Guest Reviews
- Jovanovic (8/5): Very good -
- Mauricio (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is comfortable, well-equipped, with everything a couple needs for a stay. We stayed for 6 days and really enjoyed it. There is a market nearby and the breakfast is a bonus. Another thing that shows the care for guests is the small details like basic seasonings, sugar and coffee. Alessandro was super attentive, always concerned about our well-being. We can only thank him very much. no complaints.
- Grzegorz (9/5): Very good communication with the owner. Good location and very nice place! - I really enjoyed the breakfasts! You receive a "bon" at the close cafe, and when you give them the bon they already know what's going on. Loved it!
- Robert (9/5): Superb - Alessandro was a very kind, attentive and responsive host. The apartment has a comfortable bed and basic kitchen facilities, which were all that I needed. The location of the apartment was wonderful - in one of Rome's most beautiful neighborhoods. The package includes a free breakfast (coffee and pastry) at a nearby cafe that was a great experience in itself. One of the most memorable cafes I've ever visited. For my work trip, the apartment was perfect.
- Karen (8/5): We had a lovely time in beautiful Rome. A must see city - Nice and quiet location.
Nice breakfast arrangements at Petit Four - Very friendly staff and excellent coffee & croissants
Contact with host was perfect. Due to a long delay we arrived at night time, and even then Alessandro was available. Very quick in responding N/A
- Stanislav (7/5): Good - Alessandro responds immediately, is willing and accommodating. The location is close to a very interesting and beautiful architectural district that we probably would never have seen otherwise. There are also great restaurants, mostly frequented by locals, with truly high-quality Italian cuisine, reasonable prices—quite the opposite of what you find in restaurants in the city center. Being in the basement and with poorly sealed windows, the accommodation must be luxurious in summer, but in winter, you have to expect a strong draft from the windows. Although it is equipped with air conditioning that can heat the space, the situation is still not entirely comfortable. Also, the bed creaked quite a bit—any movement at night came with noticeable noise.
- Samuel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Formanchuk (10/5): Totally recommend! - The host Alessandro was very friendly and welcoming! He was always ready to help us or answer our questions. The apartment was very clean and the location was perfect. Also, the breakfast in the bar was delicious and a very good start of our day😁 The bed was very squeaky and sometimes we were struggling to open one of the doors to the apartment. But it didn't affect our overall experience at all!
- Keiren (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel is perfectly located, a short walk from the metro and close to a few nice cafés and restaurants and shops.
The free breakfast was a simple coffee/tea and pastry from a lovely cafe round the corner. Unfortunately, we only had time to have this breakfast on our last day, but we would have definitely visited more if we could have.
Alessandro was really helpful, messeging before our arrival, and was responsive during our stay if we needed anything.
The room was a good size and felt really safe to stay there.
There was a washing machine outside our room, which we weren't sure if we were allowed to use. We used it anyway because we had onward travel and the clean clothes were really helpful. The bed was quite loud whenever we moved. It didn't affect our sleep, though, and wouldn't stop us from booking here again.
- Bodó (7/5): Mixed. - Communication with the host. The bed was horrible.
The room was in the basement.
We didn't get breakfast on the last day.
- Filipe (2/5): Very poor - Our daughter couldn/t stay in the apartment because it was for our daughter to study in Rome, and Booking.com never advised that a student who was 17 years old couldn't stay alone in the apartment
- Zoe (8/5): Good location and very easy check-in - Very easy check-in and a great location that's close to public transport for easy travel into the city The shower head was quite low and hard to fit under (even for a person of 5'4"). There was a spray attachment, but it's quite hard to wash your hair well with only 1 hand free
- Dyanna (8/5): Very good - Good location, clean! Hosts very responsive. Breakfast around the corner was great!
