• Marta (9/5): - Piękny widok z balkonu. Wygodne fotele do wypoczynku na nim. Przestronny i nowoczesny. 15 minut spacerem od stacji kolejki oraz 20 minut od Puerto Mariny. Właścicielka świetna,polecam. Drzwi wejściowe nie do końca są szczelne, widać światło z korytarza. W opisie jest zmywarka,faktycznie jej nie ma. Łóżko trochę skrzypi ale ok.

• Peters (10/5): Above all, I think customer service is key to bringing back clients, and I think the owner of this apartement knows it👌🏾 - The view was wonderful, the rooms where very well cleaned everything is well placed. We missed our flight, then I contacted the owner who took her time to communicate with us on the phone all through till we got to our destination. Very, very good service. We will love to come back to Malaga and stay in this apartment next year❤️
• LIDIA (2/5): Mala experiencia - Las vistas. No sabía si poner esta reseña porque me sabe mal perjudicar a Beatrix, pero a mí me hubiera gustado saber esto para poder decidir si me interesaba alquilar el apartamento. A nuestra llegada, nos dieron las llaves en una recepción, cuyo personal sólo se encarga de eso, si tienes un problema hay que contactar con la propietaria. El edificio está viejo, la cerradura no funcionaba bien y la puerta está en malas condiciones. El apartamento no estaba limpio y puedo demostrarlo con las fotos que voy a aportar. Tuvimos que limpiarlo nosotros. La alcachofa de la ducha no funcionaba bien, por lo que tuve que avisar a la propietaria. Nosotros nos fuimos del apartamento a visitar el lugar, cenar.... Ya por la noche, veo que tengo varios mensajes y una llamada de la propietaria, que yo no había escuchado. Y mi sorpresa llega cuando me dice que ya ha cambiado la alcachofa y ha limpiado de nuevo el apartamento, todo sin pedir permiso para entrar, lo cual es un delito de allanamiento en toda regla. Se lo hago saber, que no estoy de acuerdo con lo que ha hecho y que quiero irme del apartamento. En todo momento, me decía que no había hecho nada malo, que como propietaria podía entrar cuando hiciera falta. Para confirmar mis sospechas, contacté con la policía, tanto local como nacional, los cuales me dijeron que estaba en mi derecho de denunciar, pero que intentara arreglarlo de forma amistosa primero. Contacté con Booking, que todavía no me ha resuelto el problema por cierto y habló con la propietaria, para que pudiéramos abandonar el apartamento y que se nos devolviera el dinero. Todo esto a la 1 de la madrugada. Según Booking, no pudo llegar a un acuerdo con ella y ya me darían una solución. Hemos dejado ya el apartamento y la solución no ha llegado. No pegamos ojo en toda la noche por miedo a que alguien pudiera volver a entrar y a las 6 de la mañana, ya le dije que o me solucionaba algo o la denunciaba.

• FILGAIRA AREVALO (9/5): - La piscina es de 10, limpia y amplia. La ubicación muy buena, en 10 min estás en la playa, el apartamento bien preparado Me ha gustado todo, una semana para descansar

• Hanna (8/5): Lovely pool and good value for money - The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The pool exceeded our expectations. It was massive and fairly warm. The host was friendly and reacted to our messages immediately. Overall we had a nice stay. Although the apartment was nice and modern the building was run down and old. The walls were very thin and we could here people talking in the neighbour. The slides in the pool weren't open. These were the main reason we booked this apartment. There were lots of noisy roadworks in front of the building.
• Chrisaiden (9/5): Couple - The apartment was lovely it had everything you need. It was a quiet complex. Shops restaurants and bars were nearby. Beatrix is a lovely and helpful lady. We would stay again. At the moment there is alot of outside road works bit of noise 9 till 6 but that isn't the owners fault. I'm sure it will all look nice when work is finished

• Fernando (9/5): Superb - The balcony and the view. The hot water boiler for the showers is barely enough for 2 showers. Completely irrelevant during summer time but can be bad with colder weather. Fortunately we didn't have any children there.

The only thing I didn't like was having to leave.
