- Elodie (10/5): Une découverte improvisée - Cet hôtel est dingue par sa grandeur et sa perfection. L’accueil est incroyable. Les personnes serviables et très disponible. Au petit soin vraiment! La chambre est très confortable et équipée comme dans peu d’hôtel. Rien ne manque. Nous avions une suite une chambre, deux salles de bain une cuisine hyper équipée et une salle à manger. L’hôtel se situe dans un très grand complexe et vous pouvez être conduit partout très rapidement (plage piscine restaurant …) Dans ce complexe il y a aussi joya le spectacle du cirque du soleil qui réalisent des représentations il ne faut surtout par le manquer c’est incroyable et tellement beau. L’hôtel dispose un room service 24h/24h d’une grande qualité. Cet Hôtel est loin d’être un hôtel boutique de qq chambres mais ce n’est pas ce qu’on lui demande. Je félicite la personne qui a pensé ce projet osé car il est d’un niveau incroyable. Bravo! Rien du tout

- Israel (9/5): Un excelente resort con servicio de clase mundial, todo el staff te hace sentir como en casa. - Nos quedamos en el Hotel Jungala, bellas las habitaciones estilo departamento. Todo limpio y con excelente atención a los detalles, podrías vivir en esas suites. El resort es enorme, no te aburres ni un minuto pues hay mucho por hacer y por comer. El parque Jungala es de primer nivel y muy divertido si vas con pareja o con familia. Aunque invita a que vayas con niños pequeños, fue algo incómodo estar en espera de los transportes para trasladarse. El servicio es excelente y todos muy atentos pero eso no quita que puedas llegar a esperar 10 minutos en el calor con dos bebés para ir a otro lugar, si te trasladas 3-4 veces por día pueden ser 30 mins. Además, aunque la comida es de buena calidad, los precios son altos.

- Ludovic (10/5): Expérience exceptionnelle a Jungala, mais... - L'expérience à jungala hôtel dans le parc de vidanta est incroyable. Nous avons eu l'impression d'être un peu comme dans Jurassic Park ( sans les dinosaures) mais avec une faune incroyable qui vit autour de vous. Le parc est juste magnifique. Le personnel est toujours au petit soin et toutes les attentions sont de mise. Les piscines sont géantes et propres. La chambre appartement est super bien équipée et raffinée. La distance des activités. Ce n est pas grave cat il y a des navettes électriques qui vous amène de l hôtel aux différentes activités ou restaurants. ATTENTION avec des enfants en bas âges. Il n y a rien a faire au niveau de votre chambre d hôtel. Il faut obligatoirement bouger dans le parc a pied ou avec la navette électrique.

- Zhanna (1/5): - Nunca Usted ha añadido un grupo cuando nos mudamos en 1,5 horas, no hay ninguna inylrmatsii donde se puede comer, ni un mapa de las piscinas, ni información sobre el parque acuático, que resulta que es de pago y como los niños son pequeños tal vez un montón de toboganes para nosotros y NP adecuado. Y no tiene sentido ir al parque acuático. En el Restaurante ayer pagamos la factura, pero el plato con supuestamente carne Wagyu es un engaño, no es Wagyu, los rollos son una imitación casi no hay pescado, esto es una desgracia, así que le pido que devuelva el dinero del Restaurante de ayer. Hoy es mi cumpleaños y mi comida una decepción. Hoy, comer en Largo causó malestar intestinal en dos de cada 5 personas. Por lo tanto, también le pido que nos devuelva el dinero de la factura del Desayuno. ¡Así que devuélvanos todo el dinero que escribiste! ¡Simplemente destruiré el hotel en todas las redes de vpsh y lo inundaré con comentarios negativos, todo YouTube instagramm, facebook! ¡Son estafadores!!! ¡Robaron nuestro dinero por servicios no prestados!
- pmcc (10/5): Great family vacation spot. Very well kept property. - Loved the spacious room, great layout; it was a game-changer; specially with 3 younger kids. The trams to get to restaurants and pools were always available, loved having all the different restaurant options for meals within Vidanta World. Easy to get to the waterpark. We brought our strollers and didn't need them! Wish the room had a mini bar, with a small selection of snacks or drinks available so we didn't have to order and wait for room service or go to the shop.
- Alexey (7/5): Перемещение на электромобилях, аквапарк рядом - Красивые просторные номера. Чисто. Доброжелательный персонал. Красиво. Большой бассейн, много лежаков свободных. Любое перемещение только на электромобилях. Их ждать до 20 минут. Это очень не удобно и иногда прям долго. В ресторан- жди авто, в бассейн- жди авто, обратно - тоже жди. и т.д. Аквапарк не в отеле, только рядом за доп плату. Мы ехали из-за аквапарка, а по факту это как отдельный проект. Если бы знал эти минусы заранее, то не поехал был.

