• Nikolic milan (8/5): ispunilo ocekivanja za datu cenu. naj bitnije je besplatni parkin koji je veoma blizu smestaja - Lokacija je bila taman da se pesaka prodje veliki broj znamenitosti. blizu je i metro stanica. veoma blizu parking objekta. malo dase obnovi kuhinja ostalo je pristojno

• Anja (4/5): Slabo - Lokacija. Žal pa je bilo bivanje precej manj prijetno, kot smo pričakovali. Sušilnik za perilo z obešenimi oblačili je stal kar sredi sobe, kar je bilo zelo moteče in neprimerno. Posoda je bila zelo umazana – neokusna, ponekod celo plesniva, kar je bilo res nehigiensko. Pomivalni stroj je puščal in ni bil uporaben. Poleg tega je bilo v soboto od 8. ure zjutraj do 12. ure zelo glasno razbijanje in vrtanje, tako da počitek ni bil mogoč. Razumem, da gre za mesto in je nekaj hrupa normalnega, vendar je bilo to res pretirano.

• Asia (8/5): - La posizione della struttura e centrale e vicino alle principali linee della metro. I due letti erano comodi. La casa è perfetta per 4 persone, noi eravamo in 5 e il divano letto era un po’ scomodo.

Il est très bien desservi en transport en commun pour sillonner Vienne et le parking est pratique Nous le savions mais pour aller dans la salle de bain il faut passer par la chambre. Étant en famille cela ne nous a pas dérangé mais cela peut gêner d'autres personnes

• Fabio (10/5): - Una camera era piccolina, c'era solo il letto matrimoniale, ma il resto era spazioso. Ottimo il parcheggio a 2 min a piedi dall'appartamento. Ha funzionato molto bene la comunicazione con l'host e sono state chiare le indicazioni per entrare nel portone e ritirare le chiavi dell'appartamento. Ci tornerei I cuscini erano scomodi 2 erano alti e duri, 2 erano sottili. Consiglio di cambiarli. Nel bagno il copri vaso non si teneva su da solo.

• Jan (8/5): - I když instrukce ohledně klíčů a parkování vypadaly na začátku komplikovaně, vše proběhlo jak domluveno. Majitel reaguje rychle na vzkazy. Je třeba se připravit na tuto část města, nejsou to zrovna Vinohrady, večer to tam žije na ulici kulturami celého světa.
• Taian (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was clean and met our needs. Communication was good, we received all the info for keys and parking in advance so check in went smoothly. Location was great, walking distance from Center and Prater and good taxi price from there to EK Stadium. Many restaurants and supermarkets close by. Apartment was equiped with everything needed and all functional.Wifi was working great too. Overall we had a pleasant stay! No inconvenience but more electrical outlets in the kitchen area would help.

• Ulya (10/5): Exceptional - The location is excellent (20-30 minutes to the city center). We took a taxi back, which was also perfectly reasonable. After reading millions of reviews about various apartments mentioning cleanliness issues, I had no such concerns here—everything was spotless. The fact that there’s parking is a huge plus, considering Vienna’s parking situation. The high ceilings and standard furniture are perfectly fine for spending a week in this beautiful city. When checking out, I accidentally locked the keys inside the apartment, but the issue was resolved within 5-10 minutes—super fast and very helpful. Even better in real life than in the photos. I wouldn’t call this a major downside, but I did notice that while one room had a great mattress, the one in the room with the bathroom was very soft. It didn’t affect my stay at all, but it’s the only thing that caught my attention.

When we arrived the heating was off and the apartment was cold. The water heater in the bathroom was frequently turning on and off and making a lot of noise. It kept us up all night.
• Alexander (9/5): great place to stay for a night or two in Vienna - the location and the free parking that are actually 2 things which made our choice and that is a great differentiator of this apartment. I'd also say that the host, Edon, was very helpful and all the instructions are clear. the furniture, the bathroom and matresses are very basic. The bathroom is in the bedroom, so if somebody lives in the leaving room, they have to go to toilet through the others bedroom...

• Irina (5/5): Passable - I didn’t like the fact that when we entered the apartament we found a pair of pants above the toilet. Seemed that the room wasn’t cleaned before our arrival. Also the bed sheets were wet on the dryer and unfortunately we couldn’t use them.

• Katja (10/5): Excellent cosy apartment, perfect for exploring Vienna on foot! - It’s a cosy apartment in a great location. Everything we needed was there and we really appreciated the free parking around the corner. I forgot something at the place and the host very kindly sent it to me at no extra cost. It was fab overall, so this is a difficult question. The blinds in the bedroom could be darker to avoid morning light coming in - but I guess there are different preferences as to this.

Received a parking ticket while we parked for a few minutes to drop the luggage in the apartment. Warning on the possibility of getting a 36€ fine for parking in the front of the building could have been avoided, had the landlord mention this in the description, or even over phone.
• Borbála (8/5): Very good - Nice location, the parking house was near, the kitchen is good equipped. This is a really hot summer, we were missing the air condition and some ventillation in the bathroom. The bed mattress was too soft for us. Anything else was good.
