• Natalia (9/5): Perfect for couples and navigating around the city. - Location: close to the transport - metro station M2 is 7min by foot, Duomo -20 min and Navigli is around the corner. Apartment is renovated new and clean. Facing the busy street it was a little bit noisy. Sofa in the leaving room was not comfortable for sleeping. But for the short stay it’s ok.
• Elsa (9/5): Super emplacement et appartement - Caterina est une super hôte, très disponible et donnant de bons conseils. L’appartement est super bien équipé et le lit très confortable avec un matelas bien ferme. On trouve des restaurants, supermarchés et boulangeries autour ce qui permets de s’organiser facilement pour ceux qui ne souhaitent pas manger dehors. Il y en a qui se plaignent du bruit mais il faut se souvenir qu’on est en ville, entendre le trafic aux heures de pointe et les motards de temps en temps fait parti du jeu. En échange on est super bien placés pour visiter la ville a pied, metro et tram! Le canapé lit n’est pas très confortable on sent fortement les lattes et mériterait d’être changé pour un plus confortable, mais pour un four séjour ça passe.
• Lívia (9/5): Milanói kiruccanás - Jó elhelyezkedésű apartman, közel a zöld metró vonalhoz, de gyalog sincs messze a belvaros. Napos, tiszta, jól felszerelt (mosogatogep, mosógép, tűzhely, sütő , vasaló, hajszárító), jól kialakított apartman. Caterina, a vendeglató a foglalastól a hazautazasig rendelkezesre állt online, de akár szemelyesen is, ha szükség lett volna rá. A tini gyerekeimnek nagyon tetszett a kis, napos erkely, sokszor kiültek oda. Gyalogos tavolságra a Navigli negyed, mi ott talaltunk egy ettermet, ahová visszajártunk. Élelmiszerboltok is elérhetőek a közelben, kisebb, közepes is. A kinyitható kanapé valóban nem a legkényelmesebb a nappaliban.
• Maithe (8/5): Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut gelegen. Caterina hat alles sehr gut erklärt und Fragen hat die auch schnell beantwort - Es war sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Das Schlafsofa war sehr unkomfortabel. Eine Sonnenliege ist genauso bequem.

It’s easy to access the building, everything is thoughtfully arranged — a clean and cozy elevator, and the apartment is located on the fourth floor with a city view. During the day, it was possible to feel the atmosphere of the city. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The heating is easy to adjust. A nice bonus was the drinking water, tea, and coffee, which is especially important when arriving late. Everything is clean and well maintained. The bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped, with a reliable supply of hot water. The bed is comfortable. Caterina is always in touch and quick to respond to any questions. This is a warm and well-thought-out place to stay. I would be happy to return here again. -

• Jose (10/5): Gracias Caterina - Me gusto muchas cosas, agradezco que esté reformado, el baño era muy bonito y muy comodo para utilizar. La cocina y la habitación eran estupendas y la ubicación era inmejorable. Pero lo que mas me gustó fue la comunicación con Caterina, resolvió todas mis dudas muy rápido y lo agradezco mucho por que era mi primera vez viajando en apartamentos. Como crítica constructiva quizás para futuros huéspedes yo cambiaría las almohadas son demasiado finas y prácticamente apoyaba la cabeza sobre el colchón. Es muy difícil decir algo negativo de este apartamento porque prácticamente todo es perfecto. Gracias!

Cleaning was fine but not perfect, warm water ran out after 2 showers (we were a family of 4), a noisy street with traffic (stay during the weekend).

Das Appartement ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet - in echt nochmal schöner als auf den Bildern. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, da das Appartement wirklich toll ausgestattet ist. Von Drucker über Massagekissen bis hin zu eingebauten Lautsprechern war alles vorhanden. Durch die hohen Sicherheitsstandards hat man sich außerdem sehr sicher gefühlt. Das Appartement hat eine super Lage an einer belebteren Straße in einer guten Gegend. Fussläufig sind sowohl der Dom, als auch das Ausgehviertel erreichbar. Es gibt aber auch eine gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Etwas laut, da an einer vielbefahrenen Straße gelegen