- Natalia (10/5): We will be back! Amazing experience. - We loved everything at Jungala! The suite was amazing, very spacious and clean. Having a kitchen is a +. They received us with a basket of bread, cheeses and fruits which was lovely. Service all around, was impeccable; from the kids club staff, to the ones driving the golf carts to move you from one place to the other, the waitresses (specially at the Green Break restaurant), room service and front desk staff - everyone went above and beyond. Drinks and food a bit too expensive. Wished they had a kids club (not just the activities at the pool area) and proper performance night shows. They have live music at many restaurants at night, but they could have performance shows (otherwise your only option at property is Cirque du Soleil - $$ extra).

Le personnel extrêmement attentif il y a des petites attentions à l’arrivée. J’ai rarement passé un séjour aussi extraordinaire, je recommande à 1000 %.

- EleonoraMZ85 (10/5): Soggiorno stupendo nel periodo natalizio - Abbiamo soggiornato qui dal 21 dicembre al 5 gennaio quindi periodo altissima stagione e festivo. La proprietà Vidanta è enorme e l'hotel Jungala è solo uno degli alberghi presenti e si trova in posizione più interna rispetto alle altre altre strutture. La stanza è enorme e ben fornita dal punto di vista degli elettrodomestici, della cucina, delle amenities del bagno e dell'arredamento in generale. Le stanze sono vista palme della giungla circostante ed è molto bello sentire i rumori degli uccelli e degli animaletti circostanti. La struttura infatti è circondata di natura, curata e rigogliosa. Il personale è sempre pronto ad aiutare e a soddisfare le richieste. Anche sui soggiorni lunghi come il nostro è impossibile annoiarsi data la vastità del luogo e la possibilità di arrivare a Playa o Cancun in tempi relativamente brevi. Noi avevamo affittato la macchina ed è stato comodissimo. Le piscine della struttura sono numerose e variegate così come i ristoranti. Gli ospiti del Jungala sono privilegiati in diversi modi: -godono di un trasporto interno personalizzato con golf car on request, quindi non devono usare a meno che non vogliano, quelle collettive che spostano il resto degli ospiti su percorsi prestabiliti. -possono utilizzare liberamente tutte le piscine presenti in struttura incluso il beach club che è il più gettonato e la mattina ha file chilometriche ancora prima dell'apertura. Gli ospiti jungala hanno una fila preferenziale. Carino, ma valido per massimo una giornata perchè poi diventa noioso, il parco acquatico. Fenomenale il Cirque du soleil. Comodo il servizio in camera super esteso dal punto di vista del menù e degli orari. Una menzione specialissima a Nathan e Elmo del beach club, grazie per i vostri sorrisi e la vostra presenza calorosa ma mai eccessiva, grazie a tutta la reception in particolare Marco, grazie ai driver delle golf car sempre gentilissimi. Ottima colazione al Green Break. Il reparto housekeeping ha diverse pecche. Quando siamo arrivati era tardi la sera (11.30 pm) e il letto di mia figlia non era stato fatto. Il ripasso serale a volte veniva saltato e dato che il terzo letto veniva fatto e disfatto ogni giorno, ci siamo trovati senza terzo letto pronto per mia figlia diverse sere e abbiamo dovuto chiamare la reception. La pulizia della stanza è stata altalenante, a volte accurata a volte un po' meno. Ho dovuto chiedere che venisse fatta meglio la polvere. La spiaggia purtroppo, ma lo sapevamo, è brutta e rocciosa. Nessuno fa il bagno in mare. La modalità di contatto con il personale di reception, oltre a quella diretta, è via chat whatsapp e per quanto questo sia molto comodo su alcuni aspetti, a volte il fatto che diversi addetti scrivessero contemporanamente, faceva sì che le richieste si disperdessero. Ad esempio se si effettuava la richiesta di una prenotazione ristorante, una persona rispondeva che se ne sarebbe occupata e gli altri giustamente se ne disinteressavano pensando che fosse stata presa in carico, in verità magari quel receptionist finiva il turno e la richiesta rimaneva inesitata. Ma è successo poche volte.

We could not get reservations at the restaurants even though we requested them via the concierge and by visiting the restaurants. The concierge did not respond or did not respond immediately to our requests on What’s App. We had to seek them out in person.

Nous avons l’accès au Jungala Park et ça c’est un gros plus ! Idéal pour les enfants. L’accueil n’était pas le meilleur, aucune présentation du domaine. Il faut prendre une navette pour aller à la plage et piscine, c’est le seul point un peu embêtant. Pas d’accès direct à la chambre.

