• Manktelow (8/5): Very well managed and a great stay overall.would definitely stay at one of their properties again - Very spacious and in a convenient location. Having the kitchen and washing machine were a plus. The staff were super helpful. Our originally booked apartment had an issue so they had to move us to another one of their properties. It was seamless and worked out very well on the end. They always responded quickly to messages. It didn’t have blinds on the windows. Didn’t end up being a big deal but was a little inconvenient. Fairly plain interior so could use a little decorating.

• Joanna (8/5): - Świetna lokalizacja, apartament wysprzątany, łóżko wygodne, dobry kontakt z apartamentem. Problem, który miałam z suszarką został szybko rozwiązany. Świetnie że była pralka. Stara instalacja - żelazko wywala korki, suszarka prawie się spaliła po włączeniu do kontaktu. Bardzo ciemno - lokal co prawda ma małe patio, ale wewnątrz jest ciemno nawet w środku dnia. Brak żelu pod prysznic.
• KETEVAN (8/5): - Good location. Calm area. Nice flat. It is a ground floor and those who are high sensitive smell of dampness is disturbing. But we bought scents in the market and handled this issue.

• Keira (9/5): Florentine Gem - Great location with lots of food, drink and culture on the doorstep. Easy no contact access and good communication from staff in advance, paid city tax in advance as well, which was nice. Had everything we needed with a homely Italian feel, the pictures don't do this accommodation justice. There was limited space in the bathroom for toiletries. Google maps didn't take us to the right location, it was further down the street, but thanks to the host sending us ample information (including a picture of the outside of the apartment) we found it in no time at all. You do have to take your own rubbish out when you check out, but its so close to the apartment, so wasn't a major inconvenience. The seats outside arent the most comfortable, but they provided several cushions, so just took 1 out with me to sit on and it made a really nice spot for morning reading with a coffee, out of the hot Italian sun.

• Pedro2016 (1/5): Ruined family trip - Disgusting Conditions and Total Service Negligence - Área This was supposed to be a special trip to celebrate my daughter’s graduation, but it turned into one of the worst travel experiences we’ve ever had. We arrived to find the apartment flooded, with water leaking continuously from a broken boiler. My wife had to empty six full buckets overnight just to prevent the place from drowning. Even worse, the air smelled like old mold and humidity, and the place was filthy—dust everywhere, dirty mugs, and even a cup with rotting coffee residue left behind. Despite multiple messages, maintenance failed to show up twice. The plumber only came on the second day and confirmed the boiler needed replacement—something that should have been discovered before check-in, not mid-stay. We were offered a €50 refund for a €600+ booking, after losing half our trip, paying for another hotel, and enduring emotional stress. That offer was both inadequate and offensive. The host’s replies were slow, contradictory, and defensive. No accountability, no empathy, no professionalism. Bottom line: Avoid this place completely. It’s unclean, mismanaged, and totally unfit for guests. We will be filing a formal complaint with Booking.com and sharing this publicly to warn others.

• Sohayla (8/5): Wonderful hidden gem in a thriving area of Florence - Location was superb. Fab authentic florentine style. Hosts were fabulous too. It is lower ground and does have a bit of a musty smell. But to be expected from an old traditional building