• Bai Rui Xi (1/5): - 我是一个母亲独自带着两个孩子去出去旅游，在这十多天的行程中这家酒店以及客服给了我相当糟糕的体验，当时我们到达酒店附近的时间是晚上9点多，我带着孩子在附近寻找酒店入口一个半小时，当时也联系不到酒店人员，还好有当地的好心女孩子帮助我们拨通了电话，并且指导我们寻找还是找不到入口，由于已经是夜里十一点又担心安全问题，用当地女孩子的电话拨通后告知我们要求退房并且酒店也表示同意后，我又通过其他平台定了另外的酒店。过后我们和酒店协商给我们部分退款，却遭到了拒绝🙅‍♀️任何退款，我认为这家酒店没有人道主义，真的是糟糕透了 我把我们的这次经历分享给大家，请大家谨慎此酒店，以免给你们带来不必要的损失，而且影响旅途的心情

The apartment is wonderful and very close to the metro to get out and visit Milan. Loved sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine in the evening with a take away pizza from the restaurant next door.

Klima sistemi çok iyi çalışıyor. 2 çocuğumuzun yatağı olarak kullanılan, yatağa dönüşen kanepe rahat değil her harekette çok ses çıkaran bir yatak ses hem çocukları hem de bizi çok rahatsız etti, 2 kişi konaklamak için mükemmel bir ev, 4 kişi için konforlu değil

• Maurice (10/5): - Appartement très cosy, agréable à vivre, bien équipé, et idéalement situé. L'ascenseur est très étroit. Impossible d'y faire rentrer un siège adapté pour handicap. Comme l'appartement est au 4ème étage, cela demande de pouvoir déplacer suffisamment facilement une personne en situation de handicap en-dehors de son siège. Ce ne fut pas un gros problème pour nous, mais cela peut l'être pour d'autres. Cela n'enlève rien à la qualité intrinsèque (excellente, donc) de l'appartement.
• WEN-YIN (7/5): - The apartment is nicely renovated with a modern and stylish design. While the space isn’t large, it is functional. The location is excellent—there are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it’s well connected by metro, tram, and also convenient for taxis or Uber, especially when handling luggage. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had several issues during our stay, including wrong keys at check-in, three power outages, one water outage, towel with hair on it, and not enough toilet paper. The host was always quick to assist, which we appreciated. The apartment felt small for four people. The sofa bed was not very comfortable and made noise when our child turned during the night. There’s no washing machine, which was inconvenient for a longer stay, although there is a laundromat nearby. Also, the kitchen contained old condiments, some from 2021—it would be better if these were cleared out. Transport was more complicated than expected. The nearest metro line is M2, but two M2 stations were closed due to Winter Olympic construction, making it impossible to travel directly to Milano Centrale. Buses were also rerouted, requiring extra transfers. In addition, construction in the neighboring unit began on July 17, with loud noise from 9 a.m., making daytime rest difficult. While the external construction is beyond the host’s control, it would be helpful to notify guests in advance.

It was incredibly clean, cute, and well-organized, with everything we needed for a comfortable and practical stay. The location felt very safe, even at night, and it’s in such a convenient area – just a short walk to the metro and only 4 tram stops from the Duomo. There are great breakfast spots and mini markets just 2 minutes away, which made mornings super easy. And if you’re planning to explore Navigli’s bars and restaurants, they’re within walking distance, which we loved! Special mention to Caterina, the hostess – she was always available, super kind, and ready to help with anything we needed. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Milan! I liked everything!

You can either walk or use a tram, and it takes 10-15 min to get there. The metro is also very close (5 min on foot).

I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. Our one night stay in this well-equipped, modern, and design apartment in the heart of Navigli was nothing short of exceptional. From the inviting interior to the delightful balcony, every aspect contributed to a truly memorable experience. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient stay in the heart of the city center. One downside was the noise from outside, which was a bit disruptive, especially early morning. The apartment is facing the street so then it is normal to expect some noise. Nonetheless, I still enjoyed my stay and would recommend this apartment to others.

We will definitively come back 😀 A bit noisy due to Street in front of house when windows are open.. With closed Windows and aircondition no Problem at all.

• Bruno (10/5): Perfect apartment for a couple in a short visit in Milan. The apartment have everything we needed, the owner is helpful - Super well located, clean, new and equipped. Overall everything was really good. Would improve the towels and the bedsheet.
