• Ahmed (10/5): An incredible stay in a perfect central location with fantastic, friendly hosts we enjoyed every moment and will definit - The apartment was absolutely wonderful and spotlessly clean. The location is perfect right in the center of the city and incredibly close to everything we wanted to see and do. On top of that, the hosts were amazing: exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and very flexible with our needs. Nothing at all! Everything about our stay was perfect.

• Vilius L (4/5): Very disappointed. Apartment is dirty, cold, noisy, inconvenient and way smaller than they claim. - 1. Location is quite good, on the edge of the old town near the market. 2. The closed was quite big, there was place where to put things. 3. Internet speed was very good. 4. Had filtered drink water from the faucet. 5. it had a vacuum cleaner to tidy the place ourselves. 1. The size of the apartment is NOT 50 sq.m., it is 34 sq.m. at most, so it's way too expensive for that size, the living area is very small. We could've chosen a lot of cheaper options in better locations for that size if we knew that. 2. The floor of the apartment is extremely cold and there are no carpets at all or any slippers left to avoid that. We had to buy slippers and had to leave the kid with her sneakers all the time just because of the floors. Our child caught a cold during the stay. 3. The sink and the shower was clogged completely from the first minute we started using it. We had to clean it first and it still clogged but at least was possible to use afterwards. 4. The whole apartment has very poor sound isolation. You could hear every sound not only from the street, but from the whole building as well. Since it's located near the main and busiest streets, you could hear noises all the time and it was very hard to sleep. Nevertheless, the walls are so thin, that one morning I though that someone is speaking very loud outside of the window just to realise later that it was someone from the 5th floor, not to mention the neighbours next door. 5. We found a lot of dirty dishes and glasses and had to rewash them ourselves before using. 6. The knives there were blunt and there were no sharpener, we had to buy ourselves some new knives just to be able to prepare food. On the same note - all the cutting boards were plastic, no wooden ones. 7. We booked a place for 11 nights, but we were left with only 2 coffee capsules, 2 trash bags, 4 dishwasher capsules and 1 roll of toilet paper. There were no salt, no pepper, no sugar, no oil for cooking no nothing else for the stay, we had to buy everything, that was not very welcoming knowing how much we paid. 8. And the parking - it says that it has optional parking, but it costs more than the most expensive underground parking in the city.
• Gareth (10/5): Excellent - I had a great stay at this flat. The location was convenient, the space was clean, and check-in was smooth. The flat had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. I would definitely stay here again. n/a

• Sarah (9/5): Great location and well equipped. - Location was excellent, just near the wonderful food market with easy walking to all areas and handy supermarket nearby. Kitchen very well equipped, quiet building with lift access to the door. Good local buses for the botanical gardens and beach at Pedregalego and an easy journey by train from the airport. Prompt replies to communication with hosts. Worth noting that air conditioning works with key fob rather than a contactless card as sign suggested but this was soon sorted. We were also originally advised that our request to store luggage until our evening flight back would be possible, which would have been a real bonus. However we were only granted a delayed checkout at noon so this was a little disappointing.

• Idbenali (10/5): Excellent stay - I liked the apartment, well located, well equipped, comfortable. Everything was new. It was great. Excellent value for money. The reception was very good. Thank you to Mrs. Cristina Laura who was there and very welcoming and always good service. I recommend. The parking fees are a bit high.
