- Juan Carlos (10/5): Precioso y muy buena comida - Las instalaciones y amenidades son perfectas, tiene lavandería sin costo y las máquinas son de muy buena tecnología. Lo aprendimos tarde, pero para aquellos que tienen que llegar con maletas grandes tienen que poner la entrada del parqueo subterráneo, ya que no tiene acceso directo a la vía pública desde la puerta principal. A diferencia de otros hoteles, el personal habla muy poco inglés, lo que a veces es un poco difícil
- Koh Hao (10/5): Excellent hotel with clean, comfortable rooms. - Convenient location close to the Shanghai Metro. Large, clean and comfortable rooms with plenty of in-room amenities. Staff were friendly, welcoming and very polite. No pick up and drop off point at the hotel for travel by private rental/ride-share. Short walk to these pickup points. Plenty of taxis just outside the hotel though.

The beds were comfortable, quiet at night and rooms well sized Location is ideal next to the metro/bus station but a little far out for what I needed. However, this is a minor gripe and the access to transport was superb
- siriwannee (9/5): ประทับใจ และ สะดวกสบาย ชอบที่สุด คือ หมอน ผ้าห่ม เตียง ที่นอนสบายมากๆ - ความใส่ใจของพนักงาน ต้อนรับ ถ้าพวกเค้าไม่ติดรับลูกค้า ก็จะนำเครื่องดื่มร้อนๆ มาเสิร์ฟให้ การเติมข้าวของเครื่องใช้ที่มีในห้องพักได้อย่างไม่ขาดตกบกพร่อง เตรียมของต่างๆ ที่เป็นประโยชน์ เช่น แก้วชา/กาแฟ ที่คุณสามารถ ชงในตอนเช้า และถือติดมือออกไปดื่มข้างนอกได้ ในเช้าอันเร่งรีบ หรือการเตรียมแผ่นทำความสะอาด โถชักโครกให้ใช้ เป็นเรื่องเล็กๆน้อยๆที่น่าประทับใจ ที่โรงแรม มีบริการ ข้าวต้มมื้อดึก สำหรับท่านที่อาจจะเหน็ดเหนื่อยมาจากการทำงานทั้งวัน และไม่มีเวลาพักทานข้าว ก็สามารถมาทานมื้อดึกที่โรงแรม โดยเป็น Free buffet ตอนกลางคืน ช่วง 21.30-23.00 น. เหล่านี้เป็นต้น Wifi ไม่ค่อยมีสัญญาณ

- Kriengkrai (10/5): - First of all is staff. All of them are very polite and helpful. All facilities are in good condition and especially this hotel has washing and drying machines. It is all good for me but sometimes I feel like my room is not the proper cleaning.

- David (9/5): Espacioso, cómodo y de fácil acceso. - El hotel es amplio, confortable y limpio. El desayuno buffet es excelente en calidad y variedad. Lo mejor de todo es que está a la vuelta de las estaciones de tren, autobuses locales y de larga distancia, y el metro.

- Kriengkrai (8/5): Recommended this hotel for the traveller who would like to travel by MRT. - All staffs are very helpfull even I need to buy something on the online platform he help me to translate and purchasing and pay him later also for the room and hotel facilities are in good condition especially for washing machine for free of charge. First of all we thought that when we booking the hotel in the non smoking room, we will not disturb by the cigarette smell because I am quite sensitive for the cigarette. However, I think it is quite normal for the Chinese people to smoke. It is luckily that inside my room is less smelly from the corridor because some room will open the door for smoking.

- Willem (1/5): Don’t book here via Booking - Almost nothing. Nice friendly lady at the replacement hotel (see next point) and that was a nice and clean hotel. They cancelled my reservation without telling me. They **CALLED** Booking.com to check if I was indeed coming, not me. My phone number is in my Booking profile. Not a word on the app either. They did provide a taxi to a remote branch (half an hour in the middle of the night) that still had a room but that tried to charge me the higher downtown rate. Complete scam, avoid.

Good collection books in the library. Easy access to taxi. The photo listed might be an illusion. The hotel is by the street, instead of on top of the station. Although it is possible to get access to metro, it would require 5-10 minutes walk.
- Kim (10/5): Wonderful Hotel - The customer service was exceptional, the location was great, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Everything was wonderful. Highly recommended! I was so happy that I gave gifts to the front desk staff.
