• Kelly (1/5): HORRENDOUS - Horrendous do not book unsafe Cockroaches and and filthy
• Juan Adolfo (1/5): Do not stay here - We got there late at night, and we left within one hour, the hour that took us to find somewhere else to stay. One cockroach after another, they were coming from anywhere, so we could not stay the night there. The bathroom was not very clean either. After that, we have tried to contact the property several times in order to get a refund, but it has been refused. Do not stay in this apartment.
• Ross Andrew (8/5): For the price it’s excellent. - Location was ideal for what we wanted. Few cockroaches in the bathroom but only in the bathroom and the bathroom had a damp smell. Sofa in the living area was very very uncomfortable.other than that everything else was great.
• Clare (4/5): Not great - Location for wembley stadium. Rail line right at the back of the property equalled very little sleep, along with poor mattresses, every spring is felt. The entrance to the flat is pretty grubby. You can't sit on the futon, again every spring is felt. There were cockroaches in the apartment.
• Tilo (5/5): Einfache Unterkunft, sicher geeignet im Herbst und im Winter. - Die Lage mit dem Anschluss an die Underground ist gut gelegen, es hat ein Lebensmittelgeschäft gleich gegenüber, auch Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Im Bad riecht es nach Kanalisation und bei heissem Wetter überhitzt die Wohnung. Sie liegt direkt an den Geleisen, was bei geschlossenen Fenstern nicht stört, bei Hitze und offenen Fenstern aber nicht besonders ruhig ist.

• Mandy (8/5): Very good - Apartment was lovely, clean and plenty of space. Location was excellent very close by taxi to Wembley Stadium. Communication from the host on flat number and key code was poor.
• James (1/5): If you need a place with a kitchen for under $120/night within 30 mins of central London, this is for you - It had all the basics. The manager was responsive and bought us a new kettle, toaster and other kitchen supplies when the toaster tripped the breaker. It’s very VERY close to the Dollis hill station. The place was just a bit shabby and run down. We saw 3 cockroaches during our time there. There is no mirror in the bathroom. The bidet gun leaks. The bathroom smells moldy as it is poorly ventilated. The beds are not the most comfortable but the futon is the worst. I could hardly even sit on the futon couch it was so bad. The apartment is up 3 flights of stairs. The entry area is poorly maintained and has huge stacks of junk mail in the eves. The surrounding area is okay but kind of dead. IMO better to stay closer to willsden green if you can. This place made sense for us because it had 3 beds and a kitchen. If my budget was higher I would stay elsewhere