QUARTOS NOVOS coube 4 adultos e uma criança de 10 anos tranquilamente meus amigos estavam no outro quarto ganharam um kit de amenidades que eu não ganhei, com balm labial e outras coisas. alem disso tive que pedir porque não tinha no nosso quarto sabonete liquido em nenhum dos dois banheiros. o ano novo você paga caro por um drink que nao podia escolher, e tinha que ficar em pé. Mesmo nos que estávamos com crianças queria que ficasse no frio e no chuvisco. CUIDADO COM O ANO NOVO.

The food was really good with lots of options. We had a one bed suite for a family of 5 and it was the best laid out room we’ve ever stayed as a family. So spacious.
- Jenny Jenyu (4/5): Not worth it. Stay at another hotel - The rooms were nice. Had a lot of amenities. Would be good for a family to stay. Water park and Cirque Du Soleil show were the only good parts-the kids enjoyed it. Poor communication between hotels/restaurant/concierge on the Vidanta Property. For instance, I reserved transportation to airport and no one knew so I got to the main lobby and was told I don’t have a “ticket.” I was never told I needed a ticket or given one. Even after I showed staff receipt of payment, they didn’t believe me. It took additional 30 min to just clarify this and for the staff at Jungala hotel to bring the “ticket” to main lobby. Why couldn’t this be communicated electronically? Same issue with other bookings- same level of confusion also this property is extremely large. The beach was very far away. There is an entrance directly to water park from this hotel but it’s closed. Water park and the Cirque Du Soleil show were the only features we really enjoyed. Everything else sucked. Food sucked. Every restaurant was booked. Overall just a very disappointing experience and not with the high 9.4 Score on booking.com

- Anh (4/5): - Its a nice hotel, and the staff are pretty helpful but we found our overall stay disappointing for a number of reasons. We booked because of the waterpark but our 2 year old was not allowed on a single slide, not even if we held him on the baby slide at the waterpark for babies. I’ve never been to a waterpark that strict. He got so upset that he wasn't allowed on anything, we left. The website boasts 20 restaurants, but for dinner we had 2 to choose from. Worst was the value. It cost almost $1000 cad a night, while its nice, its not that nice. And the food and drinks were all overpriced. They weren’t terrible but I’ve had $200 steak, that wasn’t it. The salmon sushi still had a bone in it, that shouldn't happen at a fancy restaurant. We paid for a week and even though we were told we wouldn’t get a refund, we left after 3 days and went and stayed at an all inclusive in Cancun were the food was just as good and the selection was better. I didn't want to waste a whole week there, I would rather pay for 2 vacations.

During the stays, we always have a my teenager children felt very safe moving around by themself giving the adult have more time to ourself to enjoy the vacations. We enjoyed the amenities and it was wonderful to have everything on site. We loved going to Jungala Water Park and the Cirque de Soleil show. Restaurants were so delicious and so many to choose from! The pools were so beautiful! We are so grateful we booked our trip to Vidanta and would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone considering going! The only thing we didn't like was that the beach was rocky and not very swimmable, however, we were able to walk about 1/2 mile north and found the perfect beach to swim.

We have stayed for 5 days during the Easter, we didn’t go to the same restaurant once, the Butler/concierge of Brenda and Jose service was always shifting expectations. There are now crowds, no lines, you feel this exclusive personal approach and enjoy your vacation. I am someone who lives Océan, and here it’s not really swimmable. But I have never regretted choosing this hotel and would gladly recommend it to picky clients and come back in the future. Absolute pleasure to be here

- Jasmina (10/5): - We just came back from our trip. We have nothing but a praise for the treatment we received during our stay. We were contacted via WhatsApp a week before the trip. Offered airport transfer and answered several questions we had. We arrived at night at chose to stay at the hotel near the airport. Transport was scheduled to pick us up there at 9 AM and by 10 we were already in our suite. Luggage was brought in and fruit and cheese platter awaited in a dining room. We travelled with 2 teenage boys that slept on living room sofas which are twin sized, but small but with a privacy sliding door. They had their own bathroom and we had an en-suite. There are robes and slippers and excellent line of cosmetics that I ended up buying in gift shop to bring home. I always bring my own but loved these. There were 4 concierges available during the day. They were all smiles, very helpful and friendly. There were several of them : Luisa, Jose, Melanie , Lizet and Viridiana. They went above and beyond anything we needed. Walked us into a beach club to reserve cabana, restaurants for best seats and we could txt them any time for anything. We like to walk so we learned the paths the first day to cut across large property for gym, pools, beach or restaurants. Boys tried the extreme rides in water park- fun! There is a choice of quiet pools like Grand Luxxe and Grand Mayan, beach club is newer and pretty but loud good service, Mayan pool available to all where service is lacking a little bit

