• Sean (9/5): Very good place to explore Oviedo for a few days - My contact, Alejandro, was extremely friendly and helpful - he went out of his way to help me on things like early check-in, parking, etc. He was a real plus for the company. The apartment was clean, modern and well-appointed and in a very good location for exploring Oviedo. It was a perfect place to stay for a few days. I liked the breakfast pastries and the fruit laid out for the guests, and the coffee machine was very good and had enough capsules to last me through my stay. The apartment I had (the company has a few in that building, I believe), 1b, was an interior apartment so had no view, only a little natural light and little through breeze.

De prijs/ kwaliteit is uitstekend Het appartement is in een soort woonblok gevestigd. Hierdoor heb je geen uitzicht, gaf een beetje een beklemmend gevoel.En hierdoor ook redelijk gehorig En er is geen airco wel een ventilator aan het plafond.

The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was well designed. We hated to leave after only one night. Oviedo deserved a longer stay.

There was plenty goodie's left along with fruits for breakfast. Appartment has two windows that open to a small internal service courtyard surrounded by walls of the building and other appt windows, you can only see strip of sky 2 floors up.except for the total absence of window of outdoor view apartment is in very good location. Bedroom is roomy and very comfortable beds. The host provided very clear instruction upon arrival. He also provided information where to visit and places to eat along with the links which made very convenient when you need it. Not having outdoor window only.

I didn’t find it to be dark as commented by others. Excellent kitchen The apartment was rather cold and the bedroom was musty. The owner organised the heating to be turned up when I complained. I am sure the heating and ventilation will be sorted out now as the owner is very attentive. A kettle would be a good addition.
• Dominik (9/5): Clean and comfy stay - A really clean, well-equipped and comfortable spot. The mattress on the bed was so firm yet comfy, I slept like I hadn't in ages. The checkin and checkout were really straightforward. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place. My only complain would be the temperature inside (February). I don't know how it was controlled but it was routinely 18-19 degrees which is too low. I needed to dress up almost like I would for going outside and use a blanket.

The couch was so comfy and the bed too. Also everything you need was thought of. And as a little bonus, you get fruits, croissants and butter, and coffee. The location is perfect, too. Would love to stay here again! With the windows open towards the courtyard it can get a little loud - you can hear the neighbours. But with the windows closed or the TV on it was fine.

Great hosts that are fast available and provided several useful tips and apartment facilities such as croissant and coffee. We also made use of laundry machine. Spacious apartment with very good kitchen and room divison Apartment is a bit dark but this is normal in Spain. Just enjoy the apartment and go out and and explore in a few foot steps

You have everything you need to feel at home - a washing machine, a kitchen with everything you need to cook, fast wifi. The location is absolutely perfect, right on the famous cider street and just a few minutes on foot to the main sights in one direction and to the bus station in the other. Communication was great (even when I booked super last minute!); Alejandro is a lovely person and super helpful!

They accommodated my early check in request and responded to messages quickly. Hani was very welcoming. I appreciated the croissants and fruit, particularly the oranges and juicer for fresh OJ. Excellent just off the Camino route. Plenty of restaurant options close by. Not a complaint, but note that there is no view out the windows. There is natural sunlight, though.

• Robert (10/5): Wonderful apartment steps from the historic center - Upon arrival, Alejandro had some crosissants, fruit and fresh oranges (to make freshly squeezed orange juice). Very nice touch. The apartment was very clean and very well set up. The room was quiet. There's no smoking in the apartment, but some neighboring units might be smoking and you could smell some of it....but....it's Spain...that is likely to happen......
• Susan (10/5): HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - The breakfast provisions provided ie. croissants butter jam etc were unexpected and much appreciated as we had an early tour the following day. Having a self contained apartment was great especially having a washing machine and being located next to a laundromat meant we could dry our clothes in good time. The apartment is well appointed with everything we needed.

Fantastic hosts who super friendly and helpful, provied us with loads of information about the city and where to eat etc. The apartment was on the inside of the building, and therefore was a little dark due to a lack of natural light, but if you are there for sleeping then this is no problem. This is a personal preference thing, but we found the mattress to be too soft for our liking.

• Maire (8/5): Very good - This is a spacious one bedroom apartment, well equipped, spotless, peaceful and quiet. Located close to the bus station and all main attractions, with numerous restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. Our host Hani was very welcoming and provided croissants and fruit on our arrival. She also made some excellent recommendations for restaurants which we were delighted with. Absence of a view from the apartment.
