• amy (8/5): - The apartment was a great size and had everything that you would need. The location was perfect and walking distance to everything. The facilities in the building were great and the pool was lovely. Amazing views from my bed to wake up to During a 4 night stay the room was not cleaned nor were towels changed or extra toilet roll provided. The lift sometimes had a long waiting time.
• Wai (10/5): Value of money - My first time in stay in axon. It was wonderful experience stay in axon. Self check in but the host was very supportive. He always care us. Room was clean with modern amenities. Flat TV, free Wifi, fridge and washing machine.

If you want only cash payment, it needs to be communicated better and then you overcharge in Aussie dollars and dont return the extra money you take. Daylight robbery. To be told last minute that you can leave if you dont have cash.

• Miha (8/5): - The location is top, right on the Bukit Bintang. The view from the room is outstanding, as showed in the pictures. The sheets and pillows had a few stains. It's a big building with a lot of people going in and out, so sometimes it takes a lot of time to wait for an escalator.

Kon alleen contant betalen en daarkwam ook 15-20% bovenop. Daadoor kon ik niet wisselen van kamer. Matras super hard en oncomfortabel, accomodatie niet helemaal schoon, er liet één kleine kakkerlak, gordijnen sloten maar voor de helft vh raam, superdruk en gehorig in het gebouw, airco blijft in welke stand dan ook uit en aan slaan, wat vervelend geluid geeft.

• Pedro (1/5): El peor servicio que hemos recibido hasta la fecha en una estancia de Booking - La ubicación es lo único se salva de nuestra estancia aquí lamentablemente. Nos fiamos de la buena nota que tiene en Booking pero si indagas un poco en Google ves las malas reviews del alojamiento. Nada más llegar tienes que esperar un rato bien largo a que te atienda una persona para hacerte el check-in. El cual no habla prácticamente inglés y no te explica absolutamente nada, simplemente te abre la puerta y te pide el dinero en EFECTIVO al instante. Nos quedamos 6 noches en total, recibimos servicio de limpieza solamente un día. Se te permite solo tener servicio cada 2 días (Al menos eso es lo que te dicen al llegar). Al pedir amablemente servicio de limpieza lo que nos hicieron fue poner colgada una bolsa de basura en la puerta con toallas y papel higiénico por fuera de la habitación... y no recibimos servicio de limpieza propio hasta que amenazamos con quejarnos al Management del Hotel, después de pelear con ellos durante horas hablando por Whatsapp, con una persona que no habla inglés y no se molesta ni qiquiera en traducir los mensajes para entenderte. Para venir a recoger el dinero a la habitación tardaron 2 minutos eso sí. A la hora del check out se nos quería quitar la llave de la habitación al día anterior. Las colas del ascensor para acceder y salir del edificio pueden durar más de 20 minutos depende de la hora del día. Añadir que no te permiten dejar las maletas en el lobby después del check-out tampoco, ni pagando. El peor servicio que he tenido en un Hotel hasta la fecha después de viajar muchísimo. La habitación está OK, pero por el precio que pagamos puedes encontrar algo que tenga el doble de prestaciones y con infinitas mejoras en servicio. El nombre de nuestro HOST fue Manto. Nos quejamos en la recepción del Hotel pero no se preocuparon nada ya que el edificio tiene 36 negocios funcionando y no trabajan juntos. espero que Booking tome medidas porque el trato ha sido lamentable.

Excellent view from the apartment and the rooftop pool. Very good location, very central. Calm room, only some noises from the doors in the same floor. Easy checkin with personal and prior WhatsApp communication. No desinfection in the gym. Got no cleaning and no fresh towels within three nights. Sometimes long lines for elevator. Only cash payment and needed to pay a cash deposit - upfront notice on this would be good.

• Matthew (1/5): Shocking - Nothing They told us to cancel the day before we were due to turn up. This is because despite us checking 3 weeks in advance and them stating they have 24hr front desk, they don't. It cost us a huge amount of money to go elsewhere at the last minute.

C'è talmente tanta gente che nonostante ci sino parecchi ascensori ci sono delle lunghe code per poter salire o scendere. La camera non e' quella mostrata nelle foto e i servizi dichiarati non ci sono. Il materasso aveva le molle che ti entravano nella schiena. C'è stato fornito un solo asciugamano e abbiamo dovuto richiedere e aspettare che ce ne portassero un altro. Comunque un solo asciugamo a persona e' ovviamente insufficiente. Il pagamento e' solo in contanti e viene richiesta una caparra sempre in contanti di 200MYR. Abbiamo richiesto la fattura ma non c'e' stata consegnata come era stato detto al momento del check-in. Niente fattura ma viene addebitata la Service Tax dell'8%. Tali strutture non dovrebbero essere presenti su Booking.com.

The unit I stayed in was fine and good, but at some details like how weary the tiles look, (I can see good proper cleaning &some maintenance work should be done. I don’t like the tiles and the floor. Look like it’s haven’t been wash/wiped/clean in such a long period of times. And also the glass of the bathroom 🤮🤮

La limpieza de la habitación mejorable y las instalaciones, como la ventana de nuestra habitación reparada con cinta aislante mejorable, con otros hoteles en los que he estado en Kuala Lumpur.
