• Nadezhda (10/5): Квартира отличная! - Отличная квартира в самом центре города! Отличный свежий ремонт, есть практически все. Телевизор смарт с нетфликсом и ютьюбом. На кухне есть все необходимое, включая кофе машины с капсулами. В принципе при желании можно разместить до семи человек. Не хватило чайника и чая, кровати немного узковаты для двоих, но все плюсы квартиры перекрыли незначительные минусы!

• Javier (10/5): Una estancia de 10 - El apartamento está genial; perfecto e impecable a nuestra llegada. Muebles nuevos, decoración moderna y limpieza absoluta. Da la sensación de estar estrenando el apartamento. Cocina totalmente equipada, habitaciones amplias y camas cómodas, armarios suficientes para guardar la ropa, 2 baños completos con ducha y zona de estar con TV de pantalla plana. Ubicación inmejorable en pleno centro de Oviedo y en zona totalmente peatonal, con una parada de taxi en frente del portal y varios parkings en los alrededores. Nada a destacar.
