Michael (7/5): Wir kommen gerne wieder. - Sehr ruhige Lage, Bett war sehr bequem, schöne kleine Terrasse und gut ausgestattete Küche. Trotz hoher Temperaturen war die Wohnung angenehm kühl. WLAN hat nicht funktioniert, Fernsehempfang war gestört (Vermieter wollte sich um das Problem kümmern)

Thomas HW (9/5): Wir kommen gerne wieder - Saubere Wohnung, problemlose Schlüsselübergabe, aufmerksame und nette Vermieter, ruhige ländliche Lage, gute Parkplatzsituation. Gute Lage zur Autobahn und Anbindung zu Mainz, bzw. Richtung Rhein- z.B. nach Bingen (jeweils knappe 1/2 Std.) Auf Wunsch wurde Wein bereitgestellt - Preis und Qualität gut. Stöhnen auf sehr hohem Niveau 😀 Haartrockner und Korkenzieher fehlen, ein wenig mehr „gemütliche Deko“ und es wäre eine glatte 10! Sonst alles top!

Ulrike (9/5): Immer wieder gerne! - Sehr freundlicher Empfang, konnten nach Absprache schon früher einchecken, tolle Lage mitten im Grünen, leckere Winzerweine vor Ort im Direktverkauf, Bäcker und diverse Supermärkte fußläufig erreichbar, gemütliche Sonnenterrasse mit Blick auf die Pferdekoppel, Mainz, Oppenheim und weitere interessante Ausflugsziele problemlos auch mit dem ÖPNV erreichbar, sehr umfangreich ausgestattete Küche, bekamen interessante Tipps für Ausflüge. WLAN müsste „nachgebessert“ werden. Haben es vor Ort angesprochen und Herr Manz bedankte sich für die wichtige Anmerkung - er wird „nachbessern“.

Sehr nette Vermieter, schöne Wohnung, gute Betten, geräumiges Bad, Terasse mit Blick auf die Pferdewiese, Einkaufmöglichkeiten nahebei, wobei wir diese sowie auch die gut ausgestattete Küche bei nur einer Nacht kaum nutzten. Nochmals vielen Dank an die Vermieter für ihre Freundlichkeit! Beim Preis gab ich nur deshalb 3 Punkte an, weil wir zuvor in einer Fewo mitten in Darmstadt waren, die nur 100 € pro Nacht kostete. 139 € für Undenheim schien mir dagegen teuer, aber ich kenne die dortigen Preise nicht.
