Lorenzo le propriétaire était très sympa il répond rapidement à toute demande il nous a aidé de savoir le trajet depuis l'aeroport vers le logement. • Niina (10/5): Trevligt boende som vi varmt rekommenderar. - Hyresvärden var väldigt hjälpsam och smidig att ha att göra med. Lägenheten ligger på ett lugnt område och det är nära till affär, restauranger och spårvagn. Gångavstånd till tunnelbanan. Själva lägenheten var trevlig och hade ett bra utrustat kök och en skön säng.

• Alberto (10/5): Muy buena experiencia en Milán - Ubicación ideal entre aeropuerto de Linate y el centro de Milán , Piazza Fontana , en bus 973 o tram 27 ( paradas de ambos a unos 6 mnts andando ). Anfitrión muy atento y resolutivo. Zona con todos los servicios y paseo muy agradable de unos 40 mnts a pie hasta Duomo sin no se usa el tram 27. Apartamento nuevo con vistas a un parque , cómodo , muy completo , con detalles de bienvenida y en perfecto estado. Opción perfecta para una pareja. El colchón de la cama tal vez un poco blando para nuestro gusto.

• Alex Richard (10/5): Perfecto en lineas generales - Las instalaciones del alojamiento Si tuviera que poner un punto negativo seria la ubicación, ya que para ir andando de un sitio a otro habia un rato largo. Pero estaba muy bien comunicado, tanto en bus como en tren.
• Kyriaki (10/5): I would definitely recommend this place to my friends! - We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean, bright, and beautifully decorated. The host was extremely kind, helpful, and always responded quickly to our messages. The location was also great just a 5-minute walk to the nearest bus or tram stop, which made it very easy to get around Milan. Highly recommended! The mattress could be a bit more comfortable.

Su buto šeimininku nebuvo jokiu problemu, mus į butą įleido nuotoliniu būdu. Netoli buto yra restoranas A Vita Azzura kuriame vakare skanei pavalgydavome. Išvykimo dieną streikavo viešasis transportas, todėl nuo buto iki centrinės traukinių stoties teko eiti pėsčiomis 3 kilometrus apie 1 valandą. Dziaugemes, kad butas iki stoties nebuvo labai toli ir mes stoti galėjome pasiekti pėsčiomis.
• Maurizio (8/5): Via Vertoiba stay, September 25 - Very modern and secure apartment in Milan. The location is peaceful It is only a few minutes walk away from Milano Porta Vittoria station. Everything you would probably need for a short stay is close by and within a short walk away. It takes about 35 minutes to walk to the Duomo and the is fairly straightforward. The apartment was ideal for my short stay. The host, Lorenzo, got in contact to make sure everything was ok. Nothing to report.

Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. L'appartamento è nuovo ed è situato in un palazzo nuovo e ben tenuto. Offre tutti i servizi: cucina ben fornita (io non l'ho utilizzata ma è super completa per chi si ferma più tempo e mangia in casa), piccolo "salottino" con divano e TV, bagno spazioso ed accessoriato (con tanto di lavatrice), camera da letto molto comoda ed un gran bel balcone (non scontato). Ottimo qualità-prezzo, direi! Mi è piaciuto tutto! Se devo fare solo una piccola critica (direi più un accorgimento), per essere proprio minuzioso, controllerei vicino la finestra della camera da letto che non ci sia qualche infiltrazione in quanto sul muro appariva un pò di umidità, magari passandoci anche un pò di pittura per rinfrescare. Potrebbe essere un ulteriore dettaglio che fa piacere per chi soggiorna.

• Zhana (10/5): comfortable and pleasant apartment - Beautiful apartment, comfortable, clean, bright, modernly furnished, has all the amenities for a long stay. It is located in a very good and quiet neighborhood. The apartment's bedroom overlooks a park, ideal for sports.. The host is extremely kind and concerned about his guests. We will be happy to rent the apartment again on our next trip to Milan. nothing

The property definitely could use a refreshment course, the walls were dirty, the couch was extremely dirty, some handles and small things were broken. Some holes in the wall were stuffed with toilet paper and top of the lamps covered in dust. This place has a lot of potential, but at the moment just raised a lot of questions.

Nice terrace. great for couples or small families. more towel wracks in the toilet will be a plus. a better mattress might be needed.
