• Justine (1/5): Unpleasant resulting in unprecedented decision to leave location and seek alternative accommodation. - The apartment was renovated quite nicely, which is the only positive aspect of our stay. However, our overall experience was very disappointing due to several misleading aspects of the listing. Misleading Description: The apartment was advertised as a resort room, but it turned out to be an apartment in a university and community housing complex. Noise Issues: The apartment had no soundproofing, making it impossible to rest after our 16-hour journey. Lack of Clear Access Information: The listing mentioned "stair access to higher levels," but did not specify what level the apartment was on, requiring us to carry over 35 kilos of luggage up multiple flights of stairs. Questionable Security: The security measures were insufficient, leaving us feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. We ended up leaving after just 1 hour and 15 minutes and found alternative accommodation nearby that was far more comfortable and secure. We would not have booked this apartment if the listing had accurately represented its nature and location.
• Fadi (6/5): Pleasant - Great location and apartment is very clean and well setup overall. Sleeping and replacing were an issue! The mattress is very poor quality and uncomfortable Plus a lack of enough good pillows. Makes sleep uncomfortable. The unit is in the middle of a large condominium. There was a constant stream of parties around the pool at times late at night with one next door neighbor playing heavy metal music constantly. The pool and trees attract a large number of exotic birds that wake up early and screech loudly. It was like holidaying in the middle of a zoo.
