small). Everything was great, but it would have been useful to have instructions on how to use the coffee machine. We were about to pour water into the wrong place until we realised what we had to do.
