• Chi (10/5): Simply perfect 5-star apartment - There's a covered skybridge connecting to the LRT station. Only takes 2-3 mins to the public transport, convenience store and restaurant and shops. The apartment is quite spacious and have so many beds. It's clean and tidy overall. The security are doing their job very seriously and makes us feel very safe and secure. The host need to check booking.com chat more often. Guests are better contact him on WhatsApp.

Free Access card parking. Available rooms and beds for whole family 6-8 family members Nothing but can improve in future because I cant find mirror in every rooms. I suggest add small mirror in every rooms

• Inba (7/5): A good apartment for the price we paid and the support that was given by the landlord. - The location of the apartment was ideal. We were close to shops, public transport links (LRT) and had quick responses when using Grab. Place was clean and and so were the sheets and towels provided. We needed to have a second set of keys as guests were leaving at different times.( fobs were needed to use the lifts). Thankfully we were provided with second set on request. It would have helped if instructions on how to use TV was provided( particularly for a lady who is not very technical). For tenancy with more than 3 people, more toilet rolls. It would have been useful to have a set of cleaning solutions for the toilets. Some drainage and plumbing issues in the on-suite bathroom ( which has been reported to the landlord). A general check on the water heaters in bathrooms would be essential between guests. No instructions on how to return keys at check out.

• Kevin (6/5): Not here again for me - Property location is ideal and the unit is clean and tidy. Carparking was a big hassle and especially the driveways that confused. Usually we turn to the nearest side as per Malaysian roads. But here in this multi storey carpark, we turn to far lane, that confused many and me, and even a nearly crash by another confused driver. In the unit, the TV and master toilet water heater were not working. And it is not a 3 full bedroom as stated in this property. It is 2 covered bedrooms and 1 with a bed but no doors. Hence, we had to make some other arrangements, as we had ladies in the group.
• Hoh (10/5): An amazing stay! Definitely recommended and I would stay in this apartment again if I was ever in Kuala Lumpur again wit - Good location. Very near to all the things me and my friends wanted to do (shopping, bars, restaurants, sightseeing and clubbing). It was also very easy to get back to. Taxi drivers/Grab drivers knew exactly which apartment building to drop us back off to. Apartment was very clean. Lots of space. Provided with a wash/dryer combo machine. Infinite pool and gym was very nice. Could do a good quick workout before heading out in to town. Very very minor detail. We couldn’t figure out how the tv worked but it didn’t matter because we were never really home to watch it 😂.

• Nur (8/5): Very good - Great stay here. Could fit 9 people. Have microwave, fridge, water heater, some cutleries. Cuma pressure air panas sangat slow dan takder air panas pun. Has link bridge from LRT but the lift to go down stair is under maintenaince. Lenguh naik turun tangga situ. Overall ok and could repeat

• Habibah (9/5): Great stay - I was initially a bit disappointed when the host informed me that the room wasn’t ready and asked me to check in at 4:00 PM. However, the situation was made much better when they kindly offered me a late checkout to make up for the delay. My kids really enjoyed staying there with the facilities provided by the hotel. Once I checked in, the room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and exactly what I needed for a relaxing stay. The host’s flexibility and understanding really turned things around, and I appreciated their efforts to make my stay enjoyable. Overall, it was a good experience. I will recommend it to my family & friends. None

• Norliza (1/5): Bad - My booking was cancelled last minutes in the morning prior to our arrival. We frantically have to find another accommodation as most people are already on the way to the place. Refund was made immediately but we have a hard time to manage this last minute cancellation. Finding a place that can cater to our requirements during weekend and in the centre of Kuala Lumpur was not easy. Owner should have informed us earlier so that we have time to look for another option.
