• Deedle (5/5): - Location The check in process was difficult, I wasn’t notified until I got to the apartment that I needed to pay an extra 50 euro fee and send my passport information. I had to go through this process once I was already in front of the door to get in. I had to call the helpline multiple times and sometimes it went to voicemail and sometimes the WhatsApp message that was suggested said that they were busy and would have to get back to me. Fortunately the process was relatively quick, but I should’ve been notified of the additional fee and been given check in codes before I arrived, bout while I was out the door. The AC didn’t seem to work, it was hot at night in the bedroom and worse in the living room.

• Ethan (8/5): Good for a short stay but some cons - Location was perfect, the next street on from the canals which had loads of bars and restaurants. Close to the metro and buses which linked to the airport. Apartment was nice and had everything you need for a few nights There was a dishwasher but we found no tablets to use it. Little toilet paper, shower gel and washing up liquid was left by the hosts. Some of the cutlery was dirty when we arrived. Aircon was ok, took one night to get to a reasonable temp and then it was fine for the rest of our stay. Top tip is keep the windows closed as there are mosquitoes around because it’s near the canal.

• Zaruhi (9/5): It was a good experience, and I’d definitely recommend it! - The apartment looked exactly like the pictures—clean, cozy, and with a super comfortable bed. The kitchen was well-equipped, which was perfect for making my own breakfast in the mornings. The location was a huge plus! Both the metro and bus stations were really close, so getting around the city was a breeze. There are also plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood, and many of them stay open late, which was super convenient. Staff was responsive and friendly. Overall, it was a good experience, and I’d definitely recommend it! Thank you!

• Claudia (5/5): We definitely would have enjoyed our stay better if the AC was working because then we would have actually enjoyed being - Its location was good, close to transportation and plenty of places to walk for food and drinks. The air conditioning was not working at all and it was extremely hot and uncomfortable; sleeping was impossible without constantly sweating and waking up multiple times to take cool showers for relief. Would have been better if there were at least some fans to circulate the air.
