• Gyorgy (6/5): - Місце розташування В апартаментах запах каналізації Точну адресу і код від дверей я отримав вже будучи в дорозі , що змушує нервувати Багато разів зупинявся в Сальвадор в інших місцях то я за день вже знав номер квартири і код В будинку постійно не працювали ліфти , підніматися без ліфта на 7 поверх все таки не дуже комфортно Думаю що в цих апартаментах я більше точно не буду зупинятися

• Roberta (5/5): Deu para ficar por 3 dias, mas eu não me hospedaria lá de novo. - Boa localização (para épocas de carnaval, é bom saber que a rua fica fechada a maior parte do tempo e cheia de vendedores ambulantes). Apartamento tem uma estrutura boa, incluindo bom ar condicionado e geladeira com freezer. O pior para mim foi o exaustor do banheiro. Quando ligávamos o exaustor, sentíamos cheiro de esgoto forte. A limpeza também deixou muito a desejar, o chão estava empoeirado e com vários fios de cabelo, vários itens da cozinha não estavam limpos (resto de comida seca grudada). Por causa desses problemas, ficamos desconfortáveis durante nossa estadia.

Ficamos muito revoltados porque entramos numa bruta e inaceitavel PROPAGANDA ENGANOSA em várias etapas do anúncio.. Publicam, na foto do perfil do anúncio, que o apartamento é beira - mar. Éra o que buscamos quando vamos a uma praia. Escrito: Beira Mar e com vista para o mar. Este apartamento não está na beira mar.. Está na página principal do Booking e não é. Está numa rua atrás da Av. Beira Mar, cheia de prédios velhos sendo desativados onde as pessoas fazem xixi por todo lugar. Um mau cheiro insuportável quando saimos na rua. NÃO É BEIRA MAR CONFORME ANUNCIADO. Portanto uma pripaganda enganosa que é um crime contra defesa do ccnsumidor. Só tem vista para o mar,, mas é bem diferente do que mostra a foto de perfil do anúncio Este fica. há mais 200 metros do mar. Outra propanda enganosa. Anunciam roupas de cama e banho, mas não dizem que não há troca para quem vai ficar mais de uma semana. Prometem material de limpeza não tinha nem uma vassoura, aspirador de pó, pá, nada! Só um balde com esfregão. Nem ao menos um detergente que custa menos de 3,00 reais. Ausência total de qualquer material de limpeza. Prometem itens de higiene pessoal e nem informam que só dão 2 rolos de papel higiênico e dois sabonetes com menos de 15 gramas, Isto para um casal para 14 dias de hospedagem. Só recebemos as informações destes itens de roupas de cama, banho e artigos de higiene, no dia 29 de dezembr, às vésperas de nossa chegada, quando já estavamos em trânsito e por ocasião da informação da senha para acesso a unidade. Entrei em contato com o local . Fiquei muito chateada com as promessas não cumpridas.. O administrador que nos prometeu uma troca de lençóis, toalhas e 12crolos de papel higiênico no dia seguinte à nossa chegada. Mais uma promessa não cumprida. Ele desapareceu, não nos deu mais noticias. DAS INÚMEROS PROPAGANDAS ENGABOSAS DO ANÚNCIO.. A COMEÇAR PELA LOCALIZAÇÃO. RESERVEI UM FLAT À BEIRA MAR COM VISTA PARA O MAR. FUI ENGANADA PELO FALSO ANÚNCIO. REVOLTANTE. É UM CRIME CONTRA A DEFESA DO CONSUMIDOR. AO CHEGAR AO LOCAL NÃO ESTAVA NA BEIRA MAR. AINDA BUSQUEI OUTRO LOCAL À BEIA MAR DA BARRA, ONDINA, DE FRENTE PARA O MAR E COM VISTA PARA O MAR, COMO QUERIA. NÃO ENCONTREI NADA! ERA 30 DE DEZEMBRO DE 2025 ÀS 17:00 HORAS. DECEPÇÃO TOTAL. UM RUA HÁ MAIS DE 200 METROS DA BEIRA MAR. ACHEI ATÉ QUE O TAXISTA TINHA ERRADO O LOCAL. RUA SUJA, CHEIA DE LIXOS, XIXI QUE ESCORRIA PELAS CALÇADAS ONDE TINHAMOS QUE PASSAR. CHEIA DE PRÉDIOS DESATIVADOS. AS MULHERES BAIXAVAM PARA FAZER XIXI NAS PORTAS DOS PRÉDIOS DESTIVADOS. UM HORROR!. NUNCA VI A BARRA TÃO SUJA. DETESTO AMBIENTES ASSIM. .
• RefaatG (7/5): - The apartment itself is beautiful and clean. We loved the huge balcony. The building is very secure. Location is great and we felt safe walking around at night. The apartment is located one block from the vibey Barra beach. Grocery store across the road with a big shopping mall about 12 minutes walk away. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The kitchen is adequately stocked and comes with a 2 plate table top oven and microwave. Noise levels were not disturbing. The rooftop pool is a great feature of the property. There is a gym and at the time of our visit, the laundry room was closed down. The apartment looks like the photos. No kettle. Responses by the company administering the property to our communication was almost non-existent. They however would inundate you with automated reminders via email and whatsapp (about 6 or 7 times) about the apartment’s rules, which was frustrating. We were accused of cracking a table top and wanted us to pay for the damage, without first finding out if we knew about it. Horrible stench came out of the bathroom’s drain for 2 of the 4 nights we stayed in the apartment, which made sleeping a bit difficult. Plates and cups felt sticky and no dishwashing liquid was provided to do dishes. Broken outside door handle remained unfixed for the duration of our stay. We would recommend staying at the property if the owners change the company administering the property.
• Maren (7/5): Sweet location but annoying process - The good- it's super close to the beach and gerneally well equipped. Bed was nice and blue light in the bathroom so it's nice for the eye and very good view. Jesus Christ. The process of inviting any person over ist just annoying - even though I get the security thoughts. There is always a person sitting 24h at the reception to open up the door. But.. If you have to go somewhere or they don't like you, it's taking long to open up the door and you feel like under surveillance - would not recommend. Additionally - I had an extremely smelly bathroom 🥲

• Joice (10/5): - Apartamento super bem localizado. Sacada com vista para o mar e horizonte. Check-in facilitado. Ótimo para estadias de curto a médio prazo. Tem o básico dentro do apartamento, é confortável. Unico ponto negativo é em relação ao banheiro, pois nao tem saída direta de ar, tem um cheiro forte.

• Elena (6/5): Would look at other options mananged by an individual or another company for future stays. - The apartment is well-located and quiet. The building has a nice rooftop pool. There is a nice view from the balcony. The apartment felt small even for one person. Communication with the administration company Bem-vindo was not a pleasant experience. It felt very impersonal, with automated messages sent repeatedly and poor responsiveness. When I arrived, I noticed that one of the sheets was missing on the bed and that the apartment was infested with tiny ants. I immediately reported this to the company and I did receive the sheet the next evening, however nothing was done about the ants. They were literally everywhere -in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. During my week-long stay the only organic item I brought to the apartment was a coconut water. I drank it and left the empty glass next to the sink in the bathroom for an hour and there were 50 ants swarming it when I came back. The gym upstairs is quite small. Additionally, the doormen were not very friendly and there was also no way to leave my bags anywhere if I needed to after checkout, which is a pretty basic thing to have for an apartment designed for short stays.
