- Simona (9/5): Amazing views and has everything you would need - Amazing view from the terrace, always possible to find parking close-by, the area is walkable. The kitchen has all you could need. I was travelling with my mom and we asked for a second blanket and were provided immediately. The walls are very thin, you can hear neighbours quite well. The furniture (sofa) is a bit old. Also you could say it was cleaned but not to our standards, there was dust on the nigh-stand near bed.

- Sarah (10/5): A very modern apartment, great for enjoying sunsets. - The apartment was very modern and clean, well situated with a great view of the ocean, our host was friendly and informative (we got a recommendation for a great Pizza restaurant!) and check-in uncomplicated. We enjoyed our time in Palm-Mar, which offers some nice restaurants, a small beach and is not too overcrowded. Nothing negative about the apartment, however, you should be aware that there are two restaurants in the same building and it can get a little noisy, when leaving the balcony door open.
- Miroslav (8/5): Very good - The view was absolutely brilliant. Apartment was clean, modern and comfortable for a very good price. There were only two cons on this apartment. The first is the absence of classical oven ( microwave one included ). The second one were weighbors living next to us ( not tourists, they were locals). They were very loud even in the night hours ( 00:45). They have dog on the balcony and it sometimes barks and scratches on their balcony doors. They also has child at age about 10 that has hysterical fits few times a day. Nonethless, If we ever returned to Tenerife, we would gladly choose this apartment again.