- Sandra (6/5): Was excellent up until check out with they way over charged me. - Breakfast was good. I was told there were two places we could eat breakfast, but only one was available all week. The other place was only available for Saturday of which we did not know until we went on Sunday and it was closed. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. I did not like what happened at the time of check out. According to the concierge upon check out, they charged me on two different credit cards and said they will give me credit TO MY credit card in 5 to 10 business days. When I returned back to my State, I received an e-mail from Jungala Hotel manager that the credit was rejected by my Credit card and that they needed to WIRE me the money to my BANK account. I called my credit card and they said they did not receive anything. I e-mailed back Vidanta's manager and she now said, the amount being credited to my Credit card is too large and that they would need my bank account to wire me the money. ??? I then spoke to my credit card company of which they said they will take care of this dispute. Everybody is very professional and pleasant at Vidanta but I am not sure what is going on with this CREDIT back to me. VERY INTERESTING........
- Sandra (10/5): Wonderful stay at Jungala Hotel, sweet, Suite, stay! - My stay was exceptional. I was skeptical at first reading much negative reviews after I booked the trip and believe me, I was reading alot. Free transportation was offered from the Hotel but booking.com offered a free ride from the airport to Jungala so I chose that route instead. The communication was with Me Transfer communicating through Whats app. Before we landed, I was notified through What's app. This communication was with me after I landed, all the way until we saw the driver.This ride went smooth from the Cancun airport to Jungala hotel. When we got to the resort, there was no wait. 1st stop, the bell boy took our bags, 2nd stop, straight to our Hotel where are suitcase followed shortly.( 10 minutes or less ). I'm giving a bit of a long review because of all the negative reviews I read. I want to make sure i write my experience. The suite that I stayed at was Jungala, lobby building. Staff was excellent and pleasant and spoke very well English. Our room was in tip top condition. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shower cap, nail file, make up remover,lip moisturizer, bubble bath, bubble oil, scrub, toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, bathrobe, cheese board, bread, fruits, awaited for our family as we walked in. What a treat!!! (I'm sure I'm missing some amenities in the review).Josephina, Alejandro, Alexia along with the rest of the staff ( were all exceptional). All tranfers with the golf cart was speedy. No wait at all! If we had to wait, it was like 30 seconds. I booked the fiesta all you can eat and that was a great choice. It's a must see. Once at the resort, it was helpful to download the Vidanta app. This tells you what activities are going on daily. Yes, this resort is very big and the directions on the premises from one point to another is a bit confusing at times, but not all the time. There are staff around to ask as well. Just small things on cons..one of the room was cold so I called the concierge that night we got there. The concierge came up quick trying to fix it but could not since it was an engineering issue. The next night seemed a bit warmer so the thermometer did not need adjusting . She did offer to have it looked at the next day. The 2nd one was that on the last day, since it is the 50th Anniversary for Vidanta, they offered t shirt making from 11 to 3pm at the beach for Commemorable ,50th Anniversary. When our family got at the beach at 1pm and the person at the front desk said they just left since no one showed up but he did offer us free water. It would have been nice if they stayed at the time offered.

- anna (6/5): - Disclaimer: went during the busiest week-Christmas-New Years. I called 1800 number to provide them our flight information to arrange transport, only to find upon arrival that it was not arranged. We did manage to find Vidanta van at the airport and talked them into taking us (I had to sign for some charge which was later voided by the front desk staff) So, the resort is not brand new. It is remodeled part of one of their other hotels, Grande Luxxe. Lush tropical jungle-the grounds are great and they did an amazing job with mosquito and other insect control. Beautiful, spacious rooms. The bedroom had comfortable beds/bedding. The living room where kids slept had 2 trundle beds, both pretty hard. It took a while for the water in the shower to heat up, but we knew what to expect and started shower way ahead. The restaurant were plenty, though a bit pricy for Mexico. Front lobby staff was always pleasant and helpful. Edgar, Alejandro and Melanie were on point. We had 4 free tix to waterpark on property-no lines and kids had fun Transportation to and from restaurants/pools/beach clubs were spotty. Sometimes it was instant, sometimes we waited for a golf cart 10-15 minutes. The Beach Club-Expedia pictures wer great, though water in the pool was cold, and first day we waited for 40 min to get seats. Beach was the biggest letdown and disappointment as there was no swimmable beach. It was all rocks, coral and seaweed.
- Zachary (8/5): - It was a beautiful resort, a little large, but transportation with the use of shuttles was good. Only issue was some things were a bit expensive, $6.00 CAD for a can of pop for example is a bit much imo.
- Peter (10/5): - It’s a great hotel. The kids had fun at the waterpark. It is tough getting around the resort because you have to get picked up by a golf cart every time. It’s a massive resort! The food was pretty good, everything was a little pricey, but it was to be expected.
