Guest Reviews

- Niamh (10/5): Good value for money apartment just outside the centre of Gent. - The back garden was so beautiful and totally unexpected! The apartment was nice, it had a smart TV which was great for relaxing at the end of a long day walking and the shower was lovely. It was approximately a 15-minute walk to the Castle of the Count, so it was quite central. The neighbourhood was quiet, and the few neighbours we met were pleasant. The bed wasn't the most comfortable. It was like a camp bed and was very low down. The apartment wouldn't be good for anyone with mobility issues. There's a narrow staircase to the apartment. It wasn't a trouble for us, but just be aware. Bed linen and towels weren't included in the price, which I found strange. Who brings their own bed linen on holiday?? We were given the opportunity via email a few days before our stay to pay for linen and towels. This is the first time this has ever happened to us despite staying in many apartments. Not a major thing, but again, just be aware of this.