- Nathan (8/5): It was an excellent accommodation, was able to visit most of Rome with the location, would definitely recommend - It was cosy and necessary Squeaky bed
- Cristian (8/5): Very good -
- Anita (10/5): Great choice if you want to stay in Rome - The apartment is situated in nice area. Not so close to city center if you want to walk, but there is bus station nearby. Breakfast is in nice caffe nearby with very hospitable staff. It is typical Italian breakfast (croissant and cappuccino or coffe). Host Alessandro is very kind. He even came very early in the morning to meet us, even if the check in is from 3 p.m. He has created his own tourist guide for the neighborhood, which has some hidden gems. I would definitely return there. xxx
- Elena (9/5): I would definitely recommend staying at this apartment! Many thanks to Alessandro - The host Alessandro is super kind and welcoming, he was always in touch. The apartment is located in nice area, but the travel to the city center takes 30+ minutes on foot or approximately 20 minutes by bus or metro. The breakfast is included, but it’s quite small (a cup of coffee and a piece of pastry). The good news is that the breakfast is served in the cafe nearby and you can buy some more food if you want. The price is quite good.
- Natallia (9/5): Great apartments for Rome vacation - That was really nice and comfortable place for staying, the host Alessandro was so helpful and reliable, there wasn't any problem he can't solve for us 🙂 breakfast in the nearest cafeteria was extremely tasty, always fresh bakery and excellent coffee 👏
Good WiFi, new bed sheets and towels once in a week, the place was clean and cozy, we enjoyed our staying Maybe a little bit poor soundproofing 😅
- Stefan (10/5): Fantastic value for money. - Spacious,Clean,Quiet, good location. Nothing really.
- Jamison (8/5): I would definitely recommend the property and the host on a number of different levels. - The local breakfast around the corner was a classic Italian experience with a espresso and a dolce. The locals there were very nice and it is nice service to have each morning. The size of the accommodation was smaller than my expectation and the "kitchen" facilities were less than I would expect. It was fairly efficient and when I asked for a new pan, bigger than the one provided and a spatula to accompany the pan, the host came over without any issue. The only major problem was that the toaster oven provided (there is no stove, only two small burners), did not work and the signal for the phone, being a basement apartment was quite weak, so calls could not be made or received consistently. Otherwise, our host was very attentive and for one person, this little room with the basic amenities is nice. For two, it was more difficult, especially, when we both had work to do,
- Nadia (9/5): Superb - The host was really very sweet and helpful! Alessandro met us at the beginning of our trip to show us around the property and was also kind enough to let us keep our bags at the property post checkout while we had a quick lunch before we headed to the airport.
- Gerry (8/5): Very good - great location and very helpful host
- Malak (10/5): very clean, -
- Kristīne (9/5): Very nice! - A very nice and safe location, shops and amazing restaurants nearby. Breakfast was in a very cute and nice coffee shop 2 minutes from the apartment and they serve delicious coffee and croissants! x
- Ashenafi (8/5): Very good -
- Nicole (10/5): A recommended stay! 👌 - A spacious, very clean, and comfortable space that feels like home away from home. Great facilities, stocked with everything you need and I was able to comfortably cook every day. Alessandro is super kind and very responsive to anything you need. I enjoyed the free breakfast provided in the lovely cafe close by every morning where the people were very nice. The people on the compound are pleasant, and the place is in a quiet and safe neighborhood that is easy to find. He even provided a cool tourist guide with some great sites with its history around Rome. I've stayed in several places around Europe and this is one of the best for all the reasons listed here. I would definitely recommend a stay here whether short or long term because you will most definitely enjoy it! When visiting Rome again, I will stay here once available! Thanks for having me, Alessandro :) One thing to note is that the place is not very close walking distance to most of the popular sites and city center. This may be great if you don't mind walking and exploring the city on foot, which I did. However, the area is very connected to lots of bus stops that make it very easy to get around. The closest bus stop/s is about 2/3 minutes walking from the place. Once you are able to figure out the buses, it becomes very easy to get around.
